You mentioned in your post that IR told you that it was all insiders who owned the stock. In stead of just blinding trusting this statement, perhaps you should consider who is doing the selling. Please follow me on this journey.

In a Form 144 filing dated 3/26/07

Vistandt LLC filed to sell 1,176,750 Shares

In a Form 144 filing on 12/20/2006:

Vistandt LLC filed to sell 212,775 Shares
(and this is before the 6 for 1 split)

Who is Vistandt LLC you ask?

In that document you will see that Vistandt LLC is Betty Chavez, who is listed as the CEO of RFDL. She is also, the mother of Nicholas Chavez, the president of RFDL. Also, in this document please see that Nicholas is the contact person for the secretary of state.

So, if the timing is so good with this stock, why has the CEO and mom of the company spokesperson been selling every quarter?

Makes you wonder doesn't it?

Technology Partners, LLC shares this same address, (same suite number and everything)

And who is Technology Partners?

Well they Handle IR for RFDL. So when you are told all the good news from the IR team, it makes you wonder why they are selling.

So to conclude, as this stock has lost 70% of its share price, the insiders continue to sell. The CEO, the Mom of the president - She is selling. A company director? He is selling. And the IR team, well it appears that someone that shares a suite with them is selling too.
