Yeah, I know it took us weeks to clean up after being flooded! I'm sure it's tough getting around. I still remember the smell of one of my renters refrigerators days later when we hauled it out!! Dang!! Jmo
Quiet? $1.85 in shares traded yesterday. Today so far $48. I’d say quiet.
Amen to the amen. We were fortunate here on the east coast of FL. Prayers for those who were severely impacted by Ian.

We are praying for Sfrx and everyone in Florida. We went thru a very bad flood ourselves , so we pray everyone is ok.
Things are looking rough for those in Florida…….
Praying everyone stays safe.
Glad to see we have general agreement on something here. I never doubted the intelligence in any event.
It’s the same mindset of in-situ preservationists……..

You got that right.
JMO, but I have a feeling SFRX is close to announcing something significant in the near future. God knows most of us can use it with the world around us going to hell in a handbasket. Here's looking forward to next week. Sctts, we might need to startup "This is the day" posts again. Happy weekend all.
Even if one goes along with the premise………
that the Toy works, scan the debris and see what’s there.
Geez, multi decades and they’re not even on the main wreck site.
Affiliates have been posting about as long as you have about the flotsam that they’re following the trail, but the ring area finds were actually circling back. HTQ found that area years ago.
I don’t see them following a trail, I see them trying to prove an unrealistic theory much like Juno, and that is the BILLION$ are miles from the main wreck site.
I realize the Juno theory has changed, but it’s all just bizarre.
Maybe they’ll find a coin and get the balloon going again.
Quote: Based on the singular type of artifact located thus far in the area, it is our belief that this is likely not a primary shipwreck site, but rather one of several debris areas. We believe, based on current knowledge, that a reasonably large piece of decking or section of hull (but likely not the main structure) deposited in this area at some point in time. This piece of ship’s structure would have contained mainly spikes and other types of fasteners which, as the structure degraded and/or broke apart, deposited the artifacts over the area in various layers of strata. Given the artifacts are just below the shell rubble strata layer, they are indicative of floating scatter that settled in that area.
____________________________
You know that I've been saying this for years (flotsam) well before Baer reached this conclusion. I knew this based upon the research produced by the late Jack Haskins, wherein it clearly stated the 'Concepcion' wrecked on a sand bank (shoal) well off of Canaveral. I had actually posted that data here before.
The intellectual brilliance of persons like the Timmy Toy inventor fall short on practical common sense. Repeatedly, total disregard is given to why a magnetometer survey never produced evidence of one single iron cannon of the 34 the Concepcion was armed with. Only one iron cannon was ever found, and that by Heartland, not SFRX. That sole cannon undoubtedly came into its present location as part of large breakaway decking. For me its astounding how clear the picture is but these people just don't get it, or should I say don't want to. What a clown show.
Quote: Sometimes we just can't fix stu##.
_____________________________
Yes but does the Timmy Toy inventor know that?
Your going to end up with a red mark on your forehead like many of us. Sometimes we just can't fix stu##.
I’m certainly not going to make the assumption…….
they know how to locate the primary wreck site.
No salvor wound remain in one small spot for 23 years, yet that’s what has happen through the partnership.
HTQ was far more successful in locating artifacts than SFRX, but SFRX is still able to raise capital off Melbourne.
That’s about all the site seems to be good for.
Since inception, SFRX has always had a……..
boogeyman or boogeymen.
The current boogeymen are the mag and other devices, as well as the FBAR. Of course the FBAR has always been to blame in some capacity.
It’s not that the sites are junk, oh no. It’s the mag’s fault it got hits on beach chairs, beer cans, and a few spikes. It should have told them where the wreck is that the FBAR won’t let them disturb.
I’m sure Rocket Man is well compensated for his (ahem) problem solving abilities.
If he could only recognize the problems that need to be solved.
But hey, they’re trading.
Rocket Man humbly stated his expertise was solutions…….
ie problem solving.
His and other SFRX paid promos for years have had a premise, and that is technology is outdated. He even called it antiquated.
THAT’S A BUNCH OF WORM POOP! They’re blaming current technology to deflect from their continued failure.
The problem SFRX has that needs to be solved is their research and method of operation.
It’s all jacked up.
The Baer’s report is available for all to read. Year and year after year its the same ole crap. They’ve found some debris that could be from a dozen wrecks.
If the main wreck SFRX doesn’t even have rights to is not at Melbourne, as Baer’s reports strongly suggest, what the hell are they doing trying to inspect mag targets that keep coming up empty?
There’s a wreck out there that’s decaying and subject to more deterioration from fishing activities.
They told the USPTO the Toy doesn’t find wrecks, but is used to scan wreck sites after they have been located. They need to locate a wreck to scan, but any wreck carrying billion$ would have a wreck site littered with treasure. You wouldn’t need a Toy to tell you it was there.
And if no treasure was visible, blow a few holes and check it out.
Oh wait, SFRX doesn’t need blowers.
Quote: Does the old technology have the ability to look under a teredo crust and indicate what precious metals might be there?
I am not an expert, but from what I have been able to read, the answer is, No.
______________________________________
You know this gets more hilarious all the time. Now who made this one up. TEREDO CRUST? I have dove and worked on allot of Spanish colonial period shipwrecks. Many in the Florida Keys as well as many in the Bahamas and the Caribbean and never heard of such nonsense. Perhaps you can cite me where anything like this is addressed by any of the Institute of Nautical Archaeology archaeologists.
So now the Timmy Toy is finally alleged to do something right. Detect and analyze TEREDO CRUST.
Quote: The “word salad” from over 3 years ago shows he doesn’t understand how to interpret the data and findings.
__________________________
I listened to what he had to say. The man doesn't know what he's talking about. Mentioning that the Toy can work in ******** conditions and even X number of hours, etc., etc. Obviously he has little or no sea experience because a 'tethered' platform or vehicle is only as good as the support given by the surface vessel. If the sea conditions are rough, that's not much and particularly for accuracy. In the case of SFRX their surface support are small 'sport boats' that would be pitching and rolling and in all likelihood dragging anchor or if not anchored then unable to hold a course. As I stated, the man doesn't know what he's talking about. Those statements were made three years ago? So what has been achieved since then? Nothing.
Quote: What’s not clear to Rocket Man? Oh that’s easy…….
That was not the question and you apparently did not listen to his statements on the excerpt you posted. He is clearly talking about the development of SeaSearcher, not interpreting data and findings, Bear's reports and whatever other misdirection you are engaged in. My question was clear. I did not ask what is not clear to Tim Reynolds, I asked what is he saying in the interview that is "word salad". So apparently it is not easy because your response is completely off base. Hmmmmm
What’s not clear to Rocket Man? Oh that’s easy…….
In his dual role as PM, he should know the mag hits that keep coming up empty at Melbourne, maybe a spike here and there, show there’s nothing significant at Melbourne.
The “word salad” from over 3 years ago shows he doesn’t understand how to interpret the data and findings.
He should read The Baer’s reports.
The Baer agrees with Raider. It’s floatsom.
SFRX needs better research, not gadgets. They need to find the primary shipwreck site mentioned by The Baer.
Again, nothing on the excerpted interview about SeaSearcher with Tim Reynolds is "word salad". Please tell us know what is not clear in his statements. We would really like to know.
So the company who’s found ZERO wrecks in……
15 years and spent $20MM failing, are going to revolutionize the industry, and are therefore EXPERTS IN THE FIELD?
That’s amusing.
Rocket Man should understand that when a mag survey targets turn out to be beach chairs, beers cans, and other modern metals, as many of the targets at Melbourne have proven to be and many others were no finds, a Toy isn’t needed to find treasure, better research is needed to find a wreck.
It’s like he’s encouraging SFRX to continue to burn money and fail.
The “alleged” $15B in treasure once “alleged” to……
be 5 miles from the ballast pile is now said to be under a crust near the ballast and ONLY SFRX noticed the type of crust it is.
That’s amazing.
We’ve heard this regurgitated for a couple of months now.
Where’s the data that shows the treasure is there?
Where the hell are the permits?
Talk, talk, talk, talk.
Zero results.
“None” is why I said SFRX’s research is…….
unreliable.
And its not just “none,” it’s “none” in 15 years. Whoever is doing their research needs to be shown the door.
$23MM and all they have is “none.” They don’t appear to be serious about their results with that kind of record.
You can have all the techno gadgets in the world, but if your research can’t show you where to start looking and create a search area, then your gadgets are useless.
There’s always a possibility you stumble onto something, but over 99% of all wrecks weren’t carrying valuable cargos. A salvor needs to know what wrecks with the right legal profile were carrying valuable cargo, and have a general idea of where they sank to be successful.
Now as far as the commercialization of the Toy, I’m not in the loop.
It seems to me they should demonstrate and PROVE it identified various non ferrous metals.
Does the old technology have the ability to look under a teredo crust and indicate what precious metals might be there? Or is it only the SeaSearcher? I'm pretty sure magnets, bottom feeder this or side eye that are not able to differentiate metals under a previously unknown teredo crust. I'm not saying indicate if it is ferrous or non-ferrous but indicate specifically which metal it is, i.e. gold, silver, copper, brass, etc.
Do you know why, after all the decades of searching on Juno, no one, other than Seafarer, noticed there is a huge teredo crust at the sight around the anchor and ballast stones?
Some people seem to think teredo crusts don't exist or simply fail to understand what they are and how they are created at wreck sites. You'd think experts would be familiar with such a thing.
BTW, I think research is vital to treasure salvage and will continue to be. Just like the old tech will still serve a purpose in the process.
Go SFRX!
Here’s Rocket Man’s paid promo. Around the 6:10…….
mark he references the mag be he’s talking about sub bottom profiling.
The phrase “word salad” comes to mind.
Please note, this was from over 3 years ago.
https://seafarerexplorationcorp.com/stock-day-media-podcast-interviews-seafarer-exploration-lead-scientist-tim-reynolds/
I gave two examples of how reliable research……
led to the discovery of two famous wrecks.
The discoveries were made within days of the start of the operations.
I will add, in 2019 the first attempt to locate the Endurance was called off after an AUV was trapped under the ice and never recovered. So earlier this year they went back to the same location and used the Sabertooth and located the wreck in just a few days.
Please provide just one example of how SFRX’s research led to the discovery of any wreck.
Thx
Quote: That’s exactly what Rocket Man did in his……
first paid promo.
I recall he used the word “antiquated” to describe currently available technology, but only referenced a mag.
_____________________
If he was referring to the magnetometer as 'antiquated', that speaks volumes as to his naiveness (stupidity). He obviously knows nothing about treasure hunting or the applied remote sensing technology successfully used in shipwreck exploration and discovery.
Perhaps it's best he stays in the toy invention business.
That’s exactly what Rocket Man did in his……
first paid promo.
I recall he used the word “antiquated” to describe currently available technology, but only referenced a mag.
If you have solid research you can come up with a search area, and as Raider pointed out, current technology is aiding in locating wrecks time and time again.
This year alone we’ve seen the Endurance located in Antarctica in the Wendell Sea at 10,000 feet with a SAAB Sabertooth.
Sammy B (world’s deepest wreck) located in June at 22,910 feet with side scan sonar rated at 11,000 meters or full ocean depth.
The issue with SFRX isn’t current technology, that’s just an excuse, they have unreliable research. Their results, or lack thereof, speak for themselves.
But hey, let’s see proof the Toy identified various non ferrous metals per the last PR.
Quote: True, but they love to blabber about outdated……
technology while ignoring what is available.
____________________________
Of course the point is what is referred to as 'out dated technology' is precisely what has and continues to find the shipwrecks. In the meantime there's the continuation of the bla, bla, bla about how this is now a high tech. company along with all the continuous gonna be's, just you wait and see baloney. It's all really pathetic.
True, but they love to blabber about outdated……
technology while ignoring what is available.
I was simply making a parallel comparison.
I’m still waiting for the armchair legal experts to point out the SFRX exception in the law.
Quote: Spanish galleons = bad bidness model.
____________________________________
What does that matter anyway? These clowns have never found one and likely never will.
Quote: Time to buy a vehicle with a starter and ac! The old crank in the front is out dated! Myself, I'm looking forward to what they find, in the future! Jmo

Your analogies are humorous. Please list the Timmy Toy successes. In turn I'm more than happy to list all the Spanish treasure shipwrecks (and other notables) found with the magnetometer, side-scan sonar and sub-bottom profiling. The Toy is a laughable joke. Oh, but it's such a pretty looking toy even without 'a starter and ac'.
Here’s something that might be helpful…….I
wonder if the partial wreck at Melbourne now in Florida’s Master File is uploaded yet.

PHOENIX, Feb 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- PHOENIX, Feb. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Uptick Newswire Stock Day Podcast welcomed a partner of Seafarer Exploration (SFRX), a publicly traded underwater salvage and exploration company. Don Beavers, the President and CEO of Probability and Statistics, Inc., joined Stock Day host Everett Jolly to discuss their partnership with Seafarer Exploration.
Jolly began the interview by announcing to listeners that the Stock Day Podcast will be hosting a five-part special on Seafarer Exploration. Just five days ago Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Michael Torres, appeared on the Stock Day show.
Jolly then asked Beavers to share some insight into the partnership between Probability and Statistics, Inc. (P&S) and Seafarer Exploration. Beavers stated, "We started working with Seafarer last year, they're an undersea exploration company. We do a lot of high-end computational mathematics and technology integration, and we saw some opportunities to work with them. They've got a great company and we've got some technologies that really fit into what they do."
Beavers further explained that Probability and Statistics, Inc. mainly specializes in the aerospace industry, compared to Seafarer which specializes in undersea exploration.
Surprisingly, these industries have a lot in common including similar mathematical applications. The partnership between these two companies will allow Probability and Statistics, Inc. to help Seafarer Exploration track debris fields and determine the most likely location of wreckage spots. Additionally, Probability and Statistics, Inc. has extensive experience in blockchain technology which benefits the Company's search for rare metals.
Beavers also shared that P&S is also helping Seafarer Exploration develop new sensor technology that allows them to find non-ferrous metals at a much greater distance than ever before. "We have a pretty impressive engineering department here and we have some really talented scientists, and we're helping Seafarer Exploration make this part of the job a lot easier," stated Beavers.
Beavers added, "Our goal is to make Seafarer the most advanced company, technologically, out there." He continued by sharing his excitement for their partnership with Seafarer Exploration and the technology that P&S will be able to share with them. Beavers then closed by stating his amazement for the Company's findings and his own personal enjoyment in participating in the search for treasure.

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Seafarer Exploration Corporation is pleased to announce a share exchange of 60 million restricted common shares for 10,000 non-dilutive common shares of the private company Probabilities and Statistics, Inc. (P&S). Seafarer has received a one percent position in P&S.
Kyle Kennedy, CEO of SFRX, stated, "This is the first major step in building a strong symbiotic relationship with a cutting-edge technology company. P&S has the capacity to take us to a new level of technological development and ultimately potential revenues. A carefully designed program has been created between P&S and Seafarer to both monetize emerging technologies and engage Seafarer to be compensated for directing private and public companies who wish to utilize blockchain encryption to P&S for their services. P&S is a leader in blockchain encryption and already works with government, aerospace, defense contractors, banks and industries in a high-tech research, development and support role. Nobody in our industry sector remotely comes close to what Seafarer is doing. We already set the bar in everything we do, but P&S can take us into a space that far exceeds our expectations and industry norms."
Kennedy continued, "P&S has an exceptional team of scientists and engineers who can further propel our own development of technology in specialized equipment to advance our proprietary designs. Additionally, P&S has innovative computing and modeling systems which utilize a type of artificial intelligence to maximize effectiveness through its proprietary advanced algorithms. To our knowledge and extensive research, no one compares to P&S."
Mr. Kennedy added, "While ongoing upgrades to the Iron Maiden have limited the number of working days, combined with fewer days of seas under three feet, we have continued to work and find shipwreck material. We appear to have shipwreck debris from the early 1700s, but the area is large and will require more work."
Don Beavers, president of P&S, stated, "Probability and Statistics is very excited about proceeding with Seafarer Exploration on multiple projects including blockchain applications, engineering support, topographic modeling, sensor recording and analysis, and other relevant advanced technology integration. Our experience in aerospace and engineering directly translates to new and exciting opportunities in the undersea world. Combining our advanced computing with Seafarer's exploration experience brings significant potential for success. Our blockchain data systems could also provide a competitive advantage for Seafarer in both data and security. We also believe that Seafarers existing partnerships and alliances, developed over many years, will lead to potential new projects and revenues for both corporations. Our equity exchange is based, from our point of view, on the belief that our technology could push Seafarer to the very forefront of sub-aquatic exploration and its related industries and bring new revenue opportunities to both entities."
Jun 20, 2013 (ACCESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Receipt of Permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Easement Clears Way for Excavation to Begin on June 20th, 2013
TAMPA, FL June 20th, 2013 — Seafarer Exploration Corp. (OTCQB: SFRX), a company focused on the archaeology and research of historic shipwrecks, has crossed the final hurdles relating to the proposed excavation of a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, FL with the recent receipt of a permit from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers and an underwater easement agreement from the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund. The permit from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, a five-year approval ending on June 18th, 2018, represents the last step in Seafarer's quest to excavate this exciting shipwreck site and that effort will begin in earnest on June 20th, 2013.
Seafarer received an initial permit from the State of Florida for a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, Florida in 2012. The site has recently been surveyed using a Geometrics 882 Cesium Vapor Magnetometer and this survey work showed compelling evidence that a large part of the ship lies buried in a relatively compacted area. Having completed phase I of the mapping survey and underwater video, Seafarer is now beginning phase II known as digging and identifying the wreck. Items found and documented on this site in past explorations by third parties suggest the wreck might be a French or Spanish ship from the late 1600s however it will require significantly more work and time to determine what is actually contained on the site.
Kyle Kennedy, CEO of Seafarer, commented, "We wish to thank all of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel, especially Melody White, who worked diligently on our permit until it was completed. With the final step in place, including the easement, we can now begin to focus our efforts on discovering the wreck site. We understand the great responsibility placed upon us and will strive to do our best and to exceed expectations."
Alexander Javorsky, captain of the Iron Maiden, stated, "We have the ship fine-tuned and operating very smoothly. We have assembled a competent, honest crew ready to work, which I am proud to be part of. The excitement of the crew is overwhelming, and we are eager to begin excavation."

Items found and documented on this site in past explorations by third parties suggest the wreck could be a French or Spanish ship from the late 1600s but it will require more work to determine with accuracy what is actually contained on the site.
"We are certainly happy to be one step closer to being able to explore and identify cultural material of the Lantana site" said Kyle Kennedy, CEO of Seafarer. "I want to personally thank the hard working individuals of the DEP who thoroughly dove, investigated and processed our 2nd site, Lantana; with special thanks to Benny Luedike who advised and proactively managed all aspects of processing the permit. I also want to thank our own Joe Albert for his continual diligence and work ethic toward completion of the permit."
Mr. Kennedy continued. "We have stayed focused on our short term goals to obtain three concurrent active sites while researching for sites four and five. We have also maintained and furthered our goals of developing long term strategic relationships with both local and foreign governments and contributing to research and education. Our crew and myself have completed hours of educational study of archaeology classes given by Dr. John de Bry, and will have continual course study into the future. We have recently completed a research trip to France with Dr. de Bry where historical research was conducted and many interesting and significant facts were discovered. Some of the research pictures can be seen on our website www.seafarercorp.com."
Archival research was conducted by Dr. de Bry in the archives in Dieppe and also in both the Archives Nationales and the Bibliotheque Nationale de France (BnF) in Paris. His research was divided into two sections; (1) looking for and acquiring data on the 1715 Fleet that sunk off Florida on July 31st of that year, and (2) searching for documents pertaining to the Jean Ribault Fleet of 1565 sunk north of Cape Canaveral. Both endeavors were supported by Seafarer. Dr. de Bry located several documents pertaining to the 1715 Fleet as well as one important document related to the loss of the 1565 French fleet. He is of the opinion that additional documents on the 1715 Fleet will be located at the Archivo General de Indias (AGI) in Seville, Spain and in the National Archives of Cuba located in Havana. Such manuscript documents will help Seafarer achieve a more accurate interpretation of the cultural history of the Site (Melbourne Beach Site).

We have explored other sites in both the US and abroad to expand our knowledge and possible opportunities. We are being given an exciting opportunity with great responsibility to perform over the next three years. This is the single most exciting time in our Company's history. We are increasing our authorized shares to allow us the ability to capitalize our operations over time and finance future projects as they present themselves. We have now positioned ourselves to maximize our true potential. And as one of our shareholders, Jeff Vortman constantly tells me "Go for the gold", we certainly intend to."

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Seafarer Exploration Corp. (OTCBB:SFRX.ob - News) announced a Hillsborough County Jury rendered a verdict on April 5th 2011 at 4:45 pm in favor of Seafarer for $5,080,000.00 in compensatory damages. After two days of evidence had been presented in court, a jury determined that hundreds of on line posts written by Sean Murphy under the screen name of "Floridatreasurecapt" were false and caused a decrease in market price. Seafarer believes collecting any or all of the damages will be difficult to do, but will continue to try to collect until paid in full.
One of the Board Directors for Seafarer, Pelle Ojasu, stated, "We are pleased with the verdict rendered by the jury and I am very happy our CEO maintained his vigilance to prosecute those who would maliciously hurt the Company and its' personnel through relentless false postings over the last year. Now that the truth has finally come out, we can continue our focus on building shareholder value and executing our business plan." Lead trial attorney, Craig A. Huffman stated, "Mr. Murphy is going to be an example of what should happen to people who sit behind screen names and negatively, falsely, impinge the lives of people and of good companies. We are not done with him yet. This will set a precedent for small market companies to fight back." Co-counsel, David Chalela, stated, "We and our client are weighing the approach to take toward punitive damages in this case to dissuade others from doing this."
