and, pending financing to retire existing debt, has directed management to complete due diligence and a definitive purchase agreement to present to Winning Edge shareholders.

IMO this should be the next update, about the financing to retire existing debt.Of course when they get the financing the deal could already be done and Boom. Anyone selling now is crazy I think. Just shy of 24 Million shares traded since the PR. Alot of people hanging on to them. GLTU.
