NEWS - Titan Energy Development, Inc. Hires New Sales Director

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. (TEWW) announced today that Steven B. Hurt has been hired as Vice President of Sales for the Company's subsidiary, Titan Energy Development. A veteran sales and sales engineer in the stand by power industry, Mr. Hurt will oversee the sales and marketing of the Sentry 5000 mobile utility system to the military, first responder and municipality channels. Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. manufactures and sells the Sentry 5000 mobile utility system and through its Stellar Energy Services subsidiary also sells and services Generac generators and back up power systems.

Mr. Hurt was recently the National Sales Manager of DTE Energy Technologies. Prior to joining DTE, Mr. Hurt was a Senior Sales Engineer for Alliance Energy Systems, Inc., Cogeneration Division Manager for Michigan Cat, and Vice President/General Mgr of Southern Energy, Inc. Mr. Hurt's technical experience includes complex cogeneration, continuous, and standby power solutions in the US and Canada. He is experienced in general management, engineering, operations, sales and marketing, and sales training. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas, is a member of the ASME, AEE, NSPE and a certified cogeneration Professional.
