The statement made was, "What a bunch of nonsense from Harvey Vechery's minion...."
“Nonsense” is defined as “spoken or written words that have no meaning or make no sense.” All of my words have meaning and make sense. If there are words that don’t fit those categories, please point them out. Respond to them with more than more “Zen Nothingness.”
“Minion” is defined as “a follower or underling of a powerful person, especially a servile or unimportant one.” I have never been servile to anyone on earth, powerful or not. I don’t serve Harvey Vechery, therefor I can’t be a minion. Furthermore, in order to be a “minion,” I would have to have met Harvey Vechery. Never happened. Be in contact with him. Never happened. Be taking instructions from him. Never happened. As I have repeatedly stated, I don’t take marching orders from anyone. Words have meaning.
As to being unimportant, that’s closer to the truth. I don’t have the same high opinion of myself that Halpern does and consider myself to be just another truth seeker on the road of life.
The balance of the post is just more of the same…wait for it…in your own words, NONSENSE!
What a bunch of nonsense from Harvey Vechery's minion....
Truth is
No one has contacted
Greg Halpern,
who owns the technology....
MAXD, the company has licensing rights to the technology
but
it's owned by Greg Halpern....
Read the filings!!!!
Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the accountant!!!!
NOTHING!!!!
And
Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the registration in Delaware!!!!
NOTHING!!!!
Where's the statement from new leadership
and direction of the company,
which should of been released May 1!!!!
I hear the little runt man Greg Jessie is being fitted for a Mini Cooper so she can see over the dashboard with her booster chair and little footie extensions.
I bet being a little runt and former CEO that got kicked out and exposed as a liar by the judge has got to suck
I guess we won’t be getting royalties from the In Ground Assets scam
MAXD
Halpern also stated Vechery was; “ENGINEERING A MASSIVE ON-LINE DEFAMATION CAMPAIGN ON YAHOO FINANCE, YOUTUBE AND INVESTORHUB.” As I’ve stated many times before, Vechery neither designed nor engineered any campaign. No marching orders were ever sent. There was no coordination between Vechery and anyone posting on the boards that I’m aware of. I certainly was never contacted, nor have I ever talked with Vechery, Kapp, or anyone else in his organization. I’ve never posted anything on YOUTUBE either.
I was originally posting in favor of the MAXD technology and the general term “management.” Individual research led to understanding, awareness, and eventually, enlightenment as to what was really going on, with both the technology and the pumping schemes. Was my personal evolution coordinated? Was it engineered or designed by someone? No. My thought process and opinion about Greg Halpern and his technology changed as new information became available. Harvey Vechery didn’t engineer me to find the Z-Trim fraud case information, online Yahoo board posters Janoy, Louie, and Grant did. Are they part of Vechery’s online hit squad? Seems to me they’ve been banging the drums long before Vechery joined the band.
What is the “defamation” campaign Halpern mentions in his headline. Defamation is generally defined as “any false information that harms the reputation of a person, business, or organization. Defamation includes both libel and slander.” The key word is “false.” The statement must be false for there to be defamation. As I’ve stated many times in the past, show me any false information, or lies I’ve posted. You won’t find any. There can’t be defamation if there aren’t provable lies.
Furthermore, it would be hard for Halpern to claim defamation of character because he already destroyed his personal image all by himself. Did Harvey Vechery post last night Videos while in an obviously altered state? No. Videos recorded live and posted without editing. Videos where Halpern fell asleep on camera for almost ten minutes. Videos with Halpern calling out Google executives and federal judges by name, defaming and slandering them with unsubstantiated accusations of illegal and illicit behavior. Videos making fun of “uneducated southern rednecks” in some weird self-promotion gimmick. Videos inserting his image on stage during campaign rallies in a fake Q&A with Donald Trump. Each one of those “I’m For The Dream” videos were a form of “self-defamation” and would play heavily in any legal case. Defamation is difficult to prove in a court of law to begin with, but in Halpern’s case, it would be close to impossible as what he refers to as “100% known lies” are hard truths that can easily be proven.
Former MAXD CEO Greg Halpern stated on his new website; “THEY INTENTIONALLY DESIGNED THEIR CAMPAIGN WITH 100% KNOWN LIES THAT THEY LEAKED DAILY ON STOCK CHAT BOARDS BY ENGAGING COMMON CRIMINALS WITH THE ONLY PURPOSE BEING TO HIDE THEIR OWN NUMEROUS CRIMES AND ENDLESS BUSINESS FAILURES.”
This is exactly what Halpern has been doing. “Leaking known lies daily” on various social media sites to hide his own “numerous crimes, endless business failures,” and overall villainy. Halpern has been engaging in other forms of social media messaging for many years where he “leaked daily on stock chat boards” information designed to influence the MAXD stock in a positive way, not to mention what he did at Z-Trim and Circle Group. Now he is leaking negative information to defame others and to deflect from his own misdeeds.
The “narrative assassination” is a phrase being bandied about in the news these days and has become a popular tool in the age of social media. This form of assassination is when someone creates a false narrative, designed to destroy the reputation of an individual, or business, without having to resort to old school elimination tactics. Part of the tactic is to begin posting false information online, as many times as possible, and on as many websites as they can find, with the hope that it goes viral.
What Halpern has done with his Hoodwinkers website, along with his latest version of online defamatory rhetoric found on his new website, is exactly that. An attempted character assassination of Harvey Vechery and his Key Brands company. Halpern is bragging about the news being “all over the boards.” The reason it’s all over the boards is because he intentionally placed it there.
Facts:
Not one solid deal in fourteen years.
Less than $400k in total revenue over fourteen years.
Pushed a fake short squeeze.
Guaranteed a sizable settlement with Google.
Misrepresented his mining deal.
Misrepresented Formula Four Protocol.
Didn't disclose his Z-Trim problems.
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
Cheated the biggest MAXD investor.
Abused corporate funding for a lavish lifestyle.
Didn't pay key developers.
Didn't file key filings with the SEC.
Put the stock on the Expert Market.
Embarrassed the company with crazy websites.
Questionable pumping activity.
Blew a deal with Pitbull.
Toxic behavior that chases away business.
“Post, and Harvey Vechery's minions reply, with distortion....” Point out the exact distortion. Where is the spin? Where are the falsehoods and misrepresentations? When I dissect posts, I always point out my points of contention in a professional way and there is a reason and purpose to each one of my responses. Feel free to reciprocate.
Halpern always talks about reading comprehension issues. Well, I never said it was “in the court’s hands.” Show me where that statement was made. What I have said, repeatedly, is that the legal team is going through a step-by-step meticulous process to ensure there are no mistakes. Part of that involves the court, the other part involves moves behind the scenes to ensure they don’t have any “339” issues. I think most people can read between the lines and understand that Greg Halpern was not much for the details. Most people understand that taxes are meant to be paid, not ignored. They understand that monthly, quarterly, and annual fees and filings must be made to maintain standing and control of company rights. The "post-Halpern “cleanup on aisle five” is apparently more complicated than expected.
“There is NOTHING, legally stopping new leadership to put out a statement, which imo should of been released six weeks ago, May 1....” By the way, adding “imo” in a sentence does not mean you can ignore facts, no matter how convenient it may be to do so.
I never said they couldn’t legally put out a statement. Those are Halpern’s words, not mine. The agenda here seems to be to make shareholders think the Vechery team is incompetent and incapable of assembling words on paper. That’s an easy thing to do, as any professional can put out a PR. Halpern has repeatedly shown over the years that he can upload words to EIN PRESWIRE and make people believe they add up to something. Talk is cheap.
The new team is attempting to do the right thing and not repeat the numerous mistakes Halpern made. I’m sure the Vechery team will assemble the appropriate words and make them public when they are ready. However, freedom of speech allows anyone to scream, capitalize words, or promote the excessive use of exclamation marks.
Finally, I will repeat the fact that May 18th was the day of the Final Order, and nothing could be done legally prior to that date. It may have been backdated to April 28, but the first day inquires could legally be made was on the following day. But who’s counting?
Post, and Harvey Vechery's minions reply,
with distortion....
Facts,
even dissecting doesn't change that
No one has contacted
Greg Halpern....
Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the accountant!!!!
NOTHING!!!!
And
Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the registration in Delaware!!!!
NOTHING!!!!
Minions want everyone to believe or
think that it's in the courts hands....
Half truth!!!!
There is
NOTHING,
legally stopping new leadership to put out
a statement,
which imo should of been released
six weeks ago,
May 1....
I'm sure Halpern's expenditures will be far more than what Blaisure spent. The forensic accounting audit should sort out all of his nonsense. I think that it will be proven that Halpern's expenditures will fall into criminal territory.
I posted two SEC cases on prior posts that are nothing compared to what Halpern did. I'm guessing there must be a dart board methodology for picking cases. Halpern definitely deserves special handling for his nineteen years of games.
It's only a matter of time!
The honesty test was failed with the inclusion of this statement; “Btw John Blaisure, from filings did have a company CC.” Stating that Blaisure had a company credit or debit card is not only revisionist history, but also a bald face lie, and Halpern knows it.
One can’t add the phrase “from filings” in an attempt to make it sound legit when it is untrue. I’ve seen ‘the filings,” and Blaisure never had a company card of any type. From the time he started as the MAXD CEO, right up until the end, he charged all his expenses on his personal cards and then turned them into the company monthly on a spread sheet. For that matter, he was not reimbursed for his expenses and still has an outstanding balance which Halpern has chosen to ignore. The only company card he ever had in his possession was the one Lloyd Trammell turned in when he left the company, and Blaisure never used it. Once again, the statement that John Blaisure had a MAXD credit card, at any point in time, is a fabrication designed to deflect from Halpern’s numerous financial missteps. In other words, it’s not just a prevarication, or even a common Halpern distortion of the facts, It is a complete falsehood. A lie.
The Google judgment is due to Halpern misusing the company card and had nothing to do with John Blaisure having a company card. Feel free to challenge me on this as I have all the receipts in this area.
Blaisure was also not paid for the last 15 months he worked at MAXD. That’s on the books as accrued salary as well. Making the statement that he, “was receiving monies(monthly paycheck) throughout his employment as CEO....” is another fictitious statement which can easily be proven to be false. Halpern is right, it is part of the filings. Just not in the way he thinks. It is part of the record. This is nothing more than an attempt to discredit Blaisure and bring him down to Halpern’s level. No one will believe these dishonest statements from the master of deception.
This erroneous statement has been repeated once again on the boards, “John Blaisure was in charge until 2019....Get over it!!!!” You’ve made this comment in the past and I’ve countered it. John Blaisure was the CEO, but Halpern knows he was never “in charge.” Everyone else knew that as well. Blaisure had to get everything approved by Halpern.
Blaisure was not in favor of funneling all the time, energy, and company money into the Google lawsuit. He wanted the money invested in R&D but Halpern constantly diverted funds to the Google case. Halpern made all the financial decisions and kept Blaisure behind the “Chinese Wall” when it came to the bank accounts. That was his phrase by the way, in a written email. That’s why Blaisure was blindsided before the Google deposition when Halpern presented all the financial information to him at the 11th hour.
Blaisure has no prior knowledge of Halpern’s use of the company credit card for personal expenses. Google used that information to pierce the corporate veil and the result was judgements were issued against MAXD as a business, and both Halpern and Blaisure individually. The judgment was a disastrous result for the company and tarnished the MAXD reputation in the industry. That’s all on Halpern so any attempts to deflect blame to others will be countered with facts and the truth.
This statement posted yesterday made me smile, “Magically there's movement today....lol” Most people understand the magic is an illusion created by a magician to fool both the human eye and the connected senses. There was no magic in any movements that may have been made behind the scenes “today” by the Vechery legal team. It is all part of the methodical process going on behind the scenes that I’ve been posting about. Of course, it would appear to be “magic” to someone like Greg Halpern, who has been living in a fantasy world for so long he can’t tell the difference between fact and fiction. The steps being taken by the new legal team on behalf of Harvey Vechery and MAXD are not "magic," they are legally influenced and designed to get the company going in the right direction for the first time in many years.
This comment from yesterday, “Another “Harvey Vechery or someone associated with him needs to get ahold of Greg Halpern because he is holding all the technology!!!!” As per the court, Halpern no longer owns the technology or any other MAXD property. I’m sure he will be contacted to turn everything over when the Vechery legal team is ready to do so. Not sure what the issue is in this regard as Halpern wasn’t doing anything with the technology anyway. Furthermore, the technology will need to go back into Dexter’s Laboratory before it can be exposed to the public again. In the meantime, Having one of the Halpernettes put together a “to-do,” or “need” list for the Vechery legal team, and then post it online, is an interesting way to send a message. Especially since Halpern is no longer in a legal position to direct anything for MAXD.
These comments were made in several posts yesterday, “In fact Harvey Vechery hasn't done a single thing with the company since April 28!!!! No one has contacted Greg Halpern.... Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the accountant!!!! NOTHING!!!! Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the registration in Delaware!!!! NOTHING!!!! Where's the statement!!!!”
Halpern is sending emails to the Halpernettes saying nothing is being done, but how does he know what is happening behind the scenes? He is no longer the CEO, so he doesn’t have a clue what is transpiring. No amount of word capitalization and excessive exclamation points will make up for that hidden point. I would say the Vechery team is in the process of handling all the legal and administrative items on the list that Halpern never thought important enough to take care of.
Imagine there are three ways of doing business. The right way, the wrong way, and the Pleiadean Halpern way. Halpern’s way of doing business is to live in the gray areas, legally, ethically , and morally, as a way of breaking the rules and skirting the law. He believes rules were not invented for Pleiadean Halpern. His way has caused irreparable damage to the company brand and set the development of the technology back so far in the rearview that it’s just a spec in the digital world.
So, Halpern is emailing his minions to push his “Zen NOTHINGness” talking points in order to rile up the shareholder base against Vechery, because “not a single thing” has been done with the company. He also wants everyone to think he’s the competent one and the Vechery team is comprised of Larry, Moe, and Curly.
Two points, Halpern doesn’t know what’s going on because I would suspect they don’t want him to know what is going on. He’s no longer part of the company. But there is another point to consider here after reading the posts. Is Halpern contacting the accountant? Is he in contact with the offices in Delaware? It is important to remember the words of the judge, “defendant Halpern, and anyone acting in concert with him, are permanently enjoined and restrained from, directly or indirectly, by use of any means or instrumentalities…,” representing MAXD in any way.
By the way, this was also stated in one of the posts, “This was also mentioned in that email....” Nice to see the email conduit is still available for agenda driven messaging. Maybe Greg Halpern should be emailing Harvey Vechery’s legal team directly instead of sending messages through his minions on a chat board.
It was stated on this board yesterday, “Harvey Vechery is having trouble with the beauty line side of the business with getting customer's, because of the hoodwinkers website and now he's seems upset....” This is a perfect example of what I said on the Yahoo site. Greg Halpern only cares about himself and the MAXD shareholders don’t even matter. From what I have heard, former CEO Halpern has always been a ”revenge” based individual from his early days in Chicago and has often bragged about his abilities as a street fighter and counterpuncher.
What matters most to Halpern now? Not the fate of the shareholders. Impacting Harvey Vechery personally. That's what matters. Tarnishing his reputation. Destroying his business relationships. Getting even for imagined slights. All done by posting lies on his Hoodwinkers website and topped off by the same offenses on his new website. What’s best for the shareholders? Halpern has never cared about that part of the business. That’s because Halpern is all about Halpern. What he wants now is revenge and everything he says and does needs to be seen through that prism.
Why would he verbally castigate his angel investor? The man who bailed him out on a business and personal basis. Halpern feels he was unjustly removed from MAXD by Vechery. That’s called cause and effect. For example, Halpern didn’t pay his mortgage payment, taxes, or HOA fees on the house, so was foreclosed upon. Simple cause and effect. He filed for personal bankruptcy protection. Vechery bailed him out and paid all his bills. Then Halpern posted his Hoodwinkers site, for that reason, and general villainy, he was evicted from the house he never paid for. Cause and effect. He didn’t pay any of the personal loans or business notes from Vechery so he was foreclosed out of the company for gross mismanagement. Cause and effect. Didn’t provide an attorney or show up in court so the judge threw the book at him and granted Vecherys’ request for relief. Cause and effect times two. In the words of the judge, : “Halpern Does Not Adhere to Corporate Formalities and Operates Max Sound in Order to Loot Max Sound and its Shareholders.” Those words were carved in marble and cannot be erased by fabricated excuses on an uncontrolled website. Cause and effect.
Please feel free to list what Halpern did in his fourteen years at MAXD. Nobody was ever going to do a real deal with Halpern. His fourteen years of nothing proves it.
New leadership, if we can call it that
Or
it's a charade....
Magically there's movement today....lol
No contact with
Greg Halpern,
the accountant
or
(which is the most important imo),
Delaware registration....
Any transfer agent should be thinking about new leadership,
unless ethics
is now being thrown out the window....
Btw
John Blaisure,
from filings did have a company CC
and
was receiving monies(monthly paycheck) throughout his employment as CEO....
Forensic accounting was already done through the Google cases....
Also in the filing....lol
Seriously....
Halpern controlled the money. Why didn't Blaisure control the money? I'm sure forensic accounting will sort things out.
John Blaisure was in charge until 2019....Get over it!!!!
I've moved on, but here we go again 14 years of bad transfer agent excuses....
I'd think a good transfer agent would be asking the same question about
Harvey Vechery!!!!
Where's the statement!!!!
Why no contact with
Greg Halpern,
accountant
or Delaware
for registering the company with the
transfer of leadership????
Instead 14 years; lol....
And
Truth be told of ex transfer agent,
and
Glendale Holdings too....
What are the excuses for fourteen years of failures? Why didn't he have one solid deal in fourteen years? The deflection game doesn't get Halpern off the hook!
Excuses....
Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the accountant!!!!
NOTHING!!!!
Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the registration in Delaware!!!!
NOTHING!!!!
Why didn't the ex-CEO get the same treatment? Halpern did nothing for fourteen years!
$340k in revenue is an absolute joke for fourteen years of magic. The only magic was making $8 million disappear.
Great question for Harvey Vechery....
Harvey Vechery is having trouble with the beauty line side of the business with getting customer's, because of the hoodwinkers website
and
now
he's seems upset....
In fact Harvey Vechery hasn't done a single thing with the company since
April 28!!!!
This was also mentioned in that email....
No one has contacted
Greg Halpern....
Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the accountant!!!!
NOTHING!!!!
Harvey Vechery has done NOTHING with the registration in Delaware!!!!
NOTHING!!!!
Harvey Vechery or someone associated with him needs to get ahold of Greg Halpern because he is holding all the technology!!!!
Btw
that 8 million dollar number is heavily inflated....
Filings will show that,
And
current filings
have shown that throughout the years....
Just Harvey Vechery making a call
and
complaining to a few non legitimate shareholders,
so we can get verbiage posted against a former CEO....
I guess we'll know in a few months,
if this was just a charade
from Harvey Vechery....
What did our ex-CEO do with the $8 million dollars of funding? All of his deflections won't get him off the hook.
Most of my quarters would beat his fourteen year totals!
I think he spent the money on platform shoes. The little fella is so short.
Halpern was lucky enough to be funded millions of dollars for MAXD. How did he fail to leverage that funding into real revenue? Most of us believed that he diverted it to his lavish lifestyle. I can't compete with him in that category. He can claim victory in that category!
Another comment made by Halpern on his linked website is as follows: “HOST OF THEIR ASSOCIATE CRIMINALS, WHO COLLECTIVELY HAVE NEVER HAD EVEN ONE NOTABLE POSITIVE ACCOMPLISHMENT AMONG THE ENTIRE LOT OF THEIR SORRY (expletive) ”
Who makes statements such as this one? What kind of person accuses others of being criminals without evidence? How about degrading their lifetime accomplishments when he is in no position to judge them? Does he even understand that success is a matter of perspective?
Some people consider raising a family to a positive accomplishment. Being a stay-at-home parent or homeschooling. Building a small business. Working for one company for an entire career and retiring. Retiring after a career in the military. Etc. Why does Halpern consider himself to be the judge of what one man’s positive accomplishments might be? Specifically, to Vechery, I doubt Halpern knows how many lives Vechery might have impacted in a positive way. “Sorry (expletive)?” Time to look in that mirror again Greg.
Does anyone have his current address ? I would like to send him some high platform shoes so the little fella can see over a counter
Little runt
Greg Halpern, on his new website, refers to J. Galt as a “WORTHLESS MEANINGLESS NOBODY WHO SPENDS ALL DAY POSTING HIS MISERY AND ABSOLUTE LIES FOR NO REASON AT ALL AND PRAYS THAT SOMEONE WILL CARE. THEY DON'T.”
How does one define worth? Compared to what? Compared to whom? The wonderful life of Greg Halpern? How does one give meaning to life? Who is the judge of worth and meaning? Greg Halpern? How can you call someone a nobody? Everybody is somebody. That’s just reality.
Why does Halpern care about what I do with my time each day? He doesn’t. He cares about the truth I am posting because it counters his lies. It's an old trick, attack the messenger so readers will ignore the message. Whether or not readers of the boards care about my message is up to interpretation. I have an entire list of shareholders who contact me on a regular basis and let me know their thoughts. In other words, there are some who care out there. Halpern would like that not to be the case, but such is life.
Once again, point out the specific lies. I challenge Halpern to point out the lies he keeps talking about. Go back to my 8-K analysis and find one lie. As a matter of fact, why aren’t Greg & The Halpernettes talking about the specific comments I made in that 13-part series? It’s easier to just cast aspersions on a website than to back up comments with facts. Character assassination is one of the tenets of the Halpern Doctrine and I didn’t expect him to change his ways this late in the game. As always, I will carry on.
The little runt man is busy at the moment getting fitted for a new high chair and new booster seat and booster pedals for the car.
I spoke to him once and told him to stand when speaking to me, only to find out he was…on a box
Jessica or Jessie as she is known should go back under a rock from which she came
Halpern said Vechery “CAUSED THE LOSS OF SEVERAL LEGITIMATE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THAT WERE ALREADY SECURED, AND/OR BEING SECURED.”
What were these “already secured” business opportunities? Define secured? Was the mining deal secured? Vechery may have locked down the stock to prevent Halpern from handing shares to Nacho, but Halpern failed to raise the funding linked to the deal. Harvey Vechery had nothing to do with blocking that attempt. The opportunity was declined by the individual shareholders presented with the deal before it was public. Was the plush bunny business “secured?” There was no LOI, no contract, and no formal announcement on an accepted site. Where were these “secured” and “being secured” business opportunities? You can list them here, or you will be asked to provide proof in court.
“RECOVERABLE COSTS IN THE TENS OF MILLIONS OF ACTUAL DOLLARS.” This is the purpose of the new website. It is the purpose of each of Halpern’s actions over the last months. It’s what he lives for. It’s all about securing money for Halpern by stirring up shareholders and suing Vechery. Halpern doesn’t have any money. He lost his position with MAXD. The bottom line is that Harvey Vechery has money and Greg wants it.
One of the key components of Greg Halpern’s new website is this sequence of statements; “A SERIES OF OUTSTANDING LEGAL ACTIONS ARE BEING PREPARED BY NUMEROUS VICTIMS OF VECHERY'S BAD ACTIONS WHICH HAVE RESULTED IN MASSIVE DAMAGE TO MAXD AND ALL OF ITS OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.”
As I’ve been stating for months, Halpern’s entire game plan was, and still is, to extract money out of Harvey Vechery through attempted extortion and legal thievery. Using slander and libel to force Vechery into coming to terms with Halpern “or else!” The Chicago mob used similar tactics back in the day and those tactics have been not only been frowned upon, but they have also been outlawed.
The only person who has done “massive damage to MAXD” is Greg Halpern. 14 years of no deals and continuous refrain from business associates who “want nothing to do with MAXD as long as Greg Halpern is involved.” The massive damage has been due to the perception and image of the company being destroyed by Halpern and his personality defects. The shareholders have suffered long enough and wanted to move on.
In the latest link posted on this site, Halpern insults everyone who opposes him and continues to malign all those who challenge his viewpoints in terms generally considered to be derogatory in the public domain. Even in social media.
These are apparently the words and phrases listed in the Halpern Online Dictionary defining anyone with an opposing opinion from his own. I started at the top of his page and went to the bottom. In order; “Spineless (insert vulgarity here) Business failures. Common criminals. Criminal bashers. Associate criminals. Rotten accomplices. Lunatic fringe. Endless crimes. And Morons.” That’s quite an expanded vocabulary for someone who envisions himself to have had a “stellar 44-year career” in business.
It’s obvious that Halpern is angry and lashing out. However, it’s up to each individual reader to absorb his words, vs the words of all the other posters, and then determine which words are more believable. Which thoughts carry more weight.
I heard they called him J or Jessie or Little Jessica in high school when his growth was stunted
The post started with this quote, “I was hoping for a new beginning with new leadership, but it seems that some will get what they asked for, sad....”
The comments over the last few weeks have mainly been about the lack of a filings from Vechery and how shareholders lost the opportunity for a big pay day because the injunction stopped the Japan deal. Now there is “sadness” about the possibility of the long-awaited Halpern lawsuit. This is all very transparent. Nobody was “asking for” a lawsuit, yet I’ve been predicting one all along. Over and over. Read the posts. This is what Halpern is all about. Can’t make money? Sue someone else for theirs. This has been his game plan since he started the Hoodwinkers site. This new site you posted is just another extortion attempt to get money for Halpern.
"That long, drawn out journey through the Court process...." Which will not benefit any shareholder. This is all about Halpern attempting to get money by extorting or suing Vechery. If Halpern truly cared about the shareholders, he would cooperate with the court ruling and help with the transition. As is always the case, Halpern is all about Halpern. Paraphrasing the judge’s statement in the Final Order, “the shareholders are only here for the looting.”
“This is showing up all-over different platforms....” Of course they are being intentionally distributed by the minions. Halpern is a street fighter. This is his way. Drag people into the gutter and duke it out. Run a business? He has no idea. Run a slander and defamation campaign? Halpern wrote the book. And, in his mind, it’s a bestseller.
“Looks like Greg Halpern is seeking legal counsel....” One must be able to pay legal counsel before they go to work. “I wonder what the one documented opportunity is....” Why not just ask him instead of wondering? That’s the beauty of having an email pen pal relationship. All answers are just a few clicks away. I’m sure he’ll be happy to detail out this one time only opportunity. Especially since it’s apparently “documented.”
Why would Halpern post a link to a lawsuit from 1993? Harvey Vechery had nothing to do with MAXD at that point in time. Was this designed to give off the impression that people are lining up to sue Vechery over MAXD? That case is unrelated to MAXD and Halpern.
Why would Halpern post a photo of the Vechery family house? What purpose did it serve? How did it connect to the content of the threat letter? Was this some kind of warning? There are ethics and moral connected to posting family photos, or even a home. Where has Vechery posted photos of Halpern’s house? Oh. I forgot. He doesn’t have one. Halpern goes on and on about Vechery being a “failed businessman” and a “loser.” How does he live in a mansion in Beverly Hills? That’s a pricey area of LA. Must have done something right. How does it compare to the current living quarters of the former CEO?
Too bad the little runtman needs a booster seat and booster pedals to drive it
This new approach is nothing more than the latest episode of Greg Halpern’s [i]“Lifestyles of the No Longer Rich and Shameless.” Halpern gets foreclosed on his mansion for non-payment of the note and files personal bankruptcy. He then convinces Harvey Vechery to continue his never-ending financial support by paying off the house note and all related fees. He gets Vechery to “invest” $500k into his Formula 4 company, which then pays MAXD $150k, and Halpern uses $17k of that money to get one of his cars back. Vechery then realizes what is going on and evicts Halpern from the property for overall villainy. Vechery, after libelous, slanderous, and defamatory statements are made on the Hoodwinkers website, forecloses on the long overdue notes, and takes over the company through the legal process. Halpern doesn’t even have the money to pay an attorney to represent him in court, not to mention the fact that he never showed up.
What’s the next step? We all know the first step in the recovery process is to buy a new car. It’s right there in the 12-step manual! Let’s buy a new car and post photos of it on the website! No concern for the shareholders who lost everything, let’s just appease them by posting hundreds of photos of his beautiful life and his brand his fabulous new car! Not to mention his favorite deserts! Brilliant!
Everyone knows the first step to rebuilding your reputation is to buy a new car. Only a person with Greg Halpern’s narcissistic personality would post photos, such as those shown on the website, and then brag about it online as if it makes up for the past 14 years of business failures. Talk about deflection, this is a master class.
The Honorable Judge Timothy Taylor and his words from the Final Order: “Halpern Does Not Adhere to Corporate Formalities and Operates Max Sound in Order to Loot Max Sound and its Shareholders.”
Those are the only words that matter right now. The words written in the court order. Not Halpern’s venomous words posted on a new attack website. These are merely words regurgitated from the Hoodwinkers website. You can continue to spew this nonsense or follow through with your threats and file lawsuits. It would be interesting to see Greg Halpern show up for depositions and interrogatories. That would not only be a first, but it would also be the time when things would get very interesting. Lawsuits work both ways when it comes to information gathering.
Once again, go back and show me one documented lie in any one of my posts. Ever. List the defamations, as you will have to in court. Might as well get in some practice. Nobody engineered anything. Good luck with that angle. Get the money together. Find an attorney who will work with Halpern, especially with his track record of not paying attorneys. File suit.
We can move forward without the ex-CEO that looted MAXD for fourteen years!
IDK.... I was hoping that we would
be able to move forward
but
it seems that is not the case....
It's a career ending move for Halpern. You don't sue a man that funded MAXD over $8 million dollars! What could a real CEO do with a fraction of that money? Our ex-CEO made the choice to live like a king. How did a zero revenue CEO afford that lifestyle? He didn't earn it? He hijacked that money for his lavish lifestyle!
Google already exposed Halpern's personal spending habits.
Halpern can call the SEC with his outrageous claims.
It makes no legal sense
Bashing a man that loaned Halpern over $8 million is pretty twisted. I'm sure this behavior will sink Halpern's future business dealing. Who would ever want to do business with Halpern after watching this circus?
The website is an absolute disgrace. It should make it clear why the ex-CEO was removed.
All-over many platforms under
Key Brands International....
According to this statement,
Greg Halpern is going after Harvey Vechery....
It also looks like GH has a new vehicle....

The little runtman is sick, psycho, and so short he can barely see over the top of a car that isn’t very high. Poor runtman needs a ladder wherever he goes.
It’s a sick person that sits on websites and posts 371 pictures of other people’s homes on that website.
Jdubble07 what a joke. 7 xs 2 = 14
pathetic runtman who stands only higher than an ant.
The website registered in Ontario
Nash lost and Halpern lost. The real test for Halpern will be his forensic accounting audit.
I will be more than happy to speak with the SEC. I want the SEC to explain to me how they let Halpern get away with nineteen years of questionable activity. I want answers!
What kind of lunatic posts extortion threats online? What kind of platform lets him do it?
Any shareholders who think Vechery is untrustworthy should sell their shares. Obviously.
I was hoping for a new beginning with new leadership,
but it seems that some will get what they asked for, sad....
That long, drawn out journey through the Court process....
This is showing up
all-over different platforms....

Looks like Greg Halpern is seeking legal counsel....
I wonder what the one documented opportunity is....

* In the past year, it has become clear which markets will give us the fastest acceptance and the quickest realization of our collective dreams, consumer adoption, brand awareness and financial success. Every day my team and I are focused on creating revenue events with big name customers and their associated partners. As we pursue and conquer these opportunities, it will be clear to our shareholders, manufacturers and content providers -- that consumers prefer the audio perfection created by MAX-D HD!
*Ask yourself -- "What would Max Sound's value be if consumers all over the world realized how MAX-D HD provides a far better audio experience?" You probably have an idea what that value could be, which is probably why you first invested in Max Sound Corporation. We have an idea too, which is why we keep investing our time, energy and financial resources (over seven figures has already been invested by our founders). I have personally invested four months of my salary purchasing MAXD stock in the open market, because I strongly feel our shares are severely undervalued. Our goal is that everyone will know about MAX-D HD and everyone will know about MAX-D stock. Right now the investor audience is small, but as you'll learn below, we think we now have the necessary elements for our shareholder base to grow substantially in 2015.
*Our sales and marketing teams are laser focused on penetrating the smart device industry, content streaming industry, auto industry and the television and film industry (post production audio for movie companies). The development team has concentrated on enhancing the existing MAX-D HD API, while developing additional API interfaces. The MAX-D API can be deployed across all streaming platforms along with most audio/video web based services. MAX-D HD can now reside in audio hardware (speakers and audio receivers -- such as car smart head units).
* One accomplishment in Q4 of 2014 was the completion of testing for Industry MAX-D HD Audio Boxes. I'll talk more about that below.
* We've also completed the initial development of the MAX-D Accurate Voice. Not only does it dramatically improve voice quality on cellular devices, it also has the ability to improve voice recognition in homes smart devices and auto infotainment systems.
