For some mistifying reasons Mr. Llanos seems to be rather reluctant to make court appearances that he has been requested to make. NO SHOW !

Perhaps he has been to darn busy doing other more important things like overstaking other mining properties to fill the huge void now that Barrick's Minera Nevada Pascua Lama project is Morteous Deadeous Nomorelifeous !

Perhaps this story still has legs, long legs, where Mining reporters will have a refreshed story to tell on Pascus Lama.

I for one have always had an uneasy feeling as to how Barrick / Minera Nevada delt with the title origins of their Chile Project.
Things that come from poor origins (read criminal operators as well as shady operators ) usually continue in the same path.
I am referring to Lac Minerals taken over by Barrick Gold Corporations.
