I was on the call, I do see upside in the long term, but dilution downside in near term. More tomorrow
Anybody on, no talking
Frank, does the company need to initially fund some building improvements prior to release of WV funds. If so any guesstimate how much?
Agree the new contact announced is extremely important. I would assume the contractor needs to sign off on any advances.
What time zone?
Baldy never comments on the Company, only attacks critics
The amendment contains the auditors opinion letter. The previous two filings did not have it
JMO, doesn’t sound like the horse movie is going to launch
Got a tweet from. He is on his way to China for a week’s long meetings with Tik Toc.
It sounds like WV wanted a bridge financier to put up the initial money to get the major equipment purchased and on the ground, then they would provide take out financing. Now they are requiring a qualified 3rd party firm to oversee the purchases, which is standard for project financing. Not sure why that was a sticking point.
Despicable info in that 8-k. Got it, the company sucks, but personal attacks on the new CFO and his family totally crosses the line and I hope they catch the perp and prosecute.
On the biz side, ironic that the CEO is a restructuring professional, but needs to hire an outsider help restructure the company
Company needs to file the year end 10k with an audited opinion letter, which it does not have. So 10k with opinion letter and reviewed Q1 fins
WDLF does not trade on any exchange
Be careful, hauling dirt is expensive. Will be interesting to see what the cost to process is.
I really do try to look for new info in these podcasts, but today’s was just a waste of time.
Today is the last day of grace period, will be expert market end of day or tomorrow
Expert market today!!!
As always, today’s blog is not truthful, makes no sense at all but guarantees there is no counsel.
I have a question. So 98% of MJLink shareholders get no new shares, just keep their existing shares. How did these MJLink shareholders get their shares?
JMO, the current state of the company. A low budget film, 4 years to make, may finally launch this year. The cowgirl movie with 3 or 4 A listers on the back shelf. The Indian land movie with many A listers, who knows. The goose was shot down do illness.
And let’s not forget the audit opinion letter.
MyFlix
Of course the agreement is still in place, Trillium has not converted much with this volume. And with a low, ownership limitations and such a low share, conversions are pretty small.
They are probably already in default for being late in reporting.
I have said several times, they should BK
That audit opinion letter sure is taking a lot of time, lol
Maybe I misunderstood one your prior posts, but IIRC you said the converts would be paid off by WV funding. Have this changed?
Can’t understand why they don’t file BK. With as much debt as they have, there is no other way out.
Just briefly went through the year end report. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see the auditor’s opinion letter, just financials
JMO, HHSE doesn’t have the funds to do a nation wide release of the horse movie. Between DPC fees, trailers, marketing, etc. can’t see the funds required. Look at the dancin movie, over $1MM to push that dog out. Maybe Morten will come through, will be interesting
Correction to my math, just looked at the pr, their two best channels were about 1/2 oz. So 96 tons would result in 48 oz's
Ah no. What is there, one/two ounces of gold in each ton.96 tons would then result in 96/192 oz each day.
Any thoughts on North Bay Resources pr today. Followed this one years. Debt laden, toxic financing but appear to be doing things right these days
Saw the SEC action vs Western Sierra et al today. No claims, wait until they get to the remediation project.
Failure it's June 17th!!!!
What? How about, why delist the stock? How is the audit going for MJ Link? When he says the clients are ready to IPO, does that mean they are audited? Why do they keep billing for consulting services, but the clients aren’t paying, see growth in A/R. That’s just to start.
No surprise, the company was able to get a protective order for discovery. Can't let the public see behind the curtain
5 months, Failure says “still waiting for audit letter” lol
JMO, they keep billing the TBI's racking up accounts receivables, but they are not collecting them
I thought he licensed to some countries in europe last year
I used to live in Fairfield County, CT and took metro north into the city every day. Bought the journal, times and post every day at S. Norwalk station. Read the journal first, then times, most time had to wait for the trip home for the post.
Fingers were black with print when I got to work.
Lmfao, just look at the Company’s website. Warner Chappell took the failure to the woodshed. Bye, bye horse movie!!
Just catching up, is there any credibility to copyright issues with wildfire? JMO, it will never be released, but I thought it was because it was either not finished or too bad to be released.
I think it is going to be tough for ALPP to get an extension past June 6th, not only due to the fins, but being out of compliance regarding the share price. I can see ALPP being suspended until the hearing in July
I don't know what is going on, the only positive thing I see here, is the WV gave $1.75mm. That adds credibility to the story. But being a former corporate banker, the guarantee is very simple and should have been down long ago. It's not like the bank is underwriting the company. They are underwriting the state because that is where the risk lies. Yes, the bank does want to know about the company and project, but at the end of the day, if the company defaults, the bank goes direct to the state for repayment, not the company. Something is not right.
