Why is that a negative thing? That tells you it's about to be pumped. They are going to dilute as much as they can at this price ( Why else would the company put up small blocks on the ask to make it look thin for traders) until volume dries up and that's when they will pump up their stock to attract new investors to dilute at higher prices. It's the same story every time with these trip zero plays. Just remember if the A/S isn't remotely close to being maxed up and the price is low expect a pump. If the A/S is maxed out in low trips then expect an R/S. This is a lotto play but the a/s isn't even close to being maxed out and there has been consistent volume and shares being bought up at .0001 which tells you insiders and friends are loading up for the next pump. This is a scam don't get me wrong but there is still money to be made here. Good luck.
