FYI - Fidelity will not allow me to purchase BIOAQ since OTC has placed stop sign. Going to have to use another brokerage. I mentioned using another one, and the agent I spoke to said it was a "Hard" block in their system and could not be circumvented. Said if I did a direct transfer of brokerage to brokerage, would take 3-5 days.

I would better off to wire transfer out of fidelity, and turn around and wire to new brokerage. Probably
Etrade based on feedback received yesterday. I could probably do that in less than 2 business days.
