Here is the copy of email from mobl leadership, i asked the question about mlog, here is what i was told.



I am not sure about a 35% stake in Microlog. Mobile at one time had loaned some funds to Microlog but as I understand it agreements were made prior to my being here to satisfy those debts. Mobile really is only in operation to collect on the money that can still be recovered for the purpose of settling the debt with Yorkville. Any asset that could be turned to cash or held until a point of time that it would generate cash is under the sole discretion of the senior debtor.




My understanding is the stock is on the "pink" sheets but there is no real market for it. There is very little left of MobilePro at this time and it does not have a very long future I believe.
