JayHawk Energy, Inc. - Welcome

JayHawk strongly believes in nurturing opportunities for its shareholders through acquisition and through the drill bit.

The Company's strategy centers on increasing shareholder value through actively pursuing and developing high-potential acquisitions for drilling and production and through maintaining a prudently managed balance sheet. JayHawk also seeks to obtain joint ventures that complement this strategic focus.

Our key asset currently consists of 17,000 gross acres of mineral title on a light crude producing property in Candak, North Dakota, part of the Williston Basin. JayHawk is moving forward with a new and substantial development drilling program at Candak. Our secondary property is located on 45,000 gross acres of mineral title with producing and non-producing coal-bed methane gas reserves and a 18 mile pipeline tied to sales located in the Bourbon and Crawford County, Kansas. This key asset coupled with JayHawk's low-debt balance sheet and experienced management team provides the Company a strong foundation from which to grow and advance its corporate initiatives.

Along with the acquisition of the 5 existing wells, JayHawk acquired a 15,500-acre land position. This acreage is located in a highly active area by other operators in the Williston Basin play in North Dakota and across the border into Canada. Candak's stable production of light oil from its low well count and significant undeveloped land base places JayHawk in a high potential growth position to develop the light oil play.
