1.2m float. @ .09 is a $180k Market Cap for a shell. Those Restricted are as good as locked away that holds control. They sell those, they lose control. They should all be retired back into treasury. Hold control by a few ultra vote preferred shares. One class for control, another convertible class for investors.
Protect the float at all cost going forward. That’s how you become a $5+ stock.

End of the year paper tax loss sells to offset gains through the year. It’s why I got land mines dotted all down the BID.

These sellers will be back in 30days to load again for the next filing to drop.

The week after Christmas is where I expect to see the best fills. Sometimes it pays off. If not, no harm in tying up your cash. You can always slap on news. I just don’t expect any till 2023
