I to want the best if there is any future for mobl, but Scott Sledge made it clear in his email that mobl is short lived, he and his job is just to clean up and stay afloat during trial over dial around, sense this is over i believe he will close the doors and it will stop running if somebody does not do something, i to believe mlog might keep mobl afloat but what is there plans, i just shared what they shared with me.
Word of caution. Too many complaints to SEC
may result in a temporary suspension of trading in MOBL. Later, it will open for trading in the grey market which is a large step lower than the pinksheets. The SEC could even deregister MOBL stock and our shares would be worth ZERO.
I understand your frustration but the SEC often acts in strange ways.
If those shares are found, then much can be done with MOBL. For instance, with 65 percent ownership in MLOG's patent infringement, MOBL could re-structure its shares and raise new funds/capital new support of MLOG.
There should be accountability for where the MLOG shares are located. It should be clearly documented on the books. If not, then this needs to be looked into by someone. The shares are not worth anything at the moment, but in the future, they are likely to be worth A LOT. All these companes are now settling with MLGO over the patent infringement.
I know of nothing on the fact that mobl owned mlog and we have been told nothing, if i were betting i would say somebody managed to transfer that company out of mobl books, sense they think nobody is watching. They sold close call america for two million dollars, you don't sell a company of pine straw for two million dollars. I am starting letters to the SEC and will continue till they tell me other wise.
only god knows==but i wouldn"t be suprised
justice do you think moble leadership has been leading us wrong, in other words do you think we have a chance to get some of our money back?
someone is buying all they can get at .0001
Yes, Close Call was auctioned off for $2 million. The monies from the fire sale were then paid to YA Global to reduce the debt down from $13 million to $11 million.
They sold one of the company's to global for almost nothing, i thought this was in part payment, i believe it was called (close call america) or something like that.
Scott is here to close out he knows nothing, Tammy L Martin is the only one if she could be found. I believe she is in Atlanta from some of my research.
Scott needs to find out about whether there are any MLOG shares left. This is still huge value, especially if the other 30 percent shares are converted to make a total of 65 percent ownership. Once this is done, just pay it out as a dividend to shareholders.
I don't trust any of them, some body involved with mobl made money, that is the bottom line, the company's they were fighting were big enough to destroy them in the back ground and mobl would never know what hit them. I won't say any more other than i worked with a major telephone industry years ago there there was rumor of organized crime quite often. Some set up these shell companys just to sucker share holders into buying stock with hopes of making profit, knowing it did not exist the company.
Company people sell out there own company they don't care, bottom line is the dollar.
Yes, agree with you 100 percent. I am as upset and angry as you are about all this.
So many things went wrong that could have made a huge difference. I don't understand why the DAC litigation didn't go to the FCC for them to make the decision. All other DAC cases that are very similar have gone before FCC with favorable outcome. Try to keep the DAC cases in federal court and then trying to get these high priced litigators to settle the cases in short time was just a terrible decision for shareholders.
Any Court Decision (Good or Bad) will be posted on this FCC Site.
http://transition.fcc.gov/eb/Orders/
Just like all the other ones had been.
If there is no post on the site then there has been no conclusion in the APCC vs Sprint/ATT case.
I have been taught a lot sense 2007, there has been good honest people on this board, there has also been pumpers and bashers, i have found it difficult to know the difference, never for me again, only with warranty to get my money plus interest.
The experts say 99 out of 100 walk away broke or there investment is gone. Pumpers and bashers are the reasons, some are paid by these company's some are organized crime. Working people do not stand a chance on wall street.
Are we the last few shareholders here that have a concern here. Does not seem like many others have an interest anymore. I don't see large sell offs.
The othe factor that needs to be considered here is how much is still owed to YA Global after (all) the settlements were paid to them. If the settlements amounts were more than the $11 million, then the secured debt should be all satisfied. If the settlements were less, than all is probably lost here.
that is all i know or have.
It sounds like he is not sure about the 35% stake in Microlog. The other amounts loaned to MLOG were for services Jay performed for them. He has to know more about the ownership share in MLOG, or at least find out.
Here is the copy of email from mobl leadership, i asked the question about mlog, here is what i was told.
I am not sure about a 35% stake in Microlog. Mobile at one time had loaned some funds to Microlog but as I understand it agreements were made prior to my being here to satisfy those debts. Mobile really is only in operation to collect on the money that can still be recovered for the purpose of settling the debt with Yorkville. Any asset that could be turned to cash or held until a point of time that it would generate cash is under the sole discretion of the senior debtor.
My understanding is the stock is on the "pink" sheets but there is no real market for it. There is very little left of MobilePro at this time and it does not have a very long future I believe.
Sincerely,
Scott sledge, he said he was not real sure how it happen but says there is nothing left. Global was owed 12 million and i would think they would get more than that!
Who sends this email? MLOG shares should not have gone to pay YA Global secured debt.
I just received another email on the mlog and was told they believe it went most likely to pay debt, also was told mobl was in the short rows. I believe somebody found a way to separate mlog for themselves. something is wrong,
I was told the settlement was in Nov. 2011, that is all i know.
When was the last update you heard this? Was it in months, weeks, or days? Once settlement happens, the monies move fast.
Jay's email jwright22@msn.com bounced back twice? Or did it eventually go through?

Found this on the internet.
I used both email and envelope mail
Only Tammy could give that info if she would, but i would not count on it.
Where did you mail the letter? Or did you send it to the email address provided.
Could it be that to-date all the settlement monies were paid to YA Global, but perhaps more settlement monies are still being worked out.
Scott or Tammy Martin need to be clear about the extent there is any additional settlement monies still due.
scott.sledge@gmail.com
jwright22@msn.com
I hope and pray your get more than i did. Lets us know.
Do you have Jays and Scotts email/address contact information. I also have a letter ready to send to them.
I believe Yorkville Advisors is referred to as YA Gloabal. They are one in the same. Anyway, the issue here is whether or not (all) the settlement monies were paid to YA Global. There was $11 million in secured debt owed to them.
If this is the case, then the next step is to determine whether there is still any debt remaining with YA Global.
This hole thing could be a forest to get our shares,
I do not know!
Here is the address i used.
apcc@apcc.net and 1-703-739-1514
You can verify the info i gave here, this is where most came from, these people said Tammy L Martin followed the dial around through the courts, she would know more than any one else, i do not know how to get up with her.
This is all i know.................
APCC called me and said mobl was out of the litigation, he said some litigation was going on with dial around but mobl was through. I understood mobl was still working in this litigation, but i was lied to i guess according to APCC, please call them it will take several day before they call back.
We must and i advise a good lawyer, we as individuals will never know.
Organized crime is legal now days on wall street they have there ways around the courts systems also.
I am very angry over this.
I sent email to Jay he responded and said he had a meeting with Scott Sledge this man Jay said was in charge of the left overs of mobl, Scott emails and said the monies recovered was given to this company called (Yorkville Advisors) not mentioning global i have been around sense 2007 i believe i remember global. Now this company was formed to recover global debt.
Is any of these emails phone calls true, i do not know, for quite some time i have sent emails phone calls these people did contact me but we all know emails phone calls could be deceptive, i do know i located Jays address by the internet matched his name down to his middle name and mailed paper letter and he responded from that so i believe Jay is real here.
I am very angry but i know better than to invest in wall street, they have raped Americas hard working people ever sense it started but it just got worse, i am telling you there is no way to trust wall street.
If you learn any thing positive please let me know, I believe organized crime, legal now has been in wall street a long time, for give me for this word but we are all fools for even getting caught up in it..
Remember organized crime is legal now days, if you don't believe try wall street.
strange i heard that mobl was still in the mix with apcc=y would we hear hear they were not =something funny here.whose playing games and spreading rumours
Is the last email you received today regarding the DAC settlements and payments to YA Global, is it from a person who is credible and "in the know about all this?
APCC said today there was still some litigation going on but he did not feel it would effect mobl, he said litigation with mobl was over. The email i got said he new nothing about APCC but talked about (Yorkville Advisors) who received all of the money from the lawsuits he said they got the money and did not mention global as the owners of the debt.
I recommend and the APCC that (Tammy L Martin) be contacted APCC said she was the one that followed it through the courts. Why did this in charge person not know anything about APCC! I have no info on mlog but it is clear we have lost all, I am making effort but please anyone else try to contact and see what she has to say, report back here.
Then do we conclude that there is a shortfall between the amounts received from (all) the DAC settlements and the $11 million amount owed to YA Global. If so, then how much is this shortfall because this determine whether shareholders of MOBL has any value left.
Why would Jay say that they are still working on part of the DAC case?
I think somebody else is reading these post, i just got another email form let say sense i don't have permission to use there name. I am being told that the litigation is over and the money (all) went to pay off debt, i am still waiting for info on mlog that mobl owned, if this email is accurate all is over and our stock is worthless. sorry for me and the share holders.
Sorry duplicate post.
Sorry, duplicate post.
Did they give any information that settlement amounts (AT&T)were in fact received by APCC from the litigation and paid out?
At least it is confirmed that Tammy Martin is in the know about the end result from the litigation.
APCC just called here 3:30 pm Feb. 09, 2012 and said all litigation was over as of Nov. 2011 and that Tammy Martin was the one to know what happen. So why has she or somebody not told us any thing.Jay said he had a meeting soon with Scott but had been out of mobl for the last 18 months. He said Scott Sledge was in charge of affairs. We need to work on both or start legal matters i would hope they would do something soon.
Interesting! The response then came from Jay about parts of the DAC suite still being worked on. His response was very vague, and gives us very little to go on. We'll still need to push ahead and find out to what extent these cases were partially or completely settled.
Scott Sledge son of the Late Don is now in charge of company affairs. You have to wonder why Jay is still in the mix here in meeting with Scott Sledge.
I received email from Jay and he said Scott Sledge son of the Late Don was now in charge of company affairs, he would be meeting him soon and would transfer my letter to him, i wait. Nothing from Apcc, i did get a call and they would not talk, i called back and left message and still no response.
Anything you have would be great.
If i don't hear something worth while i am going to start legal matters with this. Mlog is 35% owned by mobl so where do we stand with mlog? any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks
Good to hear! Did you hear back from APCC by email? Their response was very vague, and not much to go on terms of whether the case is still in federal court, or dismissed.
I also plan to contact APCC later today by email. Hopefully I can get more detail about the DAC case.
Yes there is more going on! With other parts of case on dial around.

MOBILEPRO CORPORATION
COMPANY WEBSITES OFFLINE AND COMPANY BUSINESS OPERATIONS TERMINATED.
MARCH 30, 2012
MobilePro (CIK No. 769592) is a Delaware corporation located in Gaithersburg,
Maryland, with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act
Section 12(g). MobilePro is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not
filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-K for the period ended March 31, 2009, which
reported an operating loss of over $10.6 million for the prior twelve months. As of February 14,
2012, the company's stock (symbol "MOBL") was quoted on OTC Link, had ten market makers,
and was eligible for the "piggyback" exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).
In addition to repeated failures to file timely periodic reports, Respondents have failed to
heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting
compliance with their periodic filing obligations or, through their failure to maintain a valid
address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules, did not receive such
letters.
Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder require issuers
of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act to file with the Commission
current and accurate information in periodic reports, even if the registration is voluntary under
Section 12(g). Specifically, Rule 13a-1 requires issuers to file annual reports, and Rule 13a-13
requires domestic issuers to file quarterly reports. 17 C.F.R. §§ 240.13a-1, -13.
As a result of the foregoing, Respondents have failed to comply with Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder. Considering these delinquencies, it is necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to revoke the registration of each class of registered securities of Respondents.

Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP - www.hbsslaw.com/home/
Based in Seattle, Washington, Hagens Berman LLP was founded in 1993 by Carl Hagens and Steve Berman with one purpose - to pursue the type of law that most interested the founders. This involved representing plaintiffs in class actions and multi-party, large-scale complex litigation and becoming engaged in cases that had the potential for having a positive impact on protecting the rights of investors, consumers, workers, innovators and the environment.
Since then, the firm has stayed true to that purpose and become one of the nation's leading firms in these fields, earning an international reputation for excellence and innovation.
Our main focus is to represent plaintiffs in securities, investment fraud, product liability, tort, antitrust, consumer fraud, employment, environmental, intellectual property and ERISA cases. In doing so, our firm has become particularly skilled at managing multi-state and nationwide class actions through an organized, coordinated approach that implements an efficient and aggressive prosecutorial strategy in order to place maximum pressure on the defendant.
A large part of our success is due to the excellent group of attorneys whose expertise and talent set them apart. The firm recognized two of its senior partners, Thomas Sobol and Anthony Shapiro, for their outstanding contributions and leadership. And in February 2005, the firm ushered in a new era by unveiling a new name - Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP.
At Hagens Berman we all work towards the same goal - protecting the rights of our clients, whether they are consumers, investors, workers or stewards of the environment. Over the years, we've expanded our national reach to better serve our clients. Since the firm's founding in 1993, we've developed a successful and far-reaching network of branch offices in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Colorado Springs and Washington, D.C.
Founded in 1995, our Phoenix office has driven important litigation and has a strong legal presence in Arizona and the southwest. Shortly thereafter in 1996, we founded the Los Angeles office, which manages our significant case load in California.
In June 2002, our firm opened an office in Boston. This office leads our drug litigation efforts, challenging the prices of dozens of prescription drugs, and claiming that manufacturers artificially drove up drug prices through numerous anti-competitive practices.
In another step to become the nation's premier law firm in class-action and large-scale litigation, we created a Chicago branch in 2004. The firm first created a presence among the Illinois legal and political scene with the landmark litigation against the tobacco industry, in which Steve Berman served as special assistant attorney general for the state.
We opened our sixth national and second California office in San Francisco in 2007. The second California office is a reflection of our continuing growth in one of the most vibrant parts of the country. Having offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco will help ensure our firm is on the leading edge of important social and governmental change within the legal landscape.
In 2010, we opened offices in Washington D.C. and Colorado Springs, Colorado, and the following year, opened offices in New York and Minneapolis.

APCC Services, Inc., et al. v. AT&T Corp. AND APCC Services, Inc., et al. v. Qwest Corp.
Levetown & Jenkins, LLP is counsel for APCC Services, Inc., a billing clearinghouse for payphone service providers ("PSPs"), in separate actions against AT&T Corp. and Qwest Corp. for non-payment of fees for so-called "dial-around-calls." The actions allege that the defendants unlawfully failed to pay the PSPs dial-around fees at rates set by the FCC. These companion cases, filed in the District for the District of Columbia, had previously been appealed to the Supreme Court on the issues of standing and a right to a private cause of action against the defendants for failing to adhere to FCC rates. Subsequent to its victories in the Supreme Court, APCC retained Levetown & Jenkins, LLP to represent it to finally resolve these cases after a decade of litigation. Levetown & Jenkins was able to settle Qwest case in April 2011 within weeks of being retained as counsel. Levetown & Jenkins is working in conjunction with Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP for this engagement.

Hi "crashfree"- I am no longer with Mobilepro.
With respect to your questions, I believe MOBL still owns MLOG shares. On the lawsuit, I do not know as I have been gone for 6 1/2 weeks now so I can't reasonably comment.
