i looked up alex wylie and ann barnes on linkedin and both make zero mention of instadose in their work history. they clearly are trying to erase all history of it as it relates to them. wylie is working for a lithium compnay now. volt lithium and surprise they just announced andrew leslie to board. lol sound familiar.

I personally believe grant sanders should be in jail by now. he ran a 30 billion( fully diluted) pump and dump. no different than FTX and Sam Bankman Fried. OSC says grant stole money and spent it on his family. He bought 100 percent of shell, including free trading shares, and put them into his kids names.

No different than what SBF did with transferring assets out of FTX and gifting his parents property.

At least FTX has some recoverable assets. Grant Sanders and Instadose pharma went to 30 billion, all the way down to a total market cap of 50 dollars. Only world record they will hold is the largest and most spectacular pump and dump fraud IMO. Complete losers.

Antoni Franchino, who has a long history of financial compliance, and anti money laundering compliance for banks, is taking over instadose.

The same Instadose who is accused of fraud by both the OSC and the SEC, class action lawsuits, illegally promoting stock to 60 dollars before deal closed. complete lies in press releases. Failing to properly file disclosure in a timely fashion regarding the illegal fraudulent shipments leaving congo. the list goes on and on.

Mr. Franchino has an uphill battle to be sure.

the real question is why did alex wylie resign? he has been grants loyal soldier from the start.

Item 4.02 Non-Reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements or a Related Audit Report or Completed Interim Review

On October 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Instadose Pharma Corp was notified by our independent Auditor BF Borgers CPA PC (the “Auditor”) that Instadose is required to disclose that the February 28, 2022, financial statements were not reviewed by the Auditor.

On November 2, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors met and then acting under authority delegated to it, approved the disclosure described below in this Form 8-K.

Instadose is advising that the financial statements as at February 28, 2022 and the associated 10-Q were not reviewed by the Auditor. Management of Instadose provided disclosure that the financial statements and 10-Q were unaudited, however, further disclosure is now being provided that the February 28, 2022, financial statements and 10-Q were also not reviewed by the Auditor.

Instadose has requested that the Auditor furnish it with a letter addressed to the Securities and Exchange Commission stating whether or not it agrees with the above statement. A copy of the letter from the Auditor Firm is attached hereto as Exhibit 16.1 to this Form 8-K.

Oh, really..?? If so that's pretty huge, from what I've seen it takes about 4 months after a new Form 211 is cleared by FINRA to resume normal quotation. CE is another story though, a new 211 is no guarantee that the CE will come off, just depends on OTCM.

It just means they cant do it on their own. Every one of instadoses attemps so far to be a cannabis compnay have failed. they are losers in the space. every JV is now toast, and all these latest ones will be no different IMO

i said this months ago when they tried to go the highlands route. any good grower is not selling tracts of land for contract growing. i was right. product was garbage.

this new argentina one will be no different IMO. i looked at the weather. too cold at night. similar to the graveyard of cannabis compnaies in and around bogota. too cold, then 100 percent humidity.

No clue, it hard to say, other than 10K's tend to be more lengthy and complicated in general (other than perhaps Super 8K's) and include audited financial statements, so would generally take more time to prepare.

Bigger question is why continue to spend the $$$ to file at all at this point..?? Even if the SEC did not intend to recommend any enforcement action.....they were able to get a MM to file a Form 211, have it cleared by FINRA and resume normal quotation....there is still no guarantee the CE would ever come off, that's at OTCM's discretion.

Just back from vacation. Why would they post an 8k and not their 10k year end and go deliquent. This does not make sense. Do you have an answer or thoughts Big Brother. I did read the 8k and it does look good but can they execute the plan.

There was this turd a couple years ago, TZPC, that had a promo that went from pennies to $40 pps very quickly and got dumped pretty much straight back down to pennies....but was never suspended, never got a CE and no one ever charged, even though those behind it made some big money fast.

If I had been the SEC I would have went after these guys WAY before HWIN and the Cokers, lot more folks got hurt there, than ever got hurt in HWIN.

Hmm, that's true, that could be a record. I can't think of anything quite like that and I've followed a LOT of promos over the years...it's usually low floaters that run like that, I can think of low floats that have run to $40, $50+ pps....even one that went $600+ pps and got dumped down to pennies but the MC was still pretty low, however, because of the large o/s here the MC was off the charts during the promo.

I think NXMH had a ridiculous multi billion dollar MC at one point, can't recall how high it got, then dumped down to sub penny but still not 30 billion to 50 dollars, that's pretty crazy.

I'm certainly not condoning it, it was beyond stupid for sure but wasn't the INSD promotion only like $250K or something like that...?? Hardly 'world record' setting......I'd say that title goes to good ole LEXG back in 2011, biggest promo I ever followed, that was just nuts, everyone who traded stocks back them remembers that one....it had a budget of $3.3M and was run by an outfit called the Stock Market Authority.

That was probably the biggest pump and dump in OTC history, had some $100M dollar trading days if I recall correctly.

Yeah, I followed that one, that was pretty tame compared to most of the stuff we see happening on the OTC , especially higher dollar stock promotions.

There was not even a p&d there, it was thinly traded, low floater that they walked the price up on, on very small 100- 300 share wash trades, most likely to appear more attractive to a merging company IMO. I can't see where any insiders made much money there. However, it got national attention when David Einhorn alerted it for some reason, so I think the SEC had to act.

These were the top 10 days of highest dollar volume for HWIN in its history, since it started trading in 2019, hardly the crime of the century in the bigger scheme of things.
