Hi Dubi - I have a tiny amount of MSNC so I will be interested in what you find out. They started out with a bang, had some interesting concepts about security prevention of tunnel digging terror. But then they seemed to peter out so to speak and credibility has been waning to say the least.

They were born out of a reverse merger with GXXL, which had a very checkered history, but that, in itself, is fairly common and the principal way that new companies go public these days.
