Doubtful, The $5.00 dollar "Ask" is from someone trying to make a bee-bee look like a bolder or just another poor sap who did not see the error. There was no volume and $4.50 was just an illusion.

I wouldn't be surprise if the gap narrows some. There is pretty big spread out there right now, but it was surprising that nobody that is sitting at 5.00 dollars didn't come down. Then again there is very little stock in the float right now. All we need is some good news and we could hit 10 dollars plus easily.

Actually I now think my enthusiasm was premature. The total volume for the day so far is only 330, representing only a couple of trades. Probably one drunk made a mistake placing an order and another poor sap thing saw the jump and figured he found a hot stock.

Don, they don't need those products anymore since they aquired Bogner Industries and the water machine Technology. There could significant revenues between those two companies. Don't forget that Bogner is expected to have revenues of 7 million and a profit of 1 million. The water technology could do a whole lot more than that. This company is completely different than they were on June 30.

To me there is still alot of work to do and there is no guarantee that the technology will be successful in a military vehicle application, or any application for that matter. A look at the internet under WATER FROM AIR machines shows there alot of companies that have a form of this technology and are marketing some small scale products.

I have afew shares that I will continue to hold as I feel that a partner ship with APS (Tactronics) has been in the works for awhile. I needed a water filter machine in my last home and the high cost of the machine was the stainless steel parts required in the machine (anything that water touched)- Bogner Industries speciality is manufacture in stainless steel products. Everything is fitting together to smoothly for it to be by chance or a "shell game".

Also from what I can find out Tactronics is a high profile company for the US Military, US Government, NATO etc. and appears to have no problems obtaining funds for government projects.

If anyone finds anything different or has a different "supported" view please post.

Has anybody read the SEC report this past week? Im curois to see what people's opinion of it is. The few things that stood out to me was the fact the Latin American investment company that sold us the Russian company for 50 million shares seems to be related to the 3 investment companies that allready own 60% of the stock. It was also interesting that the company has hired a marketing consultant for 2.4 million shares. I hope some of this is to get up the price of the stock. I see they also are looking to buy more companies. Any opinions?

Iglatend, i couldn't agree with you more about the pr regarding this company. It would be nice to know if these shares are before the split or not. I see they have more news out regarding a joint venture using this companies product. I can only think that at sometime there has to be a promotion of the stock.

These guys need to get their head out of their you know what and start relaying information PROPERLY to investors. It is virtually impossible to find the press release that was released today, it was released under TMAX and not TMAXE which the company is now trading under because they didn't file their 10Q. If they really made this deal for 50 million shares of post split stock, then bye bye. There is no way they did that and it is rediculous that they put that in the PR like that. Those negatives being said, this stock is extremely undervalued!! Won't get value until they learn how to handle investor relations though.

It looks like to me that it may be after the split since the deal was signed on Aug 23. If this is the case we are paying a huge amount for this company. Here is some interesting things. This stock has drop 98% since the split happen, and this is after they bought Bogner Industires. The gentlemen who sold Bogner Industries got 31 million shares and had a value of around 9 million dollars. There investment right now is worth about 165,000 dollars. I would think there has to be some kind of promotional push coming to recoup some of these loses. The stock price would have to get up to 60 dollars for them to be even again. Any thoughts?

I believe there is a reverse merger going on, where the B-boys will end up with the Company, change it's Name, Trading Symbol and proceed with a brand-new Public Company.

It's a hell of a lot cheaper than going the IPO route.

'Kinda leery about the "purchase price" (60+MM shares), but am in for a while.

This company has a market cap of 1.2 million right now and that is with that new company they bought last week. I might be crazy but this is a steal at these levels.
