As usual you have it all wrong, consider this....A bunch of people standing around discussing gravity and the rotation of the earth, everyone understands as they have all attended the fourth grade, suddenly a small group jumps in the middle of the discussion, and they never attended the fourth grade because they were too busy suing their third grade teacher for teaching them to spell. However, they decide to accuse the first group of manipulating the rotation of the earth and whining because the Capt. Whammy space boots they've bought won't let them float in space. These boots were guaranteed to allow them to fly, and even though they only paid three cents for these boots, it's much more likely these people who dare to discuss gravity must have done something to make their space boots not work, and why oh why do they insist on discussing the earth when space boots should be the only topic!

Dear Mr. Trump.
My name is Kenneth Scordo. Right off the bat I feel that we have something in common, our cool names. Your name, Trump, needs no explanation. Mine, Scordo, takes a little longer to figure out ("Score-Dough," get it!!) B-), but then again it also has the added benefit of having four syllables and ending with the "oh" sound (compare Kenneth Scordo/Gordon Gekko). B-)
I am 42 years old but look a lot younger thanks to a super cool goatee and Just For Men #2. I'm 20 year stockbroker who worked in Manhattan during the first half of my career and spent the last half of my career working and living here in Orange County California. We call it The OC cause it sounds cooler. Way cooler.
About 5 months ago we began the process of creating a NASD stockbrokerage firm. Oh yeah baby! The process of creating a brokerage is a highly regulated process with takes multiple licenses and years of practical experiences with those licenses. But let's be honest here, to a guy like you this whole paragraph sounds like blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Let me get your attention here:
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ That's what I'm talkin' about. B-)
What is money about this opportunity is OCS partnered with a 22 year old “whiz” kid named Phat Matt Brown. Although his name isn't nearly as money as ours, Matt Brown owns 2 of the largest 4 financial posting sites on the Internet. Matt created “Investors Hub” (IHUB) 6 years ago when he was 16 years old and bought “Silicon Investor ”(SI) 3 years ago. There is this other dude named Bob who sticks his nose where it don't belong from time to time, but I'm planning on having him bumped off. Ha ha. Just kidding!!! B-)
You may ask what is Silicon Investor and Investors Hub and who thinks these sites are good places to market a on-line brokerage? Well, I do. That's me Kenneth Score-Dough for one!!! And you can take that to the bank, baby! B-)
What’s going to be unique about this Broker/Dealer is we intend you take full advantage of the synergies of thousands of writers and their daily passion to write on finance in a way which has never been done to date. I don't even know what "synergies" are, but think of how cool that word will look in our prospectus. B-)
Now, it is true, there are a couple of bad apples there at iHub. But I have been ordering Matt to ban them and I expect he will come to his senses very shortly. B-)
The answer as to why you would wish to be involved in such a deal is simple. You made billions in real estate, the best game in town. True, you seem to end up in bankruptcy a lot, but hey, how is it your problem that some creditors were too stupid to get collateral? The second best game in town is the Kevin Bacon game. I can get from Vin Diesel to Kevin Bacon in two steps! The third best game in town is Wall Street and quite possibly the Internet and the twins episode of Fear Factor (can you say hot, blonde twins eating pig scrotums B-), and I believe you have little to no exposure to these areas (including, I hope, the pig scrotums!!!).
Why a deal with a start-up like OC? Because our structuring will allow you the best deal in town and a communal on-line deal like the one we are discussing on-line will give you the attention of a deal where hundreds of Joe Schmos can reap the rewards along with us. Plus, we're all just a bunch of pie in the sky rubes who think we can make a deal with the devil and win. Just kiddin' about that devil part, but you get the idea. B-) Can you say PHRESH PHISH? Again, just kidding.
Marketing is everything in business today. I'll bet you didn't know that so it is a good thing I told you. Plenty more gems where that came from baby!!! AmeriTrade and E-trade have multibillion dollar capitalizations and do little more than take trades. Bush leaguers. Matt, OCS and 200 IHUBers have the window and the passion to make this work fun. Plus, we have cool screen names. I already have ScoreDough$$$ reserved though, so don't get any ideas!!! You can be TrumpGuy$$$$ if you want.
I have a business opportunity which I would like to offer you. Can I have your phone number?

You can make fuel cells that run directly on alcohol, not hydrogen, you don't need a completely new infrastructure for it, and if we spend only 10% of what we spend on Iraq to develop efficient ways of "growing" that alcohol, we harvest the sun energy that way. The truth is that you can make an internal combustion engine that run on alcohol and the net discharge of CO2 in the air will be less than the discharge involved in the separation of hydrogen, much less since it will be absolutely zero. The equation is zero sum. All CO2 discharged from burning agriculturally grown alcohol is reabsorbed in the growth process of that alcohol, in essence a zero CO2 discharge economy. If energy policies were not left in the hands of the fossil fuel industry, that simple truth would have come to the fore a long time ago. I think that the whole hoopla about fuel cells is a massive hype con game, nothing less. Unfortunately, the green lobby is misleading the nation and the world about CO2, sure, if all we do is add CO2 without reabsorbing it, we may end up with slowly increasing CO2 in the atmosphere, but the earth has a fantastic pair of lungs (the oceans and the forests and of course, alcohol crops) that rebalance CO2 in the atmosphere.

Yes, there are billions of OPM (other people money) invested in fuel cells, destined eventually to go down the drain, all IMHO. Billions are being soaked from joe six pack now into "nanotechnology" as well, only a very small portion of that will see any good returns.

You dance too much, the question is not if the dividend exclusion increases or decreases taxes, it shifts the burden, that is what I stated and that is still true. Can you refute that? Furthermore, we screwed up by not doing that the right way, treat dividends like interest as cost of capital. Strange that in three or four exchanges you still refuse to address the issue of the more rational way to handle the double taxation of dividends (which we still have now).
So I'll ask quite simply, why not treat dividends as interest is treated, an expense to the payors? Recipients of interest on bonds pay taxes on all interest paid at their highest marginal tax rate, is that rational, or is that simply stupid?

The Fallacies of this war.
Written by: TigerPaw
#msg-804503 . #board-1209
The Bush administration is advancing the cause of their war by using a series of logical fallacies. A fallacy is, very generally, an error in reasoning. This differs from a factual error, which is simply being wrong about the facts. To be more specific, a fallacy is an "argument" in which the premises given for the conclusion do not provide the needed degree of support.
Probably the most used logical fallacy used in support of the war is the fallacy of Misleading Vividness. This is the fallacy of letting a single strong example or a single vivid case to outweigh strong statistical data. The vivid case of course is the terrorist attack of 9/11. This fallacy is used in support of not only Bush's war, but almost every other action he has taken in the last year. The response to this dramatic TV footage of the towers is way out of proportion to the actual dangers or consequences implied in the actions taken since then.
http://www.csicop.org/si/2002-09/9-11.html
When it comes to justifying this specific Iraqi incarnation of their war, the administration used several other logical fallacies to confuse the public. In the fallacy of Begging the Question the premises includes the claim that the conclusion is true or (directly or indirectly) assume that the conclusion is true. This is commonly seen in the Rumsfeld & Bush claim that Saddam must have weapons hidden because the inspectors have not found them yet. Implied in the premise is the conclusion that there are weapons to be found. In actually the claims say nothing about the presence of weapons while the inspectors say at least something factual on the subject.
http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/news/12502_iraq.html
This argument is further confused by the fallacy of Special Pleading. This is the fallacy of failing the present a reason why this case should be considered differently from other similar cases.
http://www.nixoncenter.org/010502Is%20North%20Korea%20More%20Dangerous%20than%20Iraq.htm .
or even from the case of the arguer. http://www.salon.com/news/col/scheer/2002/12/11/weapons/ .
The Bandwagon is a fallacy in which a threat of rejection by one's peers (or peer pressure) is substituted for evidence in an "argument." The Bush administration does this domestically with their accusations that all who question their war are un-American. http://www.newsfrombabylon.com/article.php?sid=1355 . Internationally the fallacy is extended to the point of outright threats. http://www.cnn.com/2001/US/11/06/gen.attack.on.terror/ . None of these threats or appeals to polls provides any justification for Bush's war; they only convey his threats and perhaps reasons to worry about confrontation with Bush himself.
The Bush administration deflects the more measured responses in a fallacy known as the Excluded Middle where it is claimed that if a war with Iraq is not begun, and begun soon, then nothing will be done and Saddam will get mass weapons and destroy the world. The fallacy completely ignores any other possible actions besides war or nothing. http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2003/02/09/1044725672665.html .
While the Bush administration uses a great many fallacies, such as Appeal to Emotion, Poisoning the Well, and Burden of Proof, probably the most used false justification for Bush's war is Guilt by Association in which the crimes of terrorist Osama Bin Laden are associated with Saddam Hussein by the irrelevant fact of their Muslim heritage.

Mind Games Of A Trader.................
I see a lot of posts from traders who jump in momo's only to see they jumped in at HOD.
That can become very discouraging.
As a trader there will be days you have trigger lock.
You made good bank the other day and now don't want to give it back.
Or you just can't decide what to buy.
Had one of them the other day.
Days where when you jump in on a momo when it's up .02, it stalls, and there you are in dead money.
There will be days after doing that you see the same set up, decide not to jump in, sure enough the stock being up .02 goes up another .05 and you are just sitting there asking yourself why me?
Then you continue to read all kinds of posts about making bank today as you made little, if any.
Your timing sucked.
Your fills sucked.
And all you are doing is sitting there reading about ther winning trades.
You will always every day read about the winners.
Rarely do you hear about the losers.
To be a trader it is like a lot of things in life.
You got to keep a level head.
Keep things in perspective after you made a bad trade.
A way to win this game is to use a service like freetrade or some other low cost service so jumping in and out of trades the phycological commision cost won't even have a chance to play in the back of your mind.
Another way is to remember this isn't about you losing trades.
It is about you shoving your ego and denial asside and taking a small loss instead of staying in only to see what was a small loss, turn into a huge loss.
There will be times you got shook out and the MM's take it way up. Yes, that happens.
But percentage wise it happens less then when L2 is telling you support is gone it's time to save your capitol.
When you stay in a trade hoping to get your money back only to see it go down farther after telling yourself you should get out now, not only are you losing more money then the small loss you should have taken, you are losing money on your next winning trade.
If you would have cut your loss short instead of having denial overcome you, your next winning trade would had have more shares bought.
Instead those shares are sitting in no mans land.
Keep your head up.
I sometimes have rotton days when all I read about is others winning.
Other times I have great days when I don't read a lot of posts about others winning.
Limit your losses.
It's all about making more winning trades and stopping your losses short.
Keep a level head and don't be discouraged about reading all the posts saying they made great bank
Your days will get better.
Hard work will change your state of being down, to I can win at this game also.
Excel
Every day that you attempt to see things as they are in truth is a supremely successful day.

But whoever it was who "discovered" this method of "free energy"
got the State of Utah to finance a demonstation "cold fusion"

It worked, but never reproducibly,
sometimes it did, sometimes it did not.
They are still working on it, but not in the US, in France.
If you are a conspirationalist, consider how many billions
Livermore gets on "hot fusion" over the years
(with, like ENER and AMSC, nothing to show for it) .
Do you think big physics is going to risk losing that pork
to a kitchen table experiment?
Pons and Fleishman were chemists, not physicists,
and surely not "big guns." They were scared out of town
with big words like "where are the neutrons?"
You don't need them if the reaction is D2+D2=He4,
but big physics is used to the old fact that the cross section
(probability) of that reaction is 10^5 smaller than D2+D2=Li3+n,
thus looking for the elusive, "n", forgetting to tell Pons/Fleischman
that they were talking "free space" cross section while Pons/Fleischman
were doing it on palladium. Even big physics should have known
that the He4 reaction is much more favored in the presence of Pd
which can absorb the excess momentum,
probably 10^5 more favored, and releases much more energy
than the D2+D2=Li3+n without the troubles associated
with neutrons (n) forming radioactive containment vessels....
... a little more complex physics, but really simple enough.
... usually, in free space very low probability of conserving momentum
in a reaction starting with two particles (D2) and ending with
a single particle (He4). But, when the reaction occurs
on the surface of a massive palladium nucleus,
all excess momentum to keep conservation of momentum
can easily be taken by the huge Pd nucleus.
It surely is simple enough physics for "big Livermore Physics"
to know, the fact they did not follow through points to simple
self interest in keeping on the tocomak pork, rather than
the national interest of energy independence.

WISE WORDS from PappaJohn!

P.U.S.H.
=======
A man was sleeping at night in his cabin when suddenly his room
filled with light and God appeared. The Lord told the man He
had work for him to do and showed him a large rock in front of
his cabin.
The Lord explained that the man was to push against the rock
with all his might. So, this the man did, day after day.
For many years he toiled from sun up to sun down, his shoulders
set squarely against the cold, massive surface of the unmoving
rock, pushing with all of his might.
Each night the man returned to his cabin sore and worn out,
feeling that his whole day had been spent in vain.
Since the man was showing discouragement, the Adversary (Satan),
decided to enter the picture by placing thoughts into the weary
mind:
"You have been pushing against that rock for a long time, and it
hasn't moved."
Thus, he gave the man the impression that the task was
impossible and that he was a failure. These thoughts
discouraged and disheartened the man.
Satan said, "Why kill yourself over this? Just put in your
time, giving just the minimum effort, and that will be good
enough. That's what the weary man planned to do, but decided to
make it a matter of prayer and to take his troubled thoughts to
the Lord.
?Lord,? he said, "I have labored long and hard in your service,
putting all my strength to do that which you have asked.
Yet, after all this time, I have not even budged that rock by
half a millimeter.
What is wrong?
Why am I failing??
The Lord responded compassionately, "My friend, when I asked you
to serve Me and you accepted, I told you that your task was to
push against the rock with all of your strength, which you have
done.
Never once did I mention to you that I expected you to move it.
Your task was to push.
And now you come to Me with your strength spent,
thinking that you have failed.
Is that really so?
Look at yourself.
Your arms are strong and muscled,
your back sinewy and brown;
your hands are callused from constant pressure,
your legs have become massive and hard.
Through opposition you have grown much,
and your abilities now surpass that which you used to have.
True, you haven't moved the rock. But your calling was to be
obedient and to push and to exercise your faith and trust in My
wisdom. That you have done.
Now I, my friend, will move the rock."
At times, when we hear a word from God, we tend to use our own
intellect to decipher what He wants, when actually what God
wants is just a simple obedience and faith in Him.
By all means, exercise the faith that moves mountains,
but know that it is still God who moves mountains.
When everything seems to go wrong...just
P.U.S.H.!
When the job gets you down... just P.U.S.H.!
When people don't react the way you think
they should... just P.U.S.H.
When your money is "gone" and the bills are due... just P.U.S.H!
When people just don't understand you... just P.U.S.H.

Top Ten Reasons Why Matt Has Seemingly Abandoned FryDays
10. He's hoping that if he saves up enough prisoners, he can trade them to RB in a prisoner exchange and get his "FattMatt" alias freed up.
9. Got snubbed by the hottie barmaid in T.G.I.F.'s and this is some sort of perverse revenge upon her. He does tend to project his dating frustrations onto the community, you know. Remember when he tried to change the "Question and Answer" board to the "Truth or Dare" board? Now that was embarrassing.
8. Lost the password to his Admin account. He emailed to himself to get the password sent to him, but in his usual taciturn style, he just ignored the request.
7. New Year's Resolution: "I won't fry anybody who participates on the Jail board more than I do." (Ooooooooooooo….!)
6. Is tired of the ghosts of previously fried members, such as Joemoney and MMMary, hovering over his bed and rattling chains at him in the middle of the night. Well, he doesn't mind the ghost of MMMary doing that so much…
5. (Fill in your suggestion here, if it's chosen, you'll win a free FryDay nomination from Matt.) ________ ________ _____________ _____________ ____________ ___________ _______ ________.
4. Hmmm…. fung_derf disappears; Matt stops having FryDays. Perhaps fung had something to do with the grease supply? Call the Washington Post. This may be bigger than Halliburton.
3. Can't bring himself to fire up the "frypot" because he's too traumatized by that constant phrase he has to repetitively use in his day job. ("You want fries with that?")
2. He just doesn't like us anymore. Sniff.
And the number one reason why Matt has seemingly abandoned Frydays…
1. Got caught up in Friday's soap-opera episode of "Days of Our Lives" and simply doesn't want to miss a second of it!

I'm so old I'm a great grandfather.
I've been shorting since summer and I've lost but its been nothing,
this is just a hobby for an old man.
All my money is stocked in real estate, bonds, cash and gold,
and I live on a pension.
I'm outmoded.
Ignore me.
I think I'll post on a political board and stop here.

Best to you and goodbye all.

oil prices historically high, jobs permanently moving offshore, etc.
that a correction to the average is inevitable.
Short term, a bubble is a bubble...
You may well be right on the longer term,
shorter term the market seems bullet proof...

I'd like to add my voice to the clamor here,
the fact that you are still "around" indicates to me
that we have a lot to learn from your vast experience.
Stick around....
By the way, I joined you (again) in the bear camp a week a go,
and the market is still going up (g), it may even go further,
but I think it is close to a point where the music stops
(at least for a little while).
Since I don't short, I simply went heavy on cash
(close to 60%, not "grizzly bearish" yet, but close...)

Bob, I want to thank you for taking the time to write such a complete response to what was a sort of tongue-in-cheek comment by me. I'm concerned that you may have taken my remark more personally than I intended.
I have the utmost respect for your work. I've been a paid subscriber for more than two years, and know whereof I speak. I don't believe I've ever known anyone involved in system development and maintenance as responsive to clientele as you are ... and that includes myself ... for I certainly lacked your patience and understanding, and the goodwill you exude in your work.
I will not withdraw my comment about Linux, nor would I want to. Microsoft is an abomination. I'm saddened to see so many people proclaiming their love of "freedom" who can't even recognize the depravity of an entity bent on controlling every aspect of their existence. However, I did not mean my comment as a criticism of you or the work you put into iHub ... the finest investment site on the internet.

Doug,
Please let me remind you once again that this board was set up SOLELY as a vehicle for top IHUB posts. Please stop posting links on this board relating to posts on SiliconInvestor.com.
Contact Bob Zumbrunnen if you would like to create a similar board as this one on Silicon Investor for Silicon Investor Top Posts!
I was unable to delete your posts here because I was past my time limit to do so, but I will play closer attention in the future since I have NO indication as yet that IHUB and SI are one and the same entity!

Dear GGraessle,
While I recently did a spurious attack on your above name,
please allow me to include it here for those that need help.
"Grass does not grow on top of a hole."
Now this has a similiarity to that gold mine investment offer,
where it is spoken:
"At the bottom of every gold mine is a miner,
but at the top is always a lier."
Its just how 99% of them penny gold mines stay in business
year and year without any "metal on the table" produced,
but each Friday paychecks are written to employees
using the cashed mined from sucker investors,
those that heard about the miner under the hole,
but mistaken as his words those words spoken by...
... ya'up, "...at the top is always a lier."
Rather than continue talking to those scared of getting "milk"
let me do an abrupt stop here and simply lay out your words,
Yes Virginia, Message In Reply To:

(this post to be deleted) Question on iBox instructions.
"Users may post a question on the board to obtain clarification
... post will then be subsequently deleted from the main board."
While:
Top IHUB Posts (versus) Top IHUB Posters
is apples and oranges, we have no need to identify by name
a list of those on iHub most view as in the "top" since each
of our profiles have a People Marked number.
My suggestion is to modify the iBox such that if an iHub member
writes an article external to iHub, and its very specifically targeted
towards the stock market thru the global economic health of all
the nations on planet Earth, then it should not be a requirement
that the person him or her self post a mention of it on iHub for it
to be mentioned here as a top post, especially when its out in the
public domain freely available to anyone to read it, needing only
an URL to where it is displayed.
Lets see, these are the hoops i would have to jump between
to make it legal to post here. Notice that its all cosmetic
and not only serves no useful purpose, it makes a mockery
out of the top post idea when one has to play a fool's game
to include a top post here.
So lets see again, i would need to ask another iHub member
to post a post on iHub that mentioned this article, that happens
to be written by a iHub member, then i would not break iBox laws
when i posted it here as an msg-12345. Note that this other person,
not the writer of the article, could not post it here because eventhought
the article was not written by him or her, they cannot violate that
iBox law to reference your own post, no matter the material is not yours.
So now here we, you all playing this tag game with gotmilk,
only because you don't like him or her, and forget common sense
and having good stuff happen here.
So if you must, delete my post and further advance your bottom thinking.

Unfortunately, the only way the body can excrete
excess phosphorous is in the form of calcium phosphate.
Thus, when excess phosphorous need to be discharged,
the good old body looks around for calcium,
find some in the bones and discharge it...
Result, depletion of calcium and eventually osteoporosis....

A Week with Richebächer in Cannes
by Jim Willie CB
September 12, 2003
... had the rare privilege of meeting Kurt Richebächer on invitation.
He had read my Ass-Backward Economics series of articles.
In a trans-Atlantic telephone call, he stated his appreciation
for my grasp of the gravity of the situation.
We each believe a breakdown in the US Economy is a certainty,
our government statistics are replete with deceptive fraud,
current imbalances are beyond remedy,
and the world investment community is being drawn into a trap.
He extends his view, expecting a catastrophic outcome
for the world economy and its financial markets...

"Oops, it looks like you have a leak with this model.
I told you that you were trying to put too much into this one."
"That's not a leak," the Lord objected, "that's a tear!"
"What's the tear for?" the Angel asked.
The Lord said, "The tear is her way of expressing her joy,
her sorrow, her pain, her disappointment, her loneliness,
her grief, and her pride."

3 Cheers for WTMHouston!
THIS post will likely live in infamy and be copied to all the message boards on the Internet over time.
It will live as a hallowed sacrament to those who read posts, who wish to write posts, who don't post posts because they have bad grammar, or who don't post because they are at a library somewhere in READ ONLY MODE!
Nonetheless, WTMHouston's post will long outlive the decaying attitude's of both posters and non posters alike.
Some day in Congress, there just may be a Special Session to include WTMHouston's post into the Constitution of The United States of THE INTERNET!
Here is the post of WTMHouston...in it's original entirety!......

Post #of 29717
I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in posting history as the greatest demonstration for posting freedom in the history of IHUB.
Five score and more months ago, a great programmer, in whose symbolic shadow we post today, joined and signed the IHUB Business Plan. This momentous decree came as a great beacon of hope to millions of posting slaves, who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their posting captivity. But one hundred days and more later, the poster is still not free. One hundred days and more later, the life of the poster is still sadly crippled by the manacle of posting political segregation and the chains of posting discrimination.
One hundred and more days later, the poster lives on a lonely island of posting poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material posting prosperity. One hundred and more days later, the poster is still languishing in the corners of IHUB society and finds himself an exile in his own and others land. So we have come here today to dramatize a shameful posting condition.
In a sense we have come to our Q&A Thread to cash a check. When the architects of our great thread wrote the magnificent words of the Terms of Use and Terms of Service, they were signing a promissory note to which every civil poster was to fall heir.
This note was a promise that all posters, yes, liberals as well as conservatives, would be guaranteed to the inalienable rights of life liberty and the pursuit of posting happiness.
It is obvious today that IHUB has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her posters of political persuasion are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, IHUB has given the poster people a bad check, a check that has come back marked "insufficient posting funds."
But we refuse to believe that the bank of IHUB justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of posting opportunity of this community. So we have come to cash this posting check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom of posting and security of moderators.
We have also come to this hallowed board to remind IHUB of the fierce urgency of Now. This is not time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of posting gradualism.
Now is the time to make real the promise of civil posting.
Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of deletion to the sunlit path of posting justice.
Now is the time to lift our moderators from the quicksands of posting injustice to the solid rock of equal posting brotherhood.
Now is the time to make posting justice a reality to all of God's IHUB children.
It would be fatal for the founders to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of it's posting citizens. This sweltering summer of the posters and moderators legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality in posting and moderating. Two Thousand Three is not an end but a beginning. Those who hope that the posters needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the posting nation returns to business as usual.
There will be neither rest nor tranquility in IHUB land until the poster is granted his posting citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our boards until the bright day of justice emerges.
But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of posting justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful posting deeds.
Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for posting freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred and instigation. We must ever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical posting violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting posting physical force with posting soul force.
The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the posting community must not lead us to a distrust of all posting people, for many of our posting brothers and sisters, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their posting destiny is tied up with our posting destiny. They have come to realize that their posting freedom is inextricably bound to our posting freedom. We cannot post alone.
And as we post, we must make the pledge that we shall always post ahead. We cannot turn back posts.
There are those who are asking the devotees of posting rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the poster is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of moderator deletion brutality.
We can never be satisfied as long as our posting fingers, heavy with the fatigue of typing, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the information highways and the hotels of IHUB.
We cannot be satisfied as long as the posters basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto board to a larger one.
We can never be satisfied as long as our second posting aliases, er children are stripped of their posting selfhood and robbed of their posting dignity by signs stating "for certain posters only."
We cannot be satisfied as long as a poster in Boston cannot vote and a moderator in Texas believes he has nothing for which to vote.
No, no we are not satisfied and we will not be satisfied until posting justice rolls down like waters and posting righteousness like a mighty stream.
I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of your trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow posting jail cells and showers. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for posting freedom left you battered by storms of persecutions and staggered by the winds of moderator and posting brutality.
You have been the veterans of creative posting suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned posting suffering is redemptive.
Go back to Boston and Hawaii, go back to Texas, go back to New York, go back to Florida, go back to the hills of New Jersey, go back to San Francisco, go back to Portland, go back to Boogerville, go back to Tampa, go back to North Carolina, go back to Rhode Island, go back to Canada, go back to Los Angeles, go back to Colorado, go back to Washington, go back to So Cal, go back to Ottawa, go back to San Juans, go back to the posting slums and ghettos of RB and our modern IHUB cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.
Let us not wallow in the valley of posting despair.
I say to you today, my friends, that even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow. I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American posting dream.
I have a posting dream that one day this message board will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed. We hold these truths to be self-evident that all posters are created equal.
I have a posting dream that one day on the red hills of NoLib land the sons of former posters and the sons of former moderators will be able to sit down together at the table of posting brotherhood.
I have a posting dream that one day even the state of NoLib land, a board sweltering
with the heat of liberal oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.
I have a posting dream that our little liberal instigators will one day post in a place where they will not be judged by the name of their politics but by the content of their opinions.
I have a posting dream today.
I have a posting dream that one day down in Rant Land, with its vicious rules, with its moderator having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification; that one day right down in Rant Land little liberal boys and liberal girls will be able to join hands with little conservative boys and conservative girls as sisters and brothers in posting.
I have a posting dream today.
I have a posting dream that one day every view shall be exalted, and every hill and every mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plains and the crooked places will be made straight and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together while posting at IHUB.
This is our posting hope. This is the posting faith that I will go back to the threads with. With this posting faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of moderator despair a stone of posting hope
With this posting faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our boards into a beautiful symphony of posting brotherhood.
With this posting faith we will be able to post together, to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to climb up for posting freedom together, knowing that we will be free posters one day.
This will be the day when all of God's posting children will be able to sing with new meaning "My IHUB 'tis of thee, sweet land of posting liberty, of thee I post. Land where my politics died, land of the posters pride, from every posting-site, let posting freedom ring!"
And if IHUB is to be a great message nation, this must become true. So let freedom ring from the hilltops of Tallahassee. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of Boogerville.
Let posting freedom ring from the castrated woods in Tennessee.
Let posting freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.
Let posting freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California and posting fems.
But not only that, let freedom, ring from Stone Mountain of NoLib land.
Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Liberalville and every conservative posting
mountainside.
And when this happens, when we let posting freedom ring, when we let it ring from every posting tenement and every posting hamlet, from every posting state and every posting city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's posting children, liberal men and conservative men, posting Jews and Gentiles, posting Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join posting hands and sing in the words of the old spiritual, "Free at last, free at last. Thank God Almighty, we are posting free at last."
