Absolutely correct!!! How bad would it look for them to release a PR and then tweet about a deal that never comes to fruition? Both companies would lose any credibility they have. Stated they have been negotiating for months. To me, that speaks volumes that they kept it quiet for that long. Only reason it was known was some very astute investors picked up on the LOI in the quarterly report. Then they confirmed it today. We have confirmation!!!

This stock is worth way more than a penny..., IMO.
