This comment from yesterday, “Another “Harvey Vechery or someone associated with him needs to get ahold of Greg Halpern because he is holding all the technology!!!!” As per the court, Halpern no longer owns the technology or any other MAXD property. I’m sure he will be contacted to turn everything over when the Vechery legal team is ready to do so. Not sure what the issue is in this regard as Halpern wasn’t doing anything with the technology anyway. Furthermore, the technology will need to go back into Dexter’s Laboratory before it can be exposed to the public again. In the meantime, Having one of the Halpernettes put together a “to-do,” or “need” list for the Vechery legal team, and then post it online, is an interesting way to send a message. Especially since Halpern is no longer in a legal position to direct anything for MAXD.
