MVCO buyout offer for 11.25 cash

No dates set yet but the company is trading at 8.75 and the deal was planned to close by EOY. Its an infrastructure play which I like and the balance sheet is great with about $15 in cash and receivables so even if it didn't go through its not exactly expensive under 9.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
