Charting technicals currently looking favorable for a big move, let's see how it pans out next week. EOM
see if you register your preferreds in a foreign country like germany for instance ,then sell short your own stock borrowing from the preffereds as collateral ...then you issue common shares to the cornells of the world and cornell or whoever the vig is split with are already short in that country before their pvt placement even goes through , then both you and they can have a happy time selling to us on up ticks bought hypes on penny haven and shakerzzz and raging bull niz billionaire boys club. to protect all the nss he does a reverse split for the wipe out of regular shareholders and fascilitate the easier covering for the nss and of course the ceo and the cornells of the world. isn't it wonderful in corporate life?
tedi =1m preferred shrs = 200m common shares if converted .flannery has 2m preferreds =400m common if converted. so the r s only affects us stupid regular common share holders..the a/s remains the same ...does anyone know if anyone else in the co. owns any preffereds? i wont be adding because of this fiasco..1.9b is a/s stays the same..50 for 1 new r s leaves 4.3m o/s approx. each share of the preferreds have 200 voting rights to each common receiving only one voting right. these preferreds will not undergo any reverse split. the purpose of the rs was not done to get rid of the percentaage of public ownership, by insiders. yuck yuck!!!!!!!effectively the public owned 200m shares now 4m shares while insiders own 600m shares if converted. i would say that insiders have massively changed the percentage of public ownership.
well, as I was on night shift and slept through it all... I guess thats what I get... frickin frackin, smizzles gedhunk.
This get me mad,dam it we had a nice small float for a otcbb stock ,a real product thats works and a need for it out their.I rarely hold these bb stocks and this is why I think I will stay up on the big boards until I cool off a bit.I took my loss today and good luck to any that held I will watch and revisit when it gets back to sub level again.
Been with this stock for 2 years. Was touted then as being the next SEAP..... With the reverse split and addition of more shares, per todays PR, this turns out to be just another sub-penny pinky stock. Oh well, live and learn.
thx for the link
when will the reverse split be effective??
thx
Sorry , should have posted a link - Drake1370 has it in his post
nanook Been looking every where can not find no news on split
Pre 14c out this afternoon
50 to 1 reverse split & name change sometime in November
wtf wrong with this stock 18 m trades and pps at 002 wtf i think people start seling this pos
It's strange that they've gone so long after the merger without fixing the corporate name. I'm thinking something like Emergency Power Systems, Inc (EPSI) for example (though, I checked, and there is a company with that name), or something along those lines.
Anything rumored to come out with that name change? Could be what we were seeing yesterday with all that buying pressure. Somebody knowing about the pending news to come. Any chance it comes today? Chart setup perfectly now for news for a good run to .005+ imo.
Just a hunch...time for the name change?
I'll give it another week or so, what's the big hold up? Not many investors looking at the "travel" sector in the market, but slide over to the homeland security sector...instant attention.
