Good to hear from you again Tibby, I also heard the Llanos was a no show in court and that the judge was not impressed, especially when the word in court that Llanos was on vacation about 1.5 hours away. From that the judge will make or has made a decision and apparently it will not be good for Barrick or Llanos. I also heard that the government is getting involved in this fraud and more and more higher ups are starting to pay attention to this dilemma. If this is in fact the case there should be some very interesting news coming out of Chile in the days/weeks to come.
