I would go on to say that if they had planned on doing the deal June as the pr stated that they must have been quite advanced in the process when the pr was announced.This means....investors who might have been privy or somehow got wind of the deal ahead of the announcement may have been accumulating this stock for some time.Word like that always gets out and the stock is quietly accumulated ahead of the big pay off.imo The other deal...hummm I'm not sure what to think about that if the above is true unless they had hoped to shake em out of this stock.
