It was stated on this board yesterday, “Harvey Vechery is having trouble with the beauty line side of the business with getting customer's, because of the hoodwinkers website and now he's seems upset....” This is a perfect example of what I said on the Yahoo site. Greg Halpern only cares about himself and the MAXD shareholders don’t even matter. From what I have heard, former CEO Halpern has always been a ”revenge” based individual from his early days in Chicago and has often bragged about his abilities as a street fighter and counterpuncher.

What matters most to Halpern now? Not the fate of the shareholders. Impacting Harvey Vechery personally. That's what matters. Tarnishing his reputation. Destroying his business relationships. Getting even for imagined slights. All done by posting lies on his Hoodwinkers website and topped off by the same offenses on his new website. What’s best for the shareholders? Halpern has never cared about that part of the business. That’s because Halpern is all about Halpern. What he wants now is revenge and everything he says and does needs to be seen through that prism.

Why would he verbally castigate his angel investor? The man who bailed him out on a business and personal basis. Halpern feels he was unjustly removed from MAXD by Vechery. That’s called cause and effect. For example, Halpern didn’t pay his mortgage payment, taxes, or HOA fees on the house, so was foreclosed upon. Simple cause and effect. He filed for personal bankruptcy protection. Vechery bailed him out and paid all his bills. Then Halpern posted his Hoodwinkers site, for that reason, and general villainy, he was evicted from the house he never paid for. Cause and effect. He didn’t pay any of the personal loans or business notes from Vechery so he was foreclosed out of the company for gross mismanagement. Cause and effect. Didn’t provide an attorney or show up in court so the judge threw the book at him and granted Vecherys’ request for relief. Cause and effect times two. In the words of the judge, : “Halpern Does Not Adhere to Corporate Formalities and Operates Max Sound in Order to Loot Max Sound and its Shareholders.” Those words were carved in marble and cannot be erased by fabricated excuses on an uncontrolled website. Cause and effect.
