Your company may not trade OTC stocks. Not sure how international aspect works, but I go through TDAmeritrade.

I'd stay out of this one anyway. Dead company. Always check symbols out on the OTCMarkets website. I only hang around because I have a couple hundred shares that will never be worth the trade fee to sell.
