Webb Interactive Services, Inc. Reports Sale of Jabber, Inc.

DENVER, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Webb Interactive Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WEBB - News) today reported that the previously announced acquisition of Webb's interest in Jabber, Inc. is complete. Webb expects it will be able to determine the amount of the cash distribution to be made to the Webb shareholders as a result to the sale of Jabber by November 30, 2008 and to complete the distribution by December 31, 2008.
