Absolutely correct!!! How bad would it look for them to release a PR and then tweet about a deal that never comes to fruition? Both companies would lose any credibility they have. Stated they have been negotiating for months. To me, that speaks volumes that they kept it quiet for that long. Only reason it was known was some very astute investors picked up on the LOI in the quarterly report. Then they confirmed it today. We have confirmation!!!

This stock is worth way more than a penny..., IMO.

Yes, anyone would, especially a company that is getting positive publicity about their up and coming business. They definitely would not want to be tied to impropriety of any sort that would ruin their reputation and jeopardize their business. There has to be something to this deal.

That's exactly what I was thinking. If it was false or a scam, wouldn't ACELA be publicly denying.... Definitely worth a lot more than where it"s trading now.

FYI - Fidelity will not allow me to purchase BIOAQ since OTC has placed stop sign. Going to have to use another brokerage. I mentioned using another one, and the agent I spoke to said it was a "Hard" block in their system and could not be circumvented. Said if I did a direct transfer of brokerage to brokerage, would take 3-5 days.

I would better off to wire transfer out of fidelity, and turn around and wire to new brokerage. Probably
Etrade based on feedback received yesterday. I could probably do that in less than 2 business days.

Ok, I would probably just transfer funds, and keep whatever BIOAQ I have in fidelity. They won't make me sell, just won"t let me purchase, or at least that has been my past experiences.

If the disseminate any material info regarding bidders, it"s going to go. Even dropping the Q, which is really just psychological at this point, will make it go just because some investors will not invest in a Q stock, but would realize the value once Q is dropped.

I am planning on telling them I will be forced to take some $'s out to another brokerage. and when customers do that, you are running the risk of losing them altogether, or I may, just as you suggest, tell them I am leaving altogether.

The brokerage biz is very competitive. A lot of options out there. Hopefully, they will make an exception in my case, especially since I have been a customer so long.

I agree, probably a good idea to have more than one. I have been with Fidelity since 401K at our company for about 30 years, and they have been really good, except for this one type of situation. The timing of the OTC putting on stop sign is not good, and I'm sure there will be some others with same issue.

Ok, will they also let you buy stocks with stop signs, caveat emptor, etc? I can purchase OTC, but just not those with those warnings.

I expect I will have an issue with being able to buy more since OTC put stop sign on stock today. I trade with Fidelity, and they have not allowed me to purchase stocks with stop signs in past. I just wired more $'s in yesterday to use Thursday, because I know this is a golden opportunity. I am going to call them in the morning to see if they will waive their policy in this instance, especially since I already own a position.

Anyone that trades with Fidelity or another brokerage that will not allow this have any experience with them with this type of situation. If they won't allow it, guess I can open account with another brokerage, but I like trading with fidelity, and I assume I will lose several days opening with new brokerage anon transferring $'s.

Yep, good sign for good move up shortly. Folks will be saying they wished they would have bought lower, when they could have.
