Can't figure out the exact terms of the reorganization; commoners (retail shareholders) will get only 1 % of new equity .... is that it ? Or, is "new equity" added to the de-valued remains of LONE ?

Lonestar Resources registered a 61% increase in net oil and gas production to 5,804 BOEPD in 2Q15, vs. 3,613 BOEPD in 2Q14, 83% of which was crude oil and NGL's. Lonestar's independent engineering consultants estimates that Proved net reserves associated with these properties are 2.7 million barrels of liquids and 11.0 billion cubic feet of natural gas, or 4.5 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBOE). Just be patient, this stock is some of the best oil wells in Texas next to APACHE oil wells. As soon as M&A happens in this sector this stock skyrockets. As soon as oil rebounds, even to 60 a barrel, we double from here.
