Im not sure I even know how to respond to this ignorance unless they goofed the whole thing up... putting in the fractional part after the F/S wording on otcbb.com?


Because you had less than 500 shares, yo did not receive any new shares in the 500 for 1 reverse split.

XXX does not hold fractional shares of stock in our accounts. All clients will receive cash-in-lieu payments whenever a corporate action results in a fractional share being received. Cash-in-lieu payments are generally credited to client accounts within three to five business days from the date of the original corporate action.

Im writing in concern to a recent transaction of ENTX. On 6/15/2009 ENTX completed a 1-500 R/S immediately followed by a 500-1 F/S; Cashing out fractional shares at 0.35 per share. ** per

Im curious why my 499 shares were not cashed out as I had less then 500?
