LOL... here is the reply
The settlement date of your purchase was 6/17, which was past the cut-off to receive the cash pay-out, therefore you received the stock pay-out, which is correct. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

To consider and vote on two proposals to amend Entrx’s Restated and Amended Certificate of Incorporation. The first amendment would effect a reverse 1-for-500 share stock split of Entrx’s common stock. The second amendment would effect a subsequent forward 500-for-1 share stock split of Entrx’s common stock. If both proposals are approved, it will have the effect of reducing the number of our shareholders from an estimated 2,350 to between 800 and 900, and the number of our shareholders of record from approximately 520 to approximately 53, by cashing out fractional shares after the reverse stock split. If both proposals are approved, the shareholdings of a person owning 500 shares or more of Entrx in any one account will be unaffected, while the shares held by persons owning less than 500 shares of Entrx in any one account will be bought out at the price of $0.35 per share.

looks like your broker is screwing up. thinking the fraction gets cashed out, instead of your original share count.
Im not sure I even know how to respond to this ignorance unless they goofed the whole thing up... putting in the fractional part after the F/S wording on otcbb.com?
Because you had less than 500 shares, yo did not receive any new shares in the 500 for 1 reverse split.
XXX does not hold fractional shares of stock in our accounts. All clients will receive cash-in-lieu payments whenever a corporate action results in a fractional share being received. Cash-in-lieu payments are generally credited to client accounts within three to five business days from the date of the original corporate action.
Please let us know if you have further questions.

Im writing in concern to a recent transaction of ENTX. On 6/15/2009 ENTX completed a 1-500 R/S immediately followed by a 500-1 F/S; Cashing out fractional shares at 0.35 per share. ** per

Im curious why my 499 shares were not cashed out as I had less then 500?
I send them the stuff. The PR says it went through. My account says otherwise.
Peter L. Hauser, President of Entrx Corporation (Pink Sheets: ENTZ) (formerly ENTX and ENTQ) announced today that the trading symbol for Entrx Corporation has been changed to ENTZ effective 6/18/2009. The symbol, which is assigned by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), originally had been changed from ENTX to ENTQ following the 1 for 500 Reverse split and immediate subsequent 500 for 1 forward split, approved by shareholders on 5/4/2009, resulting in approximately 310,000 fewer outstanding shares and approximately 900 remaining shareholders. Shares of shareholders owning less than 500 were redeemed at $0.35 per share. Shareholders owning 500 or more shares retained the same number of shares held prior to the effective date. Furthermore, a new CUSIP#, 293850 20 2, was assigned to Entrx's common shares. The initially assigned symbol, ENTQ, resulted in some confusion since a symbol ending in "Q" often designates that the securities of the issuer is in bankruptcy. At our request to alleviate such confusion, and to clearly state that Entrx Corporation is not bankruptcy, we requested FINRA assign a different symbol, which was done effective 6/18/2009. The new trading symbol for Entrx Corporation's common shares is ENTZ and the shares are quoted in the Pink Sheets.

no buy out, hmmmm, maybe you need to let your broker know whats going on
well I ended up with the same number of shares under 500 of ENTZ... valued lower then where I bought them.. DOh!
didn't buy it, but from the filing it sounds like they don't care how many accounts you own it in, 30/acc wouldn't be bad
I got some. Not much though. LOL maybe ll make 30 bucks

Nominees will be instructed to effect the Reverse/Forward Stock Split for their beneficial holders. However, nominees may have different procedures and shareholders holding shares in street name should contact their nominees.

That may prove to be a decent idea. This is now 2 out of the last 3 Arbs that have fallen through. Not good for the Free Money Board.
However, KATY has a buyer. 13D filed today. Notice at the end that they've bought 44k shares on Thursday and Friday...greater than the number that they'd sold over the past few months.

I picked up some cheap KATY shares today, should be able to sell them at $1 in a month or two when it recovers. NITE kept stiffing me in the .30s though, I bet they were buying for inventory. Probably sold those shares in the .60s later today.
Stinks that KATY fell through, they just couldn't get their DEF docs filed quick enough and too many folks bought in.
Has anyone received a DOLL payment from a broker that uses Penson? I'm STILL waiting on mine...
DOLL...got paid in all 3 of my accounts yesterday. Another success story for the Free Money Board!
Yikes I actually own this loser, lol.
It definitely is my take. I've got 999 in all 3 of my accounts.
you see ENTX, 1-500 rs, 500-1 fs cashing out LESS than 500 at .35
don't think it's been voted on yet tho
wow, the link I had for the filing only had a paragraph or 2 and all it talked about was the TA will notify you on how to turn in certs. LOL
sounds to me like it'll work in multiple accounts too.
that your take on it??
I kept meaning to post about it over the last couple of weeks, but I've been extremely busy at work and my computer at home is dying.
Anyways. I'm in at .25 in one account and .16 in two others over the past week. I wish I could have got them at .11 like a couple people did, but beggars can't be choosers!
did not see that, was wondering where you were. sounds like it will work then.
JT...why do you think you need to be a record holder?
I called the company and they intend to pay street name holders.
In addition, this is from the DEF 14..
You will also receive cash for the 500 shares held in street name if your broker or other nominee accepts our offer for beneficial owners of fewer than 1,000 shares of our common stock held in the broker’s or nominee’s name to receive cash for fractional shares.
stock cetificate in your name. with TDA I am a "beneficial shareholder" not a "shareholder of record" (certificate holder)TDA is the "shareholder of record".
I would have to request certificates to get the cash buyout and I don't think there is enough time.
if your broker gets you certs in your name it will work. not many of these online brokers do that. a full service broker would.
not much info on it so not sure how it will go, but when they say the TA will notify you on how to turn in your certs. tells me I need certs in my name
What is that?
DOLL, sounds to me like you need to be a cert holder????????

SAN JOSE, CA, Nov 03, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Cisco (CSCO:

MVCO buyout offer for 11.25 cash
No dates set yet but the company is trading at 8.75 and the deal was planned to close by EOY. Its an infrastructure play which I like and the balance sheet is great with about $15 in cash and receivables so even if it didn't go through its not exactly expensive under 9.
Bought some WEBB; buyout at $.32, stock's at $.25

*** end of story ***
My guess is that the cash is postmarked for the going private transaction and if they don't use it for that purpose it mustbe given back to the bank.
I'm averaged in a little above $13 on this puppy- honestly, I think if we're patient enough, we'll be able to at least make our money back if you look at the chart.
Plus, the company still holds access to the $5 million dollars it secured to go private (which didn't happen...). They could still use it to buy shares on the open market- one could hope.
Anyway, it was good to see it above $12.50 today.
Yep...and now we have the first Arb in this board's history that didn't pan out. It had to happen sometime. I lost a bunch on this one. It is the most money I've ever put behind one of these. This one hurts.
looks like FBSI not gonna happen, voted it down.
