IMO, we're pretty much screwed.
I'm just hoping to give some of them ulcers, or maybe a heart attack by worrying about how screwed they would be if the SEC had the manpower to spend 30 minutes investigating them. Some of them are quite well off, and they probably wouldn't fit in that well in jail, so if the thought of it worries them, then good. If the thought of it get's them to turn on each other, then even better. I'll guarantee they are reading this and wondering to themselves, 'am I really that tight with the people who know enough to put me away, or should I turn on them first to pre-emptively to save my own a$$.
But as for our money, it's long gone.
