I don't believe the shares being sold are coming from the public float. These shares are from the non float share from the outstanding shares.

The company is obviously trying to raise some cash If they succeed in selling a billion shares. That's about 100,000 dollars. So far about 300 million or so has been sold since last week.

You should call your broker, I call mine every time they pull that BS and my bid will show up immediately. It is illegal for them to do that. I've had about 5 times in the past month where they where hiding my bid. All you have to do is call them out and it will scare them enough to stop. All that is needed for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing.
