You are right, of course. I do a bit of campaigning daily. There are more eyes on this board than one might think. Not all feel a need to write but they are watching. I know this for I'm in contact with some.
Still, each of us can hope to recruit others as the board becomes stronger with differing views and opinions.
wake up board, we need to bring more people here and investors to the stock and not because we want to "PUMP" because we truly believe in the real value here.
Here also! Too bad about crude price falling, but Lonestar really looks good for the L-T. Buy this dip! Also, don't know if you know about http://www.topstocks.com.au// They have a board on LNR as well. Some interesting comments.

i think its only me and you here
Your due diligence is appreciated by us all, I'm sure.
Thank you!

It will probably show up at SA. My week is terribly difficult but I'm hoping someone else can find it ad post the link.
I'm glad you brought it up as it may well shine some much-needed light on progress.
they had a presentation in australia yesturdy
probebly thats the reason for the jump
Yep! Today's volume stands at 6.37 times the ten day average. That's pretty impressive, don't you think?
Sometimes stocks experience severe stomping for various reasons ranging from misperceptions about internal corporate noise to credit insufficiencies to market imbalances especially in the commodities arena and, of course, the ever-present hand-wringing brought on by global terrors of one sort or another. We're talking about "compression."
It's quite obvious that Lonestar has been stomped on and then some. Were it not for this day's ridiculously convincing uptrend in volume, I think most of us would be writing today's trading off as an anomaly and maybe even a dead cat bounce if you're a pessimist through and through.
As shavitmi predicts, something will be revealed. The severity of today's trading tells me the next day or two will reveal all. One thing is for sure: We shareholders will be beneficiaries.
Tomorrow I'm hoping to see volume rise above 3,000,000 shares.
more then 1 m shares were traded, looks like something good is happening
The event is slated to begin a couple of days from now, isn't that the case?
New presentation
at Vertical Events RIU Good Oil Conference - 4:30AM EDT -
True enough--but only to a point. A trader will be gun shy, knowing that a hedged commodity doesn't always mean shares will remain propped up. There's a practical side to this so I agree with you in that regard. But traders feed & breed on momentum. For that to exist we must have shareprice swings. Those will be based not on marketing logic, oftentimes, but on perceived emotional outpourings. This may include irrational behaviors, temporary swings in commodity pricing due to global tensions and/or threats to supply, and political chaos.
Over the longer haul, I'm with you but I feel it necessary to take steps to forewarn others of different endings to the same tale. Something I learned after a divorce:
Trying to deal with an irrational person isn't rational.
Similarly, applying logic to a publicly tradable entity is often going to be revealed as illogical if it's driven by emotion whether it be greed, fear, passion or a host of other possibilities. Occasionally I find I have to question my own thinking and that has me wondering if I'm not part of the problem, myself. lol
Yet second-thinking can be a good thing when it brings us to rescind that foolish buy or repurchase a stock we sold without thinking straight.
Keep on keeping on---your logic is perfect.
I added more shares today !
Excellent price & company has 80% of its production through 2016 hedged !!!
So no worries with drop in oil price.
Cheers
It's doing what stocks are supposed to do. Assuming it makes it back to 42, I'd expect it to start a reverse bias and gather momentum in time to be meaningful in the approaching winter portion of the seasonal cycle. When I see conviction in this, I'll double down, bringing my new total to 40,000 shares. After all, I had a hefty gain, one I'd expect to duplicate later.
Getting close to 42 cents

lonestar to present!!
time for it to go up,nice land was acquired(HK had woderful results there)
thanks, I'm glad I'm aboard! I'm in Austin...hoping this stock does well, so I can afford to keep living here (house prices are insane out here!)
From one Texan to another (Weslaco, on the border near McAllen), procrastination is not nearly as expensive as exclusion.
Glad to see you coming on board! This is an exciting play I'm thinking is going to make some serious waves in the coming year.
a friend of mine's mom works for an investment group here in Texas, told me about this one when it was in the .20s...i was on the sideline watching as there wasn't much going on when she told me about it...months later I'm regretting it. Procrastination is expensive!
You're smart to do that, imo. Also---let me add that I made three or four purchases of 5,000 shares each. Had I been more sure of myself, I'd have saved the $15 hit on repeated buys had I simply gone after all 20,000 shares I'm holding. Take the time you need to reflect your desired position size. I didn't do it and paid more than necessary. lol
Good luck to you!
thanks, yeah I use schwab, it'll cost $50 + 8.95 to make a trade. will be opening ameritrade soon
Ameritrade charges me $15. Their usual commission runs around $10 but a couple of years ago I managed to talk them down to $6. I tried to get them to handle my LNREF buys without the surcharge but as it turns out, the charge doesn't come from them. Rather, it's levied by the transfer agent who sees to it that the transactions are executed. In short, we pay it to be in the game.
Other brokerages will do the trades. Schwab wouldn't do it for my friend. I know Fidelity will but I don't know the pricing structure involved.
Ameritrade has been great otherwise, no hidden surcharges---even when I buy millions of sub-pennies.
anyone know where i can trade this stock without paying a $50 international trade fee?
Yes, it was expected. However, if you study the presentation you'll see that 2015 is expected to demonstrate that the company's capex will be funded by cash flow coming from operations and not the sale of (dilutive) equity. This is spectacular progress for a relatively new company, imo.

Since I have been following I find the spread is usually between 2-3cents. So today, LNREF lagged behind its counterpart.
.56 cent should be close today if similar to australian market at .57
94 australian cents = 100 u.s cents
Thanks 4TRESS
