PLASMA DRIVE FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: The Plasma/Fuel Management System is an advanced engine management computer system which will be able to provide a comprehensive and real time management software system for up to 12 cylinders. The entire fuel management process can be individually monitored for each cylinder and changed as required in order to provide maximum fuel efficiency and horsepower for the engine.

The Plasmatronics Plasma Drive Ignition was recently tested by an independent third party engine builder. This engine builder provides engines to the racing performance industry and is typical of the approximately 3,950 race engine builders that are members of the Racing Performance Industry Association. The company is entering the arena to capture a significant share of the ignition market in this $16.45 billion retail sales industry.

Engine dynamometer testing showed a consistent increase in torque of 5% and 6% in horsepower. Said Lonnie Lenarduzzi, chief scientist for Plasmatronics, ``Aside from the increase in maximum horsepower and torque we achieved with the Plasma Drive Ignition, the most significant achievement was an increase of 400 RPM in the peak torque band of the engine. The gains documented during engine dynamometer tests were confirmed during our track testing of the engine.''

Perma-Tune and the Performance Engine Manufacturer are currently negotiating a contract to supply the Plasmatronics ignition for all of their engines.

Not even a month ago TMAX had a market cap of over 50 million, and now around 3 million. And they now have Bogner industries which they didn't even have then. This is going to be a very large winner imo for those that are finding out about this stock and buying at these rediculously low prices.

Pretty impressive operation. Always wondered who made all those fancy conveyors, robotic arms etc.

Bio, i know whay you are saying. I also got burn with this reverse split. I have been buying more now and getting my cost down. I think this stock will go up it is truly undervalued at this level, especially since they bought this new company.

Relham, i agree with you about investor exposure with this company. It looks like they bought this other company for all shares. (31 million) this was before the reverse split. With 1.2 million shares out and about 80 percent plus is held by insiders this company could run real quick. i wouldn't be surprise if this stock reaches 20 dollar share in the next month or two. I have been buying more shares this past week and plan on buying some more next week.

explorer9, I am learning more about this company as time goes on. They definately should have a higher share price than what it is at right now. Problem here now is just not much investor exposure imo. It will be interesting to see their 10Q. I think it will be pretty ugly but not ugly enough to warrant this low of a share price. I think this one will be a great few month hold. Not too sure what short term will bring but I like the prospects here.

Share price has dropped to the .015 to .03 cent range before ticker change and stock reverse split took place Aug. 09, 2004. Investor confidence has been shattered but the issued shares of 1,262,062, is very low. Will have to see what new management team does.
