Should turn some heads IMHO!
Please submit your nomination.
VGREF to ask for VSPC help! Yes I believe Mr Chang will try to modify the agreement with VSPC at some point. He realizes what a valuable assets Dr Kukkonw and what a dynamic model Dr Schewe have in worldwide Giant Grass othe rthen in China & Taiwan. Come back Mr Chang we can work out a better deal for your beneift and ours. The Chang family need leadership.
Not sure about that requirement, but good point.
Remember when Jan told you he didn't think the VGREF shares would last long?
Then the rumor began about DP buying up the VGREF shares......
None-the-less, no market for sure here.
The stock has no volume so it is doubtful it will qualify for anything other then the OTC BB.
Don't know much about the lawsuit contemplated but it never happened! Regardless Mr Chang got his cake and eating it too all the way to the bank. So investors are happy as well all except the VGREF holders. Thus far they are left holding the bag.
Watch it grow in China and the rest of the WORLD!
So VGREF dumps VSPC, and they are about to announce deal(s)?
Wasn't that what the lawsuit threat was all about?
If true, looks like Chang did right by "going at it alone", huh?
Improve over time is an understatement. Watch the deals announced for VGREF according to Jason Chang thing s ae going well. VSPC and her sister have already garnished worldwide attention.
Tip of the iceberg!!!!!!
Next week the Q is due. They always PR the results. Since VGREF dumped VSPC I suspect their numbers will improve over time.
Interested to hear your take on this. I sent you my email.
Sorry posted to the wrong board.........but you can read all about it at http://DDAmanda.com .........z
Not sure....just know that VGREF has the pellets and the art that can bring instant revenues. Also a percentage of the revenue that VGREF makes. As far as being mostly family owned..??? I think that a PR is important to let us know what plans and direction the company is going in now will help. As far as VSPC...I also believe that there is potential...may take awhile to actually see revenues though.
I don't know how to read charts. What does this mean? I understand what I can see as of today but does it show forthcoming? Appreciate an explanation.
Rod, all kidding aside, where do you think this is going? I believe VGREF will do well but it costing over a dollar and held almost exclusively by one family limits its growth. VSPC I honestly believe is a shoe in for .05 but .10 is certainly not out of the question.
Justarookie what do you think also?
Actually on the bottom of the last PR about the pellet contract, this info is listed:

IR@VGREF.com
I called yesterday and left a message. Jason called back within the hour. He was very easy to talk to and willing to answer whatever questions that he could within his limits ofcourse. He did say that there would be a PR coming out soon...possibly next week. I would suggest you call him.
VGREF is puzzling. Jan tells me to call Jason for info. I emailed an dno response. Believe I will conitnue. Investors check your emails for updates. VGREF progress or lack of could certainly affect VSPC IMO! The outfit funidng Myamar Asian Development Bank has their hands in many deals and a n offer according to Bloomberg for 10 billion in financing.
http://www.adb.org/sectors/energy/main
I just may get my wish....sounds like we will be getting a PR soon.
Wondering the same thing!! And to be honest....not sure what to think of this!! I wish we would hear more on VGREF. I think it would make more sense to all of this!
VGREF bid is up so I bet we see news soon. Where are you Mr Chang?
Go figure Dr Schewe options on the $35k loan for stock at what.005? so a capital gain is taxed at less rate then any interest income would be The real kicker is his short term profit thinking! JMO! Gonna buy more here shortly even .013 is a deal when we hit .03 which is easy too envision! What's your opinion on his conmversion?
Why does anyone have to stick out their neck? VGREF is producing pellets and they say they have a customer. Wasn't producing the product the key......as I said? If the company can profit, why do they need someone else to stick out their neck?
If a need exist, you fill it. You don't go to a power company that is struggling for feedstock and say..........
Let's grow thousands of acres next to your plant, at a cost to you, not us, and you'll never ever ever run out of fuel. You simply provide what they need and prove yourself reliable.
Bidness 101
The old model failed.......period! If GKG can fill a need, prove it. The customers will come with proof, not with presentation after presentation.
I don't have a lot of skin in the game, so I can let it ride.
I think GKG is a good product, but the worlds economies are still on life suppost. Nobody wants to stick their neck out too far on
new technologies. I think the players in this tech know it's a winner. I also think once the first player steps up to the plate, others will follow en mass..
yak
Huge deal ahead with VGREF are you saying?
No risk NO reward! Thats the life and mentality of most penny investors. Still a weak global economy has slowed biomass development worldwide. Some contend that VSPC is a scam. Thats their OPINION! Biomass has been slow to develop in a global recession. Subsidies and 100% dedicated power plant costs and covnersion to even 80:20 pp's also have hampered. Drax is moving forward albeit with wood and YES Dr Schewe stated VSPC has survived where others failed. If you build it they will come and Jan advised THEY ARE coming to S. Cali to see the grass growing. You heard rod say Mr Chang is a good poker player and only glad he seperated to get RICH!
Watch the pps grow! Huge deal ahead!
Hey rodman :).. I can wait. I've been waiting for 12 years....
some day, one of these pennies will hit.
Yak
Jason Chang, just like Jan, doesn't respond either..........
I guess the questions are too tough, huh?
Why is VGREF selling logs in VSPC's territory? That was my question, but of course the chicom won't respond.......just like Karl/Jan wouldn't.
VGREF now has a market cap 1/3 less than it's "sister company", VSPC. VGREF might want to bid whack to create a market for it's shares..........
just saying
Cash is King especially with Viaspace! Wait till the BIG news hits. We will see .10! VGREF sure could use a pr though. Mr Chang doesn't seem to care about shareholders. Right now I'm down several thousand. Mr Chang doesn't respond to emails! At least not mine.
I thought Cash was King ??
yak
Call into MR Chang and yahoo has a VGREF message board finally!
I'm in pretty big with VGREF! Hope its not a bust!
VGREF is well on its way to a new pellet operation. Thanks Mr Chang lets get our pps up now.
With biomass, yield is king. And Freedom Giant Miscanthus™ has just changed all the known numbers. Plug 25 tons per acre into your current figures and compare it to other biomass crops. Freedom Giant Miscanthus is the tallest, highest-yielding, most vigorous biomass crop available today. At full maturity, it produces yields up to 25 tons per acre with superior height, standability, and vigor. It is heat and drought tolerant, and tolerates poor soils. It is truly biomassive.
http://www.repreverenewables.com/freedom-giant-miscanthus.html
That 25 tons per acre is one harvest, not 4. VGREF's grass yields only 11 tons per acre......though not even that little amount has been verified.
Wonder why?
So why hasn't the yield been tested?
Other grasses are listed with verified a yield in the presentation, but GKG isn't verified. Why?
Why test after teat after test about energy content only? Are they hiding something, or do they think potential buyers are idiots?
GKG hasn't been "pumped" for it's energy content, but for it's yield. It's said to be the HIGHEST YIELDING BIOMASS CROP IN THE WORLD, but VGREF can only sign a deal with a loser like VSPC that required an 8K.
Chang gave worldwide rights outside China and Taiwan for 8% probably to stop those lawsuit threats. I hear some heavy hitters were looking to take him out! Also to prop up his own "investment" given to him by VSPC shareholders duped by Karl.
NOTE: The rights given to VSPC don't stop China Gate or the inventor from selling outside Guangdong or the US. It's even more useless than IPA's sub license.
No never wonder! You underestimate the people and company. The content pf GKG content has been indepedently tested by third party labs and found to contain less ash then competition except for wood. Believe it VGREF & Visapace Inc will eclipse all other biomass alternatives.
The yield of Giant King Grass in a tropical area with a 12 month growing season is 167 tons per acre (375 metric tons per hectare) of fresh grass at approximately 70-75% moisture.
The energy content of Giant King Grass is excellent at 7900 BTU per bone dry pound (4400 kcal per kilogram or 18.4 MJ per kilogram). The proximate, elemental, and ash analysis shows that the properties of Giant King Grass are very close to corn straw (Stover) which is the rest of the corn plant after the ear of corn is harvested. Biogas production from Giant King Grass is also excellent
SCM I do begrudgingly have to admit two things. You do write a well thought out post and you spend an unbelieveable amount of time researching previous posts.
You did not answer my question however. Which Hedge Fund do you work for?
I had a chang(e) of heart when they introduced the logs. That was when VGREF was a VSPC subsidiary and then Jan lied to me and Seattle about CERTS. Remember when I "interviewed" Jan and he said the CERTS would come, "for sure"? He told Seattle they wouldn't ship without the CERTS, according to Seattle.
Lotta good it did to call IR, huh?
SCM was there ever a PR you liked? I see them making head way faster than in the past. I see plantations, farms or whatever being grown in different locations on a regular basis.I see the aggressiveness toward sales that you cried Dr K didn't have. Deals are being closed. Exactly what is it that you want from these guys. It is a small company with big goals. If they are successful you will see many millionaires made.
I presume, as most of us do, that you work for a hedge fund. Do you want to reveal which one it is?
Carried what story? The PR?
PR's are carried by numerous organizations including Yahoo and Ihub. It doesn't mean they stand behind the content.
GKG's yield has NEVER been independently verified. Proof me wrong and I'll sticky it. Jan or Jason surely can site the source, right?
Thanks in advance for clearing the air!
Burma Digest and several others carried the story. I doubt the conspiracy is that big.

Don't you ever wonder why this hasn't been verified?.....
Sister companies in regard to the 8% Mr Chang and VGREF receive on net sales! A no lose deal for him. Played his card right huh!
Why not then promote VSCP well he will believe me. Especially now!
USDA Approved Giant King Grass Growing in California
Oct 22, 2012 08:47:17 (ET)
WALNUT, Calif., Oct 22, 2012 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- VIASPACE Inc. (otcqb:VSPC) today announced that its proprietary, high yield, dedicated green energy crop Giant KingTM Grass is growing in California.
Giant King Grass (GKG) is the highest yielding biomass crop in the world. It is a renewable, nonfood, dedicated green energy crop for green electricity and biofuels. It is not genetically modified and not an invasive species. Giant King Grass has been extensively tested in independent laboratories and the results are excellent. The high yield of Giant King Grass makes it the lowest cost feedstock for electricity generation using direct combustion or anaerobic digestion or the production of cellulosic sugars for biofuels and biochemicals.
The company released a photo of VIASPACE CEO Dr. Carl Kukkonen standing with Giant King Grass growing in California. The grass is 10 feet tall and will be harvested when it reaches 15-18 feet. (If the photo is not displayed, click this link: http://www.pricetargetmedia.com/images/viaspace_giant_king_grass_biofuel.jpg ).
Dr. Kukkonen stated "California is a leader in renewable energy, and we believe that Giant King Grass can play an important role in electricity generation, and as a feedstock for nonfood cellulosic biofuels such as ethanol and butanol, and also for biochemicals and bioplastics. California is a leading state for agriculture and its warm weather makes it a good place to grow Giant King Grass. Giant King Grass can be grown on marginal lands and will not displace agriculture production."
Kukkonen continued, "VIASPACE's strategy is to expand aggressively in the United States, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. The California site will provide Giant King Grass seedlings for customers and partners in other states, and it will be exported to other countries. The California site will also provide a convenient "showroom" for potential customers that want to see Giant King Grass for themselves. I encourage potential customers that need fuel for their power plants or biofuel refineries to contact VIASPACE by email at INFO@VIASPACE.com. We will also work with project developers on new power plant or biofuels projects. More and more project developers are realizing that they need to control their fuel source and a companion Giant King Grass energy plantation allows them to do this. Co-location of the plantation and the power plant or bio refinery simplifies logistics and reduces costs significantly. The cost reductions attributable to the high yield of Giant King Grass plus co-location can dramatically increase project profitability."
Dr. Kevin Schewe, VIASPACE chairman, commented: "I have personally toured and experienced our California GKG site. I can bear witness that Giant King Grass is an impressive, high yield biomass crop and its shear density of growth is amazing. For example, when you walk into the middle of our GKG plot in California where the grass has matured in height, the sunlight nearly disappears. Like me, our potential customers will easily see and identify with the continuously renewable benefit that this crop can provide."
Guess my posts are not solely related to VGREF when Mr Chang and Viaspace both recognize our mutual sister relationship. Regardless both companies will see new contracts and I should say BIG contracts. The face book pages should be up and expanding soon. Rod says am I worthy 4on4? Not just a pumper biomass pellets contracts to supplement power plants in China, Taiwan and Philipines. Lets not forget VSPC in the US! Hmm?
I asked a question as to what he was referring to.
This is the VGREF board, not VSPC.
Let's stay "on topic".
Thanks
A vspc plantation or a VGE plantation?
Just like I told Karl when he was the CEO of VGREF, you make the pellets first, then you get a contract. All Karl can land are MOU's and the like.
He thought that he could sign a deal without a product (pellets). No wonder Chang wanted to separate. If there is a demand you provide the product, not the idea.
Chang will probably need to keep separating himself from Karl though. Time will tell.
VGREF signs the first of many. Sisters look they really compliment each other. VSPC will announce as well a BIG deal.
Watch the girls run!

VIASPACE Green Energy Signs Its First Supply Contract for Giant King Grass Pellets
VIASPACE Green Energy Inc. (OTCQB:VGREF) today announced that it has signed a five-year contract to supply Giant King™ Grass (GKG) pellets to a home furniture manufacturer located in the Guangdong Province of China. This will be VIASPACE Green Energy's first supply contract for its pellets. The customer will burn the GKG pellets in its boiler, which currently requires over 2,000 metric tons of fuel per month, for generating heat and energy to be used in its manufacturing process.
VIASPACE Green Energy (VGE) anticipates supplying at least 12,000 metric tons of pellets per year to this specific customer which is expected to generate approximately $7.5 million in revenue over the term of the contract. The company will begin delivering pellets immediately which will result in fourth-quarter revenues from pellet sales.
Mr. Sung Chang, President of VGE, stated: "This is a significant achievement for VIASPACE Green Energy. The company's first pellet customer is extremely important because it will allow us to prove that VGE can consistently manufacture high-quality pellets at an attractive price to our customers by taking advantage of Giant King Grass' high growth yields. This contract also serves as a proof of concept for our potential customers, and we expect this to create a positive and proven reputation for Giant King Grass and VGE. Most importantly, our shareholders should be able to see the company realize revenue from pellets within 2012. We have seen the pellet market in China continue to grow, and we have had discussions with several large corporations that need over 250,000 tons of pellets per year for their operations. As a result, we have been looking to expand our operations and are currently in discussions with multiple municipalities in China to acquire more land."
Previously, on October 3, 2012, the VGE Board of Directors and Management announced that the orderly separation of VGE and VIASPACE Inc. (VIASPACE) had been completed and formal documents signed by VGE, VIASPACE and Mr. Sung Chang. As part of the separation agreement, VGE has the right to commercially develop Giant King Grass in China and Taiwan, and VIASPACE has been granted an exclusive license to commercialize Giant King Grass in the rest of the world outside China and Taiwan. The exclusive license that VIASPACE obtained from VGE has revenue milestones that need to be met every two years in order to maintain the license from VGE. VIASPACE will pay VGE an 8% royalty on net sales derived. The entire press release can be viewed at http://www.viaspacegreenenergy.com/newsreview.php?id=65&type=pr
