Has anybody read the SEC report this past week? Im curois to see what people's opinion of it is. The few things that stood out to me was the fact the Latin American investment company that sold us the Russian company for 50 million shares seems to be related to the 3 investment companies that allready own 60% of the stock. It was also interesting that the company has hired a marketing consultant for 2.4 million shares. I hope some of this is to get up the price of the stock. I see they also are looking to buy more companies. Any opinions?
