These guys need to get their head out of their you know what and start relaying information PROPERLY to investors. It is virtually impossible to find the press release that was released today, it was released under TMAX and not TMAXE which the company is now trading under because they didn't file their 10Q. If they really made this deal for 50 million shares of post split stock, then bye bye. There is no way they did that and it is rediculous that they put that in the PR like that. Those negatives being said, this stock is extremely undervalued!! Won't get value until they learn how to handle investor relations though.
