I have a question that I wander if anyone knows the answer to...

About 3 or 4 years ago rfdl or rfid went out of buisness and oprx bought and took over the company and most of the rfdi shares.

Why did oprx get/buy out that buisness?

A little info about rfdi... Rfid are small computer chips with mini antennas that can be placed in almost anything. There are many companies that sell Rfid chips. Many companies have and use this technology to "track or find things". A hand held locator /and/ scanner can find and locate objects easily if it has the rfid chip in inbedded in a wood paliot, a paper folder, etc. A rfid chip are as small as pencil led, and costs about .25 to produce. Other companies are still producing and trying to make the chip less expensive.

I work for UPS and I thought that companies like mine might invest in rfid in the future. It is easy to inbed a rfid chip in address lables and place stationary scanners through-out their ups building to see the movement and be-able to know where boxes are and went. To track movement etc.
