I am planning on telling them I will be forced to take some $'s out to another brokerage. and when customers do that, you are running the risk of losing them altogether, or I may, just as you suggest, tell them I am leaving altogether.

The brokerage biz is very competitive. A lot of options out there. Hopefully, they will make an exception in my case, especially since I have been a customer so long.
