NEWS - Titan Energy Worldwide Subsidiary, Stellar Energy Services, Completes Sale of Back Up Power Systems to National Fitness Company
Last update: 3/1/2007 9:00:25 AM SAN DIEGO, Mar 01, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Titan Energy Worldwide (TEWW) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Stellar Energy Services, received new orders from a National Fitness Company for two emergency power Generac Modular Power Systems (MPS). The two systems totaled $590,000. Stellar is an authorized dealer and provides sales and support for Generac Power System, Inc. () generators and other products in Minnesota, West Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska. Through Stellar, Titan offers a full range of gas and diesel powered products including standby power systems, modular power systems, residential, light commercial and telecommunications systems.
The first emergency power system supplied by Stellar Energy Services is capable of providing 1500KW of emergency power within 10 seconds of a utility outage. The system being delivered is comprised of 2-750Kw Generac Gemini MPS bi-fuel engine generators. The second emergency power system will be installed at the customer's facility in Lakeville, MN. The system contains three (3) - Generac Gemini MPS units for a total of 1800Kw of emergency power. Both systems take advantage of Genera's Bi-Fuel technology where the engines operate on 90% natural gas and 10% diesel.
