Until a higher Court in Chile decides to tackle the title issues as we see them and sees a reason (read legal proof) to declare that the title Barrick, CMN, Llanos declared they had for the Pascua Lama project is nulled out, there is absolutely nothing to get excited about.
THE TIMING MAY BE RIGHT, NOW .
IT NEEDS TO COME OUT OF CHILE...........................PERIOD !
