It seems that this stock traded much higher when the current and dormant gas wells were in production. Maybe we can climb higher from here now that they will producing again.
GAPPER GAPPER GAPPER WE GOT A .05 GAPPER.
NEWSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS OUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
Wow. Vast Petroleum must see some big potential in that basin to take this kind of risk. They must think the are some untapped oil reserves as well. Let's see what happens.
Nice News. Could definitely turn things around. A close over .02 will get some eyes this way.
Looks like alot of volume and support now.
Could Jayhawk be my sleeper stock that will wake up one day??
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/jayhawk-energy-vast-petroleum-announce-184000818.html
might have bottomed out. sideways again for a few months then up again a few more cents. take the last days trading as a sign it is slowly breaking to the upside.
Are we alive again??????
Some movement today
up 100%
Well heck, you talked me into it.
I bought 10K more shares at .01 ($100)
Already up %18!
So, now I have 32500 shares, but still down 85%
They do seem to have a small run up every year for a couple of cents.
Who knows...
I really do. When they paid off the debt, I started buying. Got some subpenny but most at .01. They are still pumping and bringing oil out of the ground day after day. And after all this time, kept the share structure in line. Without crazy news, this could grind upwards slowly. But I like this play better than pie in the sky pennies that promise promise promise with billions of shares on the market.
Do we really believe that JYHW has any life left?????
I still have 25K shares
but it would take a mother of all miracle to get them back to break even!!!
I guess for a measly $275 I could double down.
I guess there is always that dream.
Nice start to 2014. Continual small sells the past couple weeks to make it look like it's stuck. Accumulation continues, but no shares to speak of under .01 today. Company has kept the share structure in place through the years. Been a small float for a long time. Want to pick up a couple hundred k more. But will it hold for another couple months? My target is .40. That would be nice:) and yes, doable with a/s.
Looking forward to 2014 with JYHW. No more wasting my time following stocks that have no product...just a story.
My guess it does more than that. Gave away a few million shares to eliminate debt. Still a great SS here. And they actually have drills pulling up oil 24/7.
$JYHW This Sleeper Could 10 Bag in 2014 Currently .0079.
Looked a little deeper...they filed on time(couple days after they got the extention). Just not showing up on ihub. They put some more shares out there, but they used to eliminate their debt. IMO very responsible. Would be nice to know how they plan to grow. I was surprised to see this go sub-penny. Hard to accumulate under .01. Got a few, but just nothing there. .01 you can buy, and not sure how many. Probably will go for another few hundred k.
Anyone been in contact, or know any info on this one?
How late can they be before a drop in their listing? Only a few short trading days and they are 60out days late. Are the numbers that bad to keep them from being filed?
Thats what happens when your main focus is on nat gas. Tried to contact the company, they have no clue.
Not too much farther to go till zero
the pain wont be so bad from this height!
Just another worthless stock ticket I will have to remove from my account.
They are too big on gas. They put almost all their eggs in the gas basket now they are loaded with the overhead and costs associated with gas. Made great promo back when has was high before the collapse. Guess they didn't think the collapse was going to be a reality when the warning signs came.
I don't think it drops sub, but it could. They gave away many shares at .01. I didn't like the filings over the past few months, and definitely didn't like the barrels they brought out of the ground in Q1. Horrible production. They need to dilute and get it over with so they can dig some more holes. Current shares being dumped IMO are those they sold at .01. Not sure if I buy when this drops further.
PPS still falling, how low will it go?
I will wait till sub penny here. Glad I waited, I had a feeling it was going to take a drop.
Pink Sheets yield sign. Late on filing.
If the dilution can bring in some new money
Get production up and
in turn, get pps up
then bring some dilution on...
Really can't get any worst besides zero pps
Could there be some dilution in the new future? Check out the latest two statements of ownership.
Ellis International, and Alpha Capital anstalt.

They shouldn't ..but not liking the recent filings. Only partial distribution due to regulations. This could drop back to the teens in a heartbeat to free up room for full distribution.
Q better be good and new buyers to sop up the new shares issued.
Wonder if they will R/S JYHW. They shouldnt have too, but the new CEO did one in SRGZ. They did a R/S when the O/S was 63 million.

What's your take on the change of officers? Does the new CEO shake things up a bit? While this week has been pretty slow, last week saw impressive buying at times just before and during the release of the 8-K.

Nice run up today... Who sold? What do you make of it fella's? I have $24K invested in this stock and Im not going anywhere.... Ive seen this stock run up and fast.... It may take another year or two... Maybe even 3... But I truly believe it will run up again... Once they acquire the funds to start drilling a new well... Thats when the magic happens.... As Ive said in previous posts... They dont eve have to hit anything.... Just start drilling and it will jump big just on speculation.... That is the magic of penny stocks... Hang in there fella's.... I really believe it will happen in time.... Joe
TOTAL ASSETS $1,093,954 TOTAL LIABILITIES $2,647,343
Not bad for a penny stock. With the 5th well coming back online to start the current reporting period, good chance they nibble away at the liabilities. The market cap being this low, still a very attractive stock to buy and hold for me. IMO, once the liabilities are wiped out, then they can look at digging some more holes.
And I thought the hit a few days ago was nice...today's hit was $15,000 and another $5,000 sitting there for a couple of hours and no takers. Guess I'm not the only one sitting on shares at this level and expecting much better returns.
As shown in the accompanying consolidated financial statements, the Company has incurred annual operating losses since inception. As of December 31, 2012, the Company has limited financial resources with which to achieve the objectives and obtain profitability and positive cash flows. As shown in the accompanying balance sheets and statements of operations, the Company has an accumulated deficit of $22,755,713 and net income of $7,329 for the three months ended December 31, 2012, and as of that date the Company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by $2,245,247.

$7,500 hit the bid end of day. Nice hit. No charts or analysis, but a break above .05 for me would signal another jump similar to the break above .03. Jayhawk is and has been on the rise.
Sars are not always accurate in stocks.. Just one of my favorite indicators. Thanks for the added info.
Im not familiar with this SAR thing.... Is anyone else? And what is it suppose to indicate for our stock..? Someone help me with my ignorance.... I am pretty heavily loaded in the stock... Hoping for new wells to open at some point.... Ive been watching this stock for several years now.... The big jump will only come if new wells come online.... Actually a new well doesnt even have to pump oil... JayHawk just has to start drilling a new well and this thing will jump big..... It jumped to over 2$ a share and all they hit was sludge and water.... But just the hope of hitting made it jump big when they drilled a few years ago.... Any knowledge of this Fastlane SAR report would be appreciated.... Take care all... Joe

Yeah, sooner or later they will need to issue some shares and raise some money, I wouldnt mind seeing SOME dilution, maybe hire some promo to help.
Very quiet, but think jyhw ihub is even quieter. History shows it's always been like that.
While I believe they can get their assets above liabilities with the current 5 wells, just not sure where a monumental jump comes from without investing in more wells. Obviously, more wells would cost $$$'s and where does that come from? I'm here for a huge jump in pps, not monumental.
Pretty quiet company.

well was there ever a filing?
I'm going with a decent quarter, so if this dips I'll be waiting. Looking forward to how the market reacts tomorrow.
Will tomorrow bring out the Q? Or a late notification that we have to wait another week?
Powder ready to grab all I can if they report a positive quarter. Decent quarter and this dips, I'll be all over that too:)
