Hi Rrufff,

A pitiful amount of info available, and the data
found is not encouraging, to say the least.
Having said that, i will dig deeper in order to
form an opinion.

A reverse merger by itself is indeed a common practise,
and probably the cheapest manner (if not the quickest)
to become a publically traded company.
