I have been doing as much dd on this as I can...the company is being bought out by Betbrokers by issue of stock to buy the assets and if that money is used to pay off the debt the big winner will be wayne since he holds over 15 million shares of the 124,849,845 and if I am correct he has another 6 million to go to his credit when he converts his preferred shares as I am sure he will do before the deal is done.
The deal is for 6.5 million. Back in March Wayne bought shares at .012 that is just under my price so its safe to assume the buyout will provide share holders at least that much. If debt is paid off with the shares offered then the rest should go to shareholders I suspect that amount will be between .012 and .05 but I suspect .03 now.At any rate I can not understand why anyone would sell for any .01 except they are complete idiots.
But the deal must get done for any of the above to happen.
This is not going to be 16 cents as I had first thought I still like doubles and triples.
