Over 3 Million shares traded over .03. On this board there are no pumpers, no bashers, and nobody claiming to be a bagholder except me perhaps (I got a boatload at .018). This issue was then brought down to nearly .02 on almost no volume. Who the hell bought those shares over .03, where are they, and what are their plans I wonder?
