I'm not sure about $10 but I see $5 as a certain. Especially with such a thin float of shares.
I should also add there is no viable competition in this space.
Physician's Interactive's product is a latecomer, has very few drugs in the system, and has probably infringed OPRX's patent.
The barriers to entry in this space are significant because of the regulatory hurdles that must be overcome in each state per the health care laws for the distribution of samples and each patients particular insurance conditions. In addition, the software itself was under development for years. it is no easy build. It is highly doubtful anyone could displace OPRX after their big head start and relationships they have which are sewing up this space for years to come.
Here is the 10k opening remarks. Speaks for itself.
Multiple lucrative relationships, more drugs coming online, more doctors using he service. This stock, IMO, is going to go considerably higher in the coming quarters.
Revenues are a function of -
1. how many doctors use the service (this is expanding rapidly and will likely explode wit the expected onboarding of Epic and PDR
2. how many drugs in the system and how popular they are. Again, these will explode. The more drugs in the system, the more the pharmaceutical companies can keep patients on their drugs, the more money they make. It is a win-win
3. how many times the doctors print he coupons per day. This is merely a matter of getting into the habit. It is far easier for the doctor to print a coupon for a free sample than keep inventories of physical samples at the office and have to deal with drug salemen
"The 2012 year showed continued growth in our company with an 85% increase in revenues of $2,048,699 in 2012, as compared with our prior year. Our net loss also improved from $1,453,977 in 2011 to $364,345 in 2012.
For the fourth quarter of 2012,we more than doubled growth in revenues - from $325,910 in 2011 to $750,719 in 2012. Our bottom line significantly improved with net income of $118,993 in the fourth quarter of 2012, as compared with a net loss of $93,143 in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Our recent success is largely attributable to leveraging our market position to further acquire more brands and electronic health platforms to integrate eCoupon support within participating physician’s electronic prescribing workflow.
We stuck out this year with a solid message to the pharmaceutical industry that was threefold:
1) SampleMD can deliver promotional scale to physicians at point of prescription through interoperability with multiple disparate electronic health platforms;
2) Electronic health platforms (EMRs, eRx, Patient Portals) are the new digital frontier to reaching physicians and patients as opposed to external web sites that have been traditionally the focus of their non-rep marketing; and
3) The ability of our SampleMD solution to integrate within multiple application platforms while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements by defining and utilizing industry standards was a powerful message to the industry.
Throughout 2012, we promoted brand support programs, including eVouchers, eCopay Coupons and Patient Education, from 20 major pharmaceutical and medical manufacturers. We have also seen our client base increase with new programs initiated with Eli Lilly, Roche Diagnostics, Pfizer, Daiichi Sankyo, Roche Pharmaceutical, Alcon Laboratories and many others. The industry acknowledged SampleMD leadership in the marketplace as we established new partnerships with DrFirst, and new working relationships with Adheris and Krames Staywell.
Additionally, we launched SampleMD’s unique “dashboard reporting” portal to our clients which enables our clients and platform partners to monitor their programs in real time and evaluate performance of individual channels and overall program effectiveness.
Our SampleMD solution also went live in the Allscripts PRO EMR solution. However, automated access to the additional 25,000 Allscripts PRO based clinicians has been limited due to doctors having to actively turn the eCoupon feature on. However, we are working with Allscripts senior management to internally remedy this obstacle because of the clear benefits to the healthcare provider, its patients and the payors looking to improve overall healthcare outcomes. We anticipate Allscripts PRO moving to an “opt-out” feature to turn the eCoupon tool off as opposed to turning it on, thus automating access to these providers in the second quarter of 2013.
We have begun the integration for SampleMD into HealthTronics, the largest Urology EMR in the country, which serves over 2,200 doctors. This specialty network is very significant to some of our current coupons for brands like Cialis and Vesicare, as well as positioning us to acquire other new brands and manufacturers who seek to reach these types of specialists. SampleMD is also in direct discussion with some of the largest remaining EMRs and ePrescribing platforms, along with the largest hospital and health systems.
To further escalate our value and growth, we have formalized a partnership agreement with one of the premier and most respective brands in the industry: PDR, also known and Physicians Desk Reference. This allows both companies to leverage synergistic strengths to offer more solutions and reach to the pharmaceutical industry, as well as more value to the electronic health records (EMR/EHR) platforms. SampleMD will be PDR’s eCoupon and Rep invite platform, and PDR will enable expansion of SampleMD’s reach to additional EMRs and directly to physicians' offices via a PDR branded downloadable desktop application of the SampleMD solution.
Additionally, SampleMD has entered into a partnership and licensing agreement with LDM Group, a leading provider of patient support. In addition to settling the legal issues between our companies and giving us full licensing of their patents, LDM allows us to enter into a major new promotional channel: promotion at point of pharmacy. We will be LDMs exclusive eCoupon partner to offer both savings and educational support right when a patient receives their prescription fill.
In the fourth quarter of 2012, we were awarded a patent for our innovative SampleMD solution (US Patent No. 8,341,015). This award highlighted our continued research and development efforts. The awarded claims cover our ability to electronically process, display and distribute eligible prescription savings on the medications and therapies healthcare providers wish to prescribe for their patients. We have also recently submitted and will be preparing additional filings to protect our intellectual property on forthcoming solutions that will further assist and support physicians, pharmacists and patients.
In addition, we have hired Harness, Dickey & Pierce, a nationally ranked IP firm, to further expand and protect our intellectual property. Through them, we have filed two additional patents on our technology. We also used the firm to file a patent infringement lawsuit against Physicians Interactive. Management believes the current and expanding IP will allow us to continue being the leader in this rapidly growing space.
Adding strength to our organization, we have re-aligned our management team and added Mr. Shad Stastney as the new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stastney, 43, has served as an active member of our board since 2009 and has provided us with keen insights and guidance. Mr. Stastney is a founding partner of Vicis Capital LLC, which managed assets that peaked at $5 billion dollars. He graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1990 with a B.A. in Political Theory and History, and from Yale Law School in 1994 with a J.D. focusing on corporate and tax law.
From 1994 to 1997, he worked as an associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore in New York, where he worked in the tax and corporate group, focusing on derivatives. In 1997, he joined CSFB's then-combined convertible/equity derivative origination desk. From 1998 through 2001, he worked in CSFB's corporate equity derivatives origination group, eventually becoming a Director and Head of the Hedging and Monetization Group, a joint venture between derivatives and equity capital markets. In 2001, he jointly founded Vicis Capital Management, LP, and in 2004, he jointly founded Vicis Capital LLC.
Mr. Harrell became Vice-Chairman and will be responsible for developing corporate strategy and product innovation. David Lester, will continue to manage company operations as Chief Operating Officer.
In summary, we remain committed to working with top organizations to provided better affordability and access to healthcare for the patients we serve. To achieve this, we will continue to work with leading providers in partnering to provide simple to use solutions. As compliance and regulatory requirements (i.e. meaningful use) continue to surround healthcare providers, OptimizeRx continues through its partnerships and internal R&D to become the “HUB” for providing access to these ease of use solutions.
With these continued efforts, we believe that SampleMD continues to be regarded as the innovative industry leader and setting the standards within this new frontier of digital EMR solution marketing for patient care."
I have a large position in OPRX - averaged (luckily for me) at $1.02.
The story will emerge from the shadows over the next few quarters as Sample MD starts to log more usage and is correspondingly paid.

Revenue depends on two things.
1. How many users OPRX has.
OPRX is guiding for 200,000 in users in 2012 due to the agreements with Allscripts. Allscripts will integrates OPRX’s solution (Sample MD) into their e-prescribing software
http://markets.finan...255&Ticker=OPRX
2. How often each user prints the coupons (3 dollars net to OPRX per print)
Based on my research, I believe this to be a 10 bagger in waiting.
who has shares in OPRX? I decided that I would take some of my profit (from other stocks) and buy some OPRX. I only bought 2500 shares of OPRX at $1.50 I'm not sure how Oprx plans to make a profit, but I am going to give them a chance. I have seen the Oprx website and it is up and running. Oprx wants to help people save money on their medications & has helpful patient support. They are trying to get more members to join their site. When their website has a lot of members, maybe they can add a couple advertisements to gain some funds. OPRX is a small company and many people still don't know about it. They are trying to branch out, grow the company, and represent more companies and their products.
I noticed that this board doesn't have a Moderator. Well I found out that I can be a Moderator (all I need to do is post 4 times on this board to qualify). Well this is my 4th post. I now qualify...why not. I do plan to do more research on Oprx, become more knowledgeable, and be a good Moderator.
SampleMD Announces New Alternative Patient Sample & Support System for MedAssets Customers
8:00a ET April 28, 2010 (Market Wire)
OPTIMIZERx Corporation (OTCBB: OPRX) announced today that it has signed an agreement with MedAssets Supply Chain Systems to allow its healthcare provider customers to implement a Virtual Sample & Support Cabinet to more efficiently search, select and print or e-send sample vouchers, prescription co-pay coupons and other support information right from their computer desktops.
"With more health systems limiting or restricting the use of samples and pharmaceutical representative access, we look forward to offering SampleMD's innovative platform as an alternative to minimize workflow interruption within healthcare facilities while maximizing patient savings and compliance to needed medications," said Mark Miriani, President of MedAssets.
"The pharmaceutical industry has many outstanding programs to help patients start and stay on their medications. Unfortunately many physicians do not have access to them or are looking for an easier, more appropriate way to review and distribute them in compliance with their organization's current goals and procedures. Working with MedAssets allows us to leverage SampleMD's virtual technology to customize a solution that works for the healthcare provider and the patients they serve," said David Harrell, Chairman and Founder of SampleMD.
SampleMD (www.samplemd.com) is a downloadable virtual "Patient Support Center" that allows doctors and staff to access a universe of sample vouchers and prescription co-pay coupons directly from their desktops. Doctors and healthcare providers utilize the SampleMD application from their computer desktops or integrate it into their EMR and/or e-Prescribe systems to search, print or electronically dispense drug samples and prescription co-pay coupons through a national network of pharmacies.
SampleMD's platform eliminates the need for physicians to manage and store physical drug samples by offering a more convenient and efficient way to allocate, administer and track samples and prescription co-pay savings provided to their patients. Doctors can also review a selected drug's formulary status within the patients' insurance plan to determine at what level the product is paid/reimbursed. With an integrated automated communications capability, SampleMD can also provide on-going patient support and delivery of monthly prescription co-pay savings to promote continued drug compliance for chronic conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease and asthma.

I have not yet bought oprx. I see some warnings etc and it doesn't look like a strong company yet. (Some people say that oprx is not a good company to invest in because oprx has wierd trading patterns. Either big dumpings and big buys when it hits big lows). Currently oprx is trading about $1.50 That shows some strength. Also in recent news, oprx has had some news releasings tring to expand there company. I notice stock volume is rising compared to previous years.
I wonder about oprx and the possibilities. Right now oprx is trying to produce coupons and promot other companies medicines.
Some of us know medication is very expensive. $10.00 a pill or $1,000. to fill a prescription.
Medicine is very expensive. Many of us with insurance have no idea. That's why oprx might be a good buy in the future.
Anyone have comments on this stock. I am interested to hear it. Thanks.
.
I have a question that I wander if anyone knows the answer to...
About 3 or 4 years ago rfdl or rfid went out of buisness and oprx bought and took over the company and most of the rfdi shares.
Why did oprx get/buy out that buisness?
A little info about rfdi... Rfid are small computer chips with mini antennas that can be placed in almost anything. There are many companies that sell Rfid chips. Many companies have and use this technology to "track or find things". A hand held locator /and/ scanner can find and locate objects easily if it has the rfid chip in inbedded in a wood paliot, a paper folder, etc. A rfid chip are as small as pencil led, and costs about .25 to produce. Other companies are still producing and trying to make the chip less expensive.
I work for UPS and I thought that companies like mine might invest in rfid in the future. It is easy to inbed a rfid chip in address lables and place stationary scanners through-out their ups building to see the movement and be-able to know where boxes are and went. To track movement etc.
Environment Tags (Heat / Cold / Embedded in Products)
•Metal mountable and chemical resistant
•Perfect for warehouses, logistics, factories, shipping, and more
•Custom and standard antenna / inlay designs.
Federal authorities scrutinizing Vicis Capital execs
http://sharesleuth.com/2010/01/05/federal_authorities_are_invest/
Vicis put $3.5 million into OptimizeRx Corp. (OTCBB: OPRX.OB), a Michigan company that offers online coupons, discounts or rebates on prescription and nonprescription medication. In return for that money in September 2008, the hedge fund got preferred stock convertible to 3.5 million common shares, plus warrants for 6 million additional common shares at $2 each.
Midtown Partners got a placement fee of $350,000. OptimizeRx said the fee also included warrants to buy 600,000 shares at $2 each and 350,000 shares at $1 each.
OptimizeRx's stock closed Monday at $2.25 a share, although only 2,500 shares changed hands.
Sharesleuth noted that the chart of OptimizeRx's major shareholders in its annual SEC filing lists a trust for the benefit of "Jillene Pinella" as the owner of 9.4 percent of its shares. Our research found that the name has been consistently misspelled in the company's SEC filings, and that the beneficiary is actually Jillene Panella, the wife of Dante M. Panella, a Tampa-area financier and stock promoter.
The SEC brought civil charges against Dante Panella in 2008 in connection with a pump-and-dump scheme involving a company called Global Development and Environmental Resources Inc. The SEC alleged that Panella helped to hype the company's stock, then profited by selling $1.1 million in illegally issued shares. A federal judge ordered him in November to pay $457,574 in disgorgement, interest and penalties, and barred him from participating in the offering of a penny stock for five years.
I've known Chavez since he was trying to break into the Denver social scene on the coat-tails of his little brother Kris. Mainly, Nicholas had to leave the Houston area because he had so many deals go bad and screwed so many people out of so much money. Kris is a nice guy so we all gave Nick the benefit of the doubt...big mistake. Nick walked around like he crapped gold but, in reality, he lived in a house subsidized by his mother and father, had huge piles of credit card debt, had knocked up at least two women and was essentially bust. However, you would never know this by his attitude. If you believed Nick and his BS you would think that he was possibly the most successful person in perhaps the entire world and that Bill Gates himself (someone Nick claimed to socialize with) actually asks Nick's advice on business matters on a regular basis.....as if!
To date Nick has been involved in atleast 7 different business venture and, to date, all have been total failures. Nick would have you believe that those businesses sold for top dollar but that just simply isnt the case. He is a fraud, a crook and nothing more than a common scam artist with a bad, bad temper and a chip on his shoulder for his inability to make anything of himself.
All of this is even more ammusing considering how he touts his integrity when he has NONE himself. He isn't just lacking in character, he has none.
How do you know Chavez?
Don't forget to mention the dontdatehimgirl.com posting about Nick. He really is a piece of work.
I'd never invest in this crap just based on the HACKS involved in its operation.
How could RFDL be successful when it has a POSER like Nick Chavez and his mommy running the ship. He's not much more than a snake oil salesman and I know from personal experience.
Hey Nick - Who's the big loser? You are!
Thanks JUBU,
because of your kind words I shall have a look at absy!
Looks like some sort of merger or sale of assets...could be very lucrative!
nice move today!
Smart man asdfg12345!! we need you over at ABSY
I like you analysis very much asdfg. You pursued it to extreme levels of details, and I for one, really apprecatied your intervention.
I think quite a few of us would appreciate your intervention and analysis over at ABSY.PK http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=5912
Thanks mate!
sorry, previous link doesn't work: Try this one:

With the following "business update", I think that we can final officially put a fork in this stock:
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=rfdl#getNews
My only question that remains, will smurfgizmo give me a tip of the hat that I tried to warn him? Instead of calling me a basher, perhaps he should have heeded my warnings?
How about it smurfgizmo, can I get a "you told me so?"
I think this company is diluting shares hense the share drop. They issue a press release and do not say any thing about share dilution or insider selling, thanks to the efforts of asdfg12345 we know insiders are selling.Had they explained this in the PR i would think about buying.
MrT11
I see you are here as well. I have seen you on absy.
Does anyone care to help me by drawing a comparison between these two RFID comps?
The filings speak for themselves! Enough said! These Pink Sheet and OTC stocks, one really has to do their DD,about 90% of them are scams or really don't amount to anything worth wasting a dime on.
Obviously he has decided that he is going to own this stock no matter what, close his eyes, cross his fingers, and hope for the best. It is this type of "investor" that perpetrators of stock promotions are trying to take advantage of.
This company has no redeeming value. Silly expensive, insider selling, no history of performance what so ever, questionable management, and the major investors are paying all over the internet to have it promoted.
The only thing that I can think of as to why the previous poster owns this stock is because he thinks RFID is a good market, and this company happens to have RFID in its name. That is the depth of his thinking.
I again beg him or anyone else to show where any of the things I have said in my previous posts are inaccurate.
GREAT POSTS! It's like a father talking to a small child that can't comprehend a word your saying!
I was at one time interested in investing here too(ASDFG12345), but uncovered some of the things you have already posted in your previous messages here. This mother and son team are profiting quite well off the backs of those still invested in this company. RFID technology sounds intrigueing, but it appears companies are slow to adapt. AIDO,DOC,and ADSX are all RFID plays that are taking a beating. They are actually real companies struggling in this sector.
Your rant seems valid to me!
you said:
It is easy to pick at a company who lost some value due to dillution but news flash dillution seems to be over and we should be getting new news soon
my reply:
This company has not lost value because of dilution. The companies share count increased because of a 6 for 1 split, but splits are not dilution. There is no evidence that this company has issued any shares for anything other than promotional purposes. The company has lost value because there is no substance underneath this company and insiders have been selling. The CEO's mom has been selling, a director has been selling, and a lead investor has been selling. Interesting that they have less confidence in this company than you do.
you said:
I have spoken with ir before and they seemed quite convinced the company would start showing some profits in October area
My reply:
The IR guy works for technology Partners, LLC. As I pointed out to you in a previous post, they are selling. If "he is quite convinced the company would start showing some profits," then why are they selling now, when the stock is down 70%?
you said:
You haven't given me a good reason yet why not to buy at these levels.
my reply:
Insider selling, no sales, no cash, questionable management team, with bizarre pasts, who have done nothing except pay for promotional press releases and given interviews to penny stock promotions sites, all at a rediculously high valuation. If these are not good enough reasons not to buy at these levels, you my friend, have very low standards. All you have left is the greater fool theory. Good luck with that one.
you said:
Find me something that says this company will never make money and maybe i'll consider your rant a bit more valid
my reply:
So you need to find some information that says they will never make money. That is your standard? Good luck finding that information. Perhaps in the future you should use common sense, it tends to work better.
you said:
Put it to good use and find some info that will make some money not info that bashes a stock when you say you have no agenda!
my reply:
I have not created any of this information. All of it is true, I am still waiting for you to find one instance where I have been untruthful or misrepresented information about this company. I am presenting this information to you. Wouldn't you prefer to not keep your head in the sand like an ostrich? Ostriches perhaps wouldn't like me "bashing" either.
Obviously, there is nothing that I could ever say that would change you mind. You would prefer to parish like a lemming. So I beg you, double check my facts, find something that is untrue. So far, you have been unable to do so. Anyone of the things I have said in isolation would be a serious red flag, together they are completely damning.
Just do me this favor. When this stock trades for under 1 cent. Will you please post on this board that I tried to warn you? That is all I would like. I don't even need a thank you.
I do respect the hard work you put in to bash rfdl. You seem very educated and smart.Put it to good use and find some info that will make some money not info that bashes a stock when you say you have no agenda!Go bash on etim for me.
It is easy to pick at a company who lost some value due to dillution but news flash dillution seems to be over and we should be getting new news soon.I have spoken with ir before and they seemed quite convinced the company would start showing some profits in October area but don't expect much until then and i'm not.I was in this before they anounced they had a partnership with alien and now at this price i feel the time to grab some is now.You haven't given me a good reason yet why not to buy at these levels.Alot of these companies are far far in debt and 86.00 or not that better than -millions.This year is a defining year for rfid markets. With large companies like walmart demanding suppliers use rfid on pallets and companys like staple beginning to tag items for tracking in the store this year is very promising for anyone who buys into these low level companys before they begin to generate some money. When i spoke of the dillution i meant it was over now not beginning.Find me something that says this company will never make money and maybe i'll consider your rant a bit more valid until then i don't find any of the stuff you said to hold water against the company.
I now realize the first link in my previous post doesn't work unless you are a member of ferrari chat. I apologize for that, but if you are truly interested in reading about RFID Ltd's president as seen by his message board peers, I suggest you register. It is, after all, free.
Many of the other links do work, and the other link from ferrari chat about the houston business mentor does work, and yes, it is a bit odd. But please judge for yourself
As I said in my last message, I was away for a few days, but I am back to help you with any more questions about RFDL.
you said:
maybe you are a disgruntled employee
My reply:
no, I have never worked for this company. I prefer to work for companies that have more than $58 in the bank so salaries can actually be paid.
you said
Tell the truth where is your grudge normal nonchalant investors wouldn't go this far for no reason
my reply:
normal nonchalant investors lose money in the stock market. I assure you I have no grudge what so ever. For all the reasons that I have outlined in previous posts, I think this "company" is a horrible investment. And that is good enough reason for me to post what I am posting.
you said
whats your agenda because there are a thousand worse companies you could pick on
my reply.
what a horrible reason for you to like this company, because there are thousands that are worse! (however, i couldn't disagree more with you assessment) but, if you think that is a good enough reason to invest in a stock, because there are many that are worse; good luck to you and your net worth.
you said:
As far as the company getting contracts and needing money they may unleash some new shares or may have already as i suspect that is why the price has fallen so much.
my reply.
This doesn't worry you? that they need to issue new shares? Think of the dilution necessary to raise sufficient funds with the stock price at .16 cents. $5mm = 31mm shares. That is 20% dilution? That is not a concern?
you said:
you still haven't proven anything as far as i can see except you have a grudge against this company for some reason! What is it?
I am not sure what you require as proof, but I have given links to everything I have said. The question you should be wondering shouldn't be my motivation, it should be whether the facts that I have stated are true. (the answer to that is everyone of them - I am still waiting to see your response to any one of the points i have made and tell me where they are inaccurate or misleading) And when you conclude they are true, please again ask yourself why on earth you would own this stock. To turn your own statement on its head, there are thousands of BETTER investments than this stock!
For more fun reading, please follow this wonderful thread on a ferrari chat room about the wonderful President of RFDL:
http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=69006&highlight=uberpower
how do I know this is the same nick chavez? I will show you:
if you look at this posting, by the screen name "uberpower", which is the screen name that the "f chatters" were discussing in the previous thread, you will see that he uses the e-mail address sap_star@hotmail.com.
http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7942
who else uses the e-mail address of sap_star@hotmail.com?
Nicholas chavez, when he registered the domain name RFID-ltd.com. . check it here at this link!

so, the people on this ferrari chat board didn't believe his line of BS, but you obviously believe in the form of your hard earned money. If you have about 8 hours to spend, look through that site and read the postings by and about uberpower. . definately paints a creepy picture of him.
Please I am begging you. Fact check me, find one instance where what I have said is wrong. I will be waiting for your reply.
So Mr. corry likes guns and blowjobs what does that have to do with his body of work?Maybe your a disgruntled employee but you do have a agenda against this company of some kind if you are trying this desparately to dig for dirt on the executives.Tell the truth where is your grudge normal nonchalant investors wouldn't go this far for no reason.Unless your a nutcase whats your agenda because there are a thousand worse companies you could pick on.As far as the company getting contracts and needing money they may unleash some new shares or may have already as i suspect that is why the price has fallen so much. You still haven't proven anything as far as i can see except you have a grudge against this company for some reason! What is it?
First of all, you are right, today was my first day on ihub. inasmuch, I was unable to post more than my previous three messages today. But now since the clock has struck midnight, I am free to respond. . .
you said:
This is a emerging company as are most pinks
my respose:
Most companies on the pinks are not "emerging", most as in more than 50%, have little to no chance of ever getting off the pinks.
you said:
i expect some of these companies will start turning profits including this one.
my response:
how do you expect this company to fund the necessary expenses to get to profitability with only $86 in the bank? If in the outlandish scenario that this company has substantial revenue positibilites with in the next 12 months, the company would surely need capital to ramp a sales force and to market and so forth. They have no money. Any capital raise would be significantly dilutive, is that worrisome to you?
you said:
Why waste your time warning us if you have no agenda?
my response:
I never said I didn't have an agenda, i just said that I assure you I have no intention of ever buying this stock. It's true value is incredibly close to zero. And zero is down 100% from current prices my friend. To be fair, the company is probably not worth zero. Publicly traded shell companies can be bought for about $30,000. Given that this stock has 150mm shares outstanding, that translates into a price of $0.0002. Perhaps I would have some interst around there.
you said:
i will have to double check the facts but i would bet you are misconstruing them.
my response:
Please sir, fact check everything I have said. I have included links ot everything I have said. I would love to see where you believe that I am "misconstruing". My bet is, you will be unable to interpret what I have said any other way. I have done the dirty work for you, please double check what I have said.
you said:
So why was it ever .58 cents if its so bad for .15 cents?
My response:
Is this statement some bastarized step son of the greater fool theory? Stock promotions trade in completely irrational ways. That is how the promoters are able to profit, irrationality! The only thing all stock promotions have in common, is ultimately they all end with a stock price close to zero. Do you want to still be holdings when that absolute law of stock promotions comes to fruition?
you said:
but i think you lie like a dog!
My respose:
Like I have said, double check everything that I have said, I have given you the references! Don't blame the messanger if you don't like the message.
you said:
you must have lost money on price fall is my only guess
my response:
incorrect. knowing the facts that I have laid out to you, why would i, or anyone rational, ever own this stock?
you said:
attacking a company you act like you have no interest in.
my response:
not to sound like a broken record, but are presenting verifiable facts and letting the reader make his own judgements a form of attacking?
In my list tidbits, of which I have only shown you the beginning, I have a fun little one for you. Please follow this trail:
please click on this link:

This lists the management team:

Mr. Corry is mentioned in that article. Tell me what you think of what is said:
And if you thought that article is good, wait until you read this one:

Maybe you are of the camp that any publicity is good publicity! But wow, this is the first company that I have ever looked at where one of the individuals listed on the managment team page had those types of credentials!!!!
in my past few posts, I have pointed out that the company is rediculously expensive, managment has "questionable" pasts to say the least, and everyone including the CEO's mom is selling. I ask you again, why are you buying?
again, don't hate the messanger. Have a look at what I ahve pointed out and make your own decision. Is this a company you want to own?
I am away for a few days, but If you would like to ask me any other questions. Please feel free. and as always. cautious investing!
So this is your third post on ihub and the first post was to attack rfdl.Hmmmmmmm you must have lost money on price fall is my only guess of why you'd join ihub and jump into attacking a company you act like you have no interest in.
Oh yeah you are helping alright. This is a emerging company as are most pinks. Most companies in the pinks don'thave profits rolling in yet but rfid market is expected to hit hard and fast toward end of the year so i expect some of these companies will start turning profits including this one.Why waste your time warning us if you have no agenda?I say you must be full of it and i will have to double check the facts but i would bet you are misconstruing them.I don't expect any profits to start rolling in for a few months but the company has aligned itself with alienware and are looking to emerge into several major markets of the the rfid market. So why was it ever .58 cents if its so bad for .15 cents????You say no agenda but i think you lie like a dog!
Everyone has agenda's, but I assure you, i will never be placing a buy order in this stock, that is not my agenda.
You like the price of .15 cents. huh? Let's explore that:
The company has 156,420,414 shares outstanding. so that is a market cap of $23.5mm. You statement implies that you think that is cheap for a company with $86.89 as their sole asset.
http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById?id=10458
and in the 12 months ending 4/1 2007 they had $5,000 in revenue with a bad debt expense of $5,000! so the only revenue that they booked, was never even collected!!!
http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById?id=10459
However, they do have two full time employees! So maybe you think it is worth $23mm.
you make your own choice.
anything else I can help you with?
Hmmm i wonder most people looking to knock a stock have a agenda and its usually to get prices down so they can buy.If i owned alot of shares when it was .40 i would have sold off too if prices began falling and buy back in later.Who's to say thats not what these guys did? They might also need some funds. This company has alot of good tech behind them and i think your wrong to tell anyone not to invest at these levels. We will see.I am buying anyone else can do what they want but i think .15 is as low as it is gonna get but keep knocking you might get confidence down enough to buy some.
i am well informed. What else would you like to know?
what is my agenda? I just state verifible facts, I let others draw their own conclusions.
You seem well informed.Whats your agenda?
You mentioned in your post that IR told you that it was all insiders who owned the stock. In stead of just blinding trusting this statement, perhaps you should consider who is doing the selling. Please follow me on this journey.
In a Form 144 filing dated 6/25/07:
Vistandt LLC filed to sell 1,015,775 Shares
In a Form 144 filing dated 3/26/07
Vistandt LLC filed to sell 1,176,750 Shares
In a Form 144 filing on 12/20/2006:
Vistandt LLC filed to sell 212,775 Shares
(and this is before the 6 for 1 split)
Who is Vistandt LLC you ask?
please see the following document:
http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImageAttachment.do?fileId=20051273418&attachment=1
In that document you will see that Vistandt LLC is Betty Chavez, who is listed as the CEO of RFDL. She is also, the mother of Nicholas Chavez, the president of RFDL. Also, in this document please see that Nicholas is the contact person for the secretary of state.
So, if the timing is so good with this stock, why has the CEO and mom of the company spokesperson been selling every quarter?
Makes you wonder doesn't it?
Additionally
A Form 144 was filed on 6/25/2007
Morton, Michael W Jr files to sell 100,000 shares
who is he? he is a director of the company
Furthermore:
A Form 144 was filed on 7/2/07
Pacifica Holdings filed to sell 1,489,900 shares
Who is Pacifica Holdings?
Well when you look at this document:
http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do;jsessionid=0000fzNL3BTAuoCZA_TOgFZ1okA:11nm17ad1?masterF...
you see that the registered agent for pacifica, SCI Capital, LLC has an address of 535 16th Street Suite 810.
Who else shares this address?
Well as this document shows:
http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do;jsessionid=0000fzNL3BTAuoCZA_TOgFZ1okA:11nm17ad1?masterF...
Technology Partners, LLC shares this same address, (same suite number and everything)
And who is Technology Partners?
Well they Handle IR for RFDL. So when you are told all the good news from the IR team, it makes you wonder why they are selling.
So to conclude, as this stock has lost 70% of its share price, the insiders continue to sell. The CEO, the Mom of the president - She is selling. A company director? He is selling. And the IR team, well it appears that someone that shares a suite with them is selling too.
Cautious investing people.
From the last time i spoke to ir the conversation was good.He says that majority of stock is owned buy insiders and i believe it from some of the stuff i have seen.this stock has a habit of falling to new lows then ovwernight zoom up on news so i suspect to make a nice chunk when new news hits the stand soon.I always am a swing trader mind you but i have been in and out of this several times. The thing that really made me mad was the ir not communicating with the holders but its starting to look like they are opening up some which would do wonders for this stock.
You are right
I like this stock,However i need to know the auth shares the out standing shares and the float. Also the phone number for the tranfer agent? The way this has sold off makes me wonder if its company dilution if its not i call it a buy.It would be nice to sell out of absy on a pop and buy into this thanks for the info.
Anytime... to assist but Im still around I am just working a lot and lately I have been hearing more buzz regarding the rfid technology rather than a sole company promoting it so that means to me word is getting out about the types of products offered and the tech behind it. I soon think people will jump on the wagon for a few ticker symbols I research.
However, I do hope they mention atleast one of the 2 company boards I look at :) WEEEE
GLTY and ALL
I don't think it can be read from space its rfid not gps.rfid is meant for shorter ranges and id tagging.Should be an interesting show though to say the least and i will try to watch it.Thanks for the info bro and good to see you as we haven't spoke in quite awhile.
I "AM" posting the same message in here as I did another cause I dont know what company will or wont be rep'd.
However it is an informative show about the actual product and not so much the company name... but this lil bit of info might entice some more people....
I know its not Information regarding an actual company ...or it may... but
Mythbusters is doing an episode in SEPT regarding RFID chips...
