nothing goin on with this stock nobody doing much about 1300 dollars value traded today.I think I'll forget about looking at this for a week or 2...I'm not buying no more and I am not selling for now.....so I'll let it ride.

The very same players on the ask is sitting low on the bid with UBSS in there mostly selling at .0105 I guess to knock it down.It has been effective I think to keep the bids low.
I don't know why they would want to keep it down but I figure there are a lot of people lurking around.I think if the bid move up they will jump in.

Its also interesting that the company has a patent for software that is used in the betting business.Patented software that the company feels others are using without permission. The company has taken legal action against others for using it.Who knows where that can lead.Imo even if this company is acquired in a deal as with Betbrokers....a successful determination in the courts could award current shareholders a sum of cash.imo
It could be a good ideal to get stock certs.ato prove your investment.

I have been doing as much dd on this as I can...the company is being bought out by Betbrokers by issue of stock to buy the assets and if that money is used to pay off the debt the big winner will be wayne since he holds over 15 million shares of the 124,849,845 and if I am correct he has another 6 million to go to his credit when he converts his preferred shares as I am sure he will do before the deal is done.
The deal is for 6.5 million. Back in March Wayne bought shares at .012 that is just under my price so its safe to assume the buyout will provide share holders at least that much. If debt is paid off with the shares offered then the rest should go to shareholders I suspect that amount will be between .012 and .05 but I suspect .03 now.At any rate I can not understand why anyone would sell for any .01 except they are complete idiots.
But the deal must get done for any of the above to happen.
This is not going to be 16 cents as I had first thought I still like doubles and triples.

A transatlantic match-up in the betting world puts together two larger-than-life Waynes: the UK sports betting brokerage Betbrokers (LSE: BETB.L - news) run by Wayne Lochner signed a letter of intent to buy Las-Vegas based sports information and tipping business Winning Edge for $6.5m run by Wayne Allyn Root.

Mr Lochner created Affinity Internet in the dotcom boom. It briefly had a paper value of almost £500m when its shares touched £82. Shareholders in Betbrokers include city entrepreneur Derek Tullett and former F1 team owner Eddie Jordan.

Wayne Allyn Root is a Las Vegas legend for his tipping business, known in the US as "handicapping"' He is a leading contender for the Libertarian party's presidential nomination.

For Mr Lochner, the deal extends its trading day and offers customers information and tips on US sporting events.

"It also gives us a firm and completely legal foothold in the US sports betting arena should the tight gambling regulations eventually be relaxed," he said.

Presumably, Mr Root is able to tip him the wink on when that might be.

The email I got today from BETBROKERS is that the acquisition is still on and they are waiting approval from the sec.They still expect the deal to be done this month.That sounds pretty positive to me.

I wouldn't complain too much if .06 was all I could get but I really think it can be much higher.It just depends on a couple of things to go well.News of finance and the speculators come in fast and hard would be one.True value of the stock deal to us can be very speculative so I still think .10 to .16 might happen in a pretty short period of time on speculation.
So wait and see because at this point nobody wants to sell knowing this news could come at any time.
There could be a mad rush to get in once people see this will all happen. We are talking about a 2,3,4,5 banger I THINK AT LEAST that could be very easy money

I would go on to say that if they had planned on doing the deal June as the pr stated that they must have been quite advanced in the process when the pr was announced.This means....investors who might have been privy or somehow got wind of the deal ahead of the announcement may have been accumulating this stock for some time.Word like that always gets out and the stock is quietly accumulated ahead of the big pay off.imo The other deal...hummm I'm not sure what to think about that if the above is true unless they had hoped to shake em out of this stock.

anybody in looking to buy BETB on the london should be looking very close at this stock because it would be a fantastic opportunity for them It seems to me that they would be buying into the same company for 1/16 the price.That is why I think this stock is such a great play.If that isn't the case then I have this one figured all wrong and might have made a mistake in buying.You know what I'm saying.....if you want BETB you can get it here......for a penny not .16! Its been about 2 weeks now since news of the LOI. So I suspect we will know of a definitive agreement soon since the PR said the whole thing should be done by june. They were thinking to move fast.Since it's now the 6th I figure any time now.

and, pending financing to retire existing debt, has directed management to complete due diligence and a definitive purchase agreement to present to Winning Edge shareholders.

IMO this should be the next update, about the financing to retire existing debt.Of course when they get the financing the deal could already be done and Boom. Anyone selling now is crazy I think. Just shy of 24 Million shares traded since the PR. Alot of people hanging on to them. GLTU.

I agree. I don't know why BETM is interested in WNED and I don't care. But I know gambling is probably a multi billion dollar industry.If this company has nothing else it has that much going for it so yes under the right conditions this stock can pay off big.Its in the right sector or industry for sure.

With the ProGames Network, Inc deal there would have been a 30 to 1 reverse split but you get a preferred share dividend and the issued stock to ProGames Network, Inc investors would be restricted.
That deal I don't like.
But with this BETM deal I have even less idea how it will be with the shares like what do we get out of it?I can honestly say I bought without a clue. Only hints that something good is about to become of this...like the form4 insider buy at .012 and the chart and I do believe if this deal with BETM is made we will move up big. Because if it turns out I hold BETM shares valued at .165 more or less I might have a hard time selling them cause they trade on the London Exchange. But the pros in London might see an opportunity here to buy our stock if they know the deal will go through. What could happen then is they buy our stock which is easily sold via ameritrade or some other online broker before the exchange or after the exchange of shares on the london exchange or as I said before as our stock price runs up to who knows where....16cents maybe?......If so that is when I sell too...or else none of the above happens and I probably lose. Its a gamble.

i was still skeptical about the takeover so i contacted the guys at betbroker and they say the situation is still on and will announce the buyout on london exchange IF wned agree to the buyout offer
