InterAge Begins Fourth Stage of Tsunami Victims Project
$22 Million Web-Based Information Project is More Than 50% Completed

CESAREA, Israel, Dec 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it has begun working on the fourth stage of the U.N.-sponsored Tsunami Victims project.

After completion of the most critical and protracted stage of the web-based information management system to provide optimal opportunities for identification of Tsunami victims, both dead and injured, InterAge is now working to accomplish the goals set for this fourth stage. As the designated leaders of this $22 million project, InterAge is responsible for its planning, implementation, and deployment.

"We will be spending the new few months performing a series of load tests," says Kobi Freund, CEO of InterAge, "to verify that the system will meet the needs of the system. This is the stage where we search for potential bottlenecks and establish the maximum load of the server. By doing intensive testing before deploying this system, we can fine-tune the system and prevent costly performance problems in the future."

Specifically, because there were hundreds of thousands of victims, both dead and injured, it is likely that thousands of people will access the system at the same time. Testing of the system must establish clear parameters for the number of concurrent users and the hardware requirements.

"With thousands of people accessing the system, performing searches and even entering information on victims, we need to be sure that the system will stand up to the load requirements," continues Freund. "In spite of the large size and integration issues of the Tsunami project, we plan to stay on schedule. The experience we are garnering from managing and implementing this project will allow us to compete on even larger projects in the future."

good to be true.
With so many presumptuous statements, i would very much
hesitate before investing a single cent into them.

Their last PRs are quite promising, although they are
still at their very early stages.
You have a very valid point in the price being cheaper

Hi Dubi re BCLI - I was confused as this is OTC but at beginning stages. I read a rumor of it being the target of a larger corporation because of the people involved in Israel. I've been buying a little.

The PR today seems good, but the fact that I am able to grab some shares cheaper than the private placement at .80, with wts at 1.00 is what I really like at this point.

A pitiful amount of info available, and the data
found is not encouraging, to say the least.
Having said that, i will dig deeper in order to
form an opinion.

A reverse merger by itself is indeed a common practise,
and probably the cheapest manner (if not the quickest)
to become a publically traded company.

Hi Dubi - I have a tiny amount of MSNC so I will be interested in what you find out. They started out with a bang, had some interesting concepts about security prevention of tunnel digging terror. But then they seemed to peter out so to speak and credibility has been waning to say the least.

They were born out of a reverse merger with GXXL, which had a very checkered history, but that, in itself, is fairly common and the principal way that new companies go public these days.

I have read some of their PRs and indeed
it seems to be a 'non-serious-entity'.

A few months back, it had a volatile period,
hopping hundreds of % a day.
Now it indeed looks very dead.
Fascinating the amount of Israeli companies

Trying to find a GEM out there is a hazardous
