You like the price of .15 cents. huh? Let's explore that:

The company has 156,420,414 shares outstanding. so that is a market cap of $23.5mm. You statement implies that you think that is cheap for a company with $86.89 as their sole asset.

and in the 12 months ending 4/1 2007 they had $5,000 in revenue with a bad debt expense of $5,000! so the only revenue that they booked, was never even collected!!!

However, they do have two full time employees! So maybe you think it is worth $23mm.
