normal nonchalant investors lose money in the stock market. I assure you I have no grudge what so ever. For all the reasons that I have outlined in previous posts, I think this "company" is a horrible investment. And that is good enough reason for me to post what I am posting.

what a horrible reason for you to like this company, because there are thousands that are worse! (however, i couldn't disagree more with you assessment) but, if you think that is a good enough reason to invest in a stock, because there are many that are worse; good luck to you and your net worth.

This doesn't worry you? that they need to issue new shares? Think of the dilution necessary to raise sufficient funds with the stock price at .16 cents. $5mm = 31mm shares. That is 20% dilution? That is not a concern?

I am not sure what you require as proof, but I have given links to everything I have said. The question you should be wondering shouldn't be my motivation, it should be whether the facts that I have stated are true. (the answer to that is everyone of them - I am still waiting to see your response to any one of the points i have made and tell me where they are inaccurate or misleading) And when you conclude they are true, please again ask yourself why on earth you would own this stock. To turn your own statement on its head, there are thousands of BETTER investments than this stock!

so, the people on this ferrari chat board didn't believe his line of BS, but you obviously believe in the form of your hard earned money. If you have about 8 hours to spend, look through that site and read the postings by and about uberpower. . definately paints a creepy picture of him.
